Zoey is a 10 year old Maine Coon in Arlington, WA, who needs $1,725 for Cat Dental exam, Anaesthesia, X-Rays, Extractions.

In late 2018 a neighbor had to move to an apartment which only allowed one cat, but she had two. So my Mom & Stepdad brought Zoey home. She and I quickly became inseparable.

Zoey has helped me through a long struggle with depression, and helped me feel less alone after Mom & Stepdad died. We now live with my best friend & his family due to my loss of income.

Zoey shows clear signs of pain and has trouble eating due to gum disease. At times she's been up to 3 pounds underweight. She's already lost six molars to previous dental work. Two more need to come out and her teeth desperately need cleaning. Watching her suffer for so long due to my lack of funds has been heartbreaking.

Zoey is the sweetest, most affectionate cat I've ever lived with, and I love her dearly. There were days when cuddling and taking care of her was all that got me out of bed. But even then, her silly antics and little 'chirps' would bring me a smile and a laugh. Zoey loves to rub her head against my chin and wash my arm. She'll nibble so gently on my finger... But don't you dare touch her belly!

I'm unemployed due to injury. My savings are gone. The assistance I receive doesn’t fully cover my expenses. And now Medicaid is on the chopping block, etc.
