Zues is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Wagoner, OK, who needs $600 for Ultrasound of Pancreas.

Zues was brought home almost 6 years ago, at the age of 7 weeks old. Zues and I bonded very quickly and we have been best buds ever since then! Zues has two brothers, Oden and Prince, and one sister, Zena.

Zues was prescribed a steroid,(Prednisone) for his allergies, by a local Vetinanrian, and after two weeks of being on the steroid I noticed Zues was running into things and it seemed like he was losing his vision . I took him back to the vet and was told that the steroid had caused Zues to become diabetic and that he was also going blind. Zues is now 100% blind in both eyes.

Zues learned how to fetch a ball at a very young age and this became his favorite thing to do. Zues can no longer fetch a ball due to being blind, but he still tries to daily. Zues enjoys the company of the other dogs in the home and he loves going on car rides. Zues and I have a special bond and he follows me everywhere I go :)

Zues's medical conditions require ongoing care and this can often be difficult to pay for. Costs associated with his illness are: insulin, syringes, blood glucose monitoring, reg. vet check ups, and a strict diet/costly food. Zues now needs an ultrasound of his Pancreas
