Isis

Isis is a 9-year-old Labrador Retriever in Saginaw, MI, who needs $2,000 for Radical Bilateral Mastectomy, Mass Removal, and Spay.

Saginaw, MI

We rescued this poor, sweet girl over mothers day weekend 22. She was very calm and sweet but she had sad eyes, given her condition, who could blame her? After some gentle coaxing and lots of sniffs we quickly earned her trust. My husband told me to call the vet monday but not to let my hopes get too high. We were both almost certain euthanasia would be her only option. Our daughters called her Ice because she is almost white, this quickly evolved to Icee, Icee Girl and Isis. It didn't take long for her to capture our entire households heart. She and our rescue kitty became fast friends, kindred souls. The other animals immediately warmed up to her as well and she became our daughters' shadow. She goes where they go and gets so worried if they cry! Isis loves when the girls take her for walks on her leash, she's so gentle! Even if they run she pays close attention to make sure she doesn't hurt them. She always has her nose to the ground when we're outside, itching for something to chase. At bedtime she only sleeps if she's right next to her bed and I'm touching her. If I move she grabs my hand with her paw and pulls it right back to her! After taking Isis to the vet, it was confirmed that she has mammary tumors, and a large tumor in her uterus that is causing a vaginal prolapse. She was also at least 10 pounds underweight and had a double ear infection. She is currently on 2 antibiotics and 2 pain pills while I try to gather enough money for her surgery. She has to have a bilateral mastectomy and spay to remove the uterine tumor. We weren't expecting Isis to come into our lives. My husband is a seasonal worker, we are catching up on bills from the winter and don't have an emergency fund. When I found Isis she was weak, tired, and defeated. Her eyes had no light in them. Over the past week I've seen so much joy in her, she's playful she's loving and getting stronger. Please help us give her a second chance. She's so deserving

Chocolate

Chocolate is a 1-year-old Pit/lab Dog in Perris, CA, who needs $2,000 for Scrotal ablation.

Perris, CA

I adopted Chocolate at 6 months old. He is a chocolate colored lab/pit and has high energy. I have been his primary caretaker since then. He is a young and energetic pup who adds laughter and joy to my family. He loves the outdoors and also loves to play fetch. His favorite thing I would probably have to say is puppachinos. My pet is family lover. He gets along with kids and is always up for playtime. He loves napping while the family spends time outdoors and is very energetic. My family members all see he is a big sweetheart and is always up for a good time outdoors. We have two cats and he is also very friendly towards them. He has huge floppy ears that I find to be his most unique feature. He just started to enjoy car rides more and loves peeping out the window and greeting passerby so. I think his love for puppy frappes from Starbucks are something that definitely make me smile. He is a sweetheart with other dogs and can make friends with all sized dogs and even cats I recently got him neutered yesterday. Unfortunately he ran away today morning after and got into an accident where his stitching from surgery tore. We are current at VCA in Ontario and their service is great. My dog does need surgery urgently since he is in plenty of pain and has lots of current bleeding. It would be gray to get some conical assistance with his surgery. I am currently a college student looking to transfer to CPP this fall. I am financially struggling but My dog is like family and having healthy would mean the world to me since I am his primary caretaker.

Copper

Copper is a 6-year-old Hound Mix Dog in Killeen, TX, who needs $1,808 for Closed Reduction for Shoulder Luxation.

Killeen, TX

One day after school my oldest son Cantyn comes in the house all excited. He tells me about this puppy that him and a friend had found. Someone had dumped another unwanted puppy on our country road. He begged and pleaded his case on how he would be a responsible pet owner. I told him I would think about it. About an hour later my husband walks in and says "Don't be mad." In walks our son with this tiny brownish tan puppy with these floppy ears and was k introduced as Copper. Fast forward six years and we couldn't imagine our lives without him. I've had a lot of dogs over the years, but we were truly blessed when Copper came into our lives. The relationship that Copper and Cantyn have is truly unique. They communicate without any From the moment we adopted him, Copper has completely changed our lives for the. There is no doubt about it. His personality is so big that you can't help but fall in love. Our son even taught him to hug. Copper loves being outside. His favorite game is fetch. Once you start, you cannot stop. He won't be ignored. I was running errands when my son called to tell me Copper was hit by a car. My heart broke when I saw the tire marks on his body. My vet Town&Country suggested I create a campaign to help with the cost of x-rays, surgery to put his shoulder back in place and possibly some intestinal injuries. I'm praying that this works. My husband had a fourth stroke and second carotid endarterectomy this yea. I got covid and lost my job. Doordash helps until I get something permanent. We have been through so much already this year. The boys would be devestated if we could not save Copper.

Coco

Coco is a 3-year-old German Shepard American Staffordshire Terrier Mix in Lake Forest, CA, who needs $2,000 for CT scan.

Lake Forest, CA

Coco is my best friend. He is the sweetest and most caring dog. He came into our lives as puppy from a Pet Store, and was given as a gift from my husband for Christmas. Not too long ago, I moved to the US from Japan, and my husband gave me Coco so I wouldn’t feel lonely. We chose the name Coco because the first movie that my husband and I watched together was Coco. Coco currently lives with us in an apartment. Everyday, Coco loves to sleep around and enjoys being in the sunlight when he naps. He loves to play with his many toys. Whenever we watch television, he loves to grab our attention by dropping a toy in front of us so that we can play with him. Together, we enjoy going on walks, going to the park, and going to the beach. We also love to car trips! Coco loves being the center of attention! He is so affectionate and loves to lick us. He loves being around people. Whenever we go to the park, he always goes up to people and tries to lick them too! He is also a really funny dog. He knows when we have treats and when we have them in our hand he will roll over even if we didn't ask him to! We recently closed a Waggle campaign for Coco but the procedure didn’t provide conclusive results. For over 2 years, he’s had cases of bronchopneumonia and chronic coughing. Tests include bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, endoscopy, blood work, and other tests. Root cause is still unknown, and the internal medicine specialist said our dog has a very rare case. Ciliary Dyskinesia was ruled out. Coco's vet bills accumulated during my husband’s unemployment 2 years ago. The majority of vet bills were paid by credit card, and we have spent over $15,000 in veterinary care. Results of the last procedure were inconclusive, and we need help again for a CT scan.

Ty

Ty is a 10-year-old Black Lab/ Boxer mix in Seabrook, NH, who needs $1,850 for ACL surgery.

Seabrook, NH

Ty came into my life as a year old pup. His life started rough and I rescued him from an abuser. Without vivid details some scars can still be seen on his face. I gave him a second chance and we've been together for 9 years already! He is such a loyal, loveable and, protective boy. His cuddles under the covers are certainly the best. Ty's best friend is our 9 month old male cat Griffin. They nap together, play and chase each other around our apartment. They can be caught snoozing on the couch or the bed, but definitely always together. Ty taught Griffin how to drink water, they even share the same dish! I even believe I now have a cat-dog thanks to Ty! Ty is very very smart! He has a human like personality. He just recently found his voice and barks on command. He knows speak, sit, lay down, high and low fives, paw, switch and doubles! He is a very unique and loveable boy and has many years left in his happy dog life! Before his injury he still acts like a 5 years old pup. People are always surprised when we say he's 10! Our day or injury started out like any other good day. Our apartment complex has a stone wall and grassy green area for dogs to go do their business. He was acting like his happy go lucky puppy self and went to jump onto the wall like most of his walks. Except this time he let out a high pitched screech and immediately sat down unable to bear weight on his left rear leg. Like most others due to Covid finding steady employment has certainly been difficult. With rent and gas prices to get to work being so ridiculously high money has been tight. Then this unexpectedly happens with a total cost estimate of $4500!

Angel is a 6-year-old Chihuahua in Springfield, OR, who needs $513 for oral surgery.

Springfield or, OR

Angel came into our lives after we loss our Cookie due to a brain tumor. It was a hard time and then Angel came in and it made everything a little bit better. She came in to our lives when she was 8 weeks old and she is the best gift I have gotten in a long time. I’m so lucky to have her. Angel is a very sweet little girl. She loves laying by mommy and daddy and playing with her sister. She likes being the boss and think she is the boss. Her favorite toy is a blue duck and a favorite food/snack is chicken and she thinks she needs to try everything. She is happy go lucky. She can get so happy when it’s time to eat. She loves when it when it's time for me to come home and will jump up and down. When she see me and she is playing it the cutest thing. She loves her blue duck and if she sees you with it she get so happy that she will start to jump up and down and bark. She has a lot of bad teeth that need to be fixed. The vet says they need to come out. I can’t lose her due to her teeth being bad. I do have a day for here to get this fixed and it is coming up on December 14th. I have tried everything I can to get the money for her by then. I’m hoping I can. I have had two surgeries in the last year and to have Angel healthy again will be the best thing to happen this year. She had been there for me every time I've been sick and I just want to be there for her now.

Jack

Jack is a 10-year-old Labrador Retriever in Citrus Heights, CA, who needs $2,000 for Intestinal Resection Anastamosis.

Citrus Heights, CA

This is "Jack," my 10-year-old Labrador Retriever. His vet has diagnosed him with an abdominal tumor that is creating a persistent intestinal blockage. The tumor needs to be removed and we don't know if is cancer. The operation and therapy will cost about $10,000. I don't want to lose my dog. Please help me to save "Jack". I never had kids, so he is my boy and I love him.:) Thanks! Jack loves going to the park and running after the ball. His favorite park is "San Juan Park." He always has the best time running after squirrels. He is always happy and in a good mood. Even in the bad days, he has always a big smile. He loves people and every time someone comes home, he wags his tail making the person feel welcome. Jack used to live in Bogota, Colombia with my mom and his best friend "Lulo" a Cocker Spaniel. My mom got sick and asked me to bring him back to the US. Even though he was born in California, he is still adapting to the new environment. Deep in my heart, I think he misses my mom and Lulo a lot. I feel bad for him. Jack was diagnosed by Dr. Mary Watson at Banfield Hospital in Carmichael, CA with an abdominal mass. "I am able to palpate the firm mass in the middle cranial abdomen; it is about the size of a large orange/small grapefruit. The mass size has been confirmed by my Chief of Staff. Patricia spoke to a DVM at VCA regarding the ultrasound; the VCA DVM states the mass is about the size of a walnut." This is an unexpected expense and I don't count with the funds. I have already spent $3,000 in diagnose exams with three different vet hospitals: blood exams, x-rays and abdominal ultrasounds. Various exams, but no treatment. My dog has not been treated yet.:(

Daphne

Daphne is a 10-year-old Boxer Mix in Scottsburg, IN, who needs $2,000 for Chemo Treatment.

Scottsburg, IN

Daphne came into our life by mere chance. A friend of ours needed to rehome her and we just so happened to be looking for a puppy to adopt! It worked out perfectly so, that our friend could come visit her any time she liked and we could add a new member to our family where we knew her history and how well she was taken care of previously. Daphne absolutely loves belly rubs and treats! She loves meeting new humans and loves getting pets by any body she meets. She sleeps in her own bed at the bottom of our bed. My son talks daily about how cute Daphne's face is and her cute paws. He loves her so much and talks constantly about how he loves to take care of her. This news couldn't have came at the worst time because we just lost our beloved Joseph to a very aggressive mouth cancer. We want to be able to get Daphne's cancer to be in remission if possible but we need help to pay for her treatment. We would be forever thankful!! About a year ago we started to see a bump starting to appear on Daphne's side. We thought at first it was a bug bite but then it started to grow. When we took her to the vet and were able to get it surgically removed they sent it off and it came back as a High Grade Mast Cell Tumor. St. Clair's Veternary Hospital is suggesting chemo and on-going medication for the rest of her life. Daphne is anxious when it is storming outside. She wants to be cuddled and does not realize that she is a 100 lb dog. She is such a lap dog. She loves to be near you at all times and wants to go where ever you go. She is extremely smart and will communicate her wants and needs. She does such a good job during care rides and at the vet. The doctors and assistants love her!

Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown is a 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier in Sarasota, FL, who needs $2,000 for Luxating Patella with a torn Cranial Cruciate Ligament.

SARASOTA, FL

Charlie lives in our home with his brother Baxter, I live with my girlfriend and her mother and its just us. They've known Charlie for the better part of his whole life, they purchased him at a PetSmart back in 2011, back then he was so small you could hold him in the palm of your hand. He eats daily 3 times a day, spends the day playing with toys, napping, chasing squirrels, and bird watching. Charlie is adored by all members of this family, he sleeps in our bed every night, we walk him during the day, or take him on drives. He's a very smart dog, he knows many tricks and will stand by the door if he needs to be taken outside. He is absolutely in love with all things related to water. If he's by a pool he would want us to splash him and bring him inside with us, and go crazy if we don't Well, I am only 22 years old and I was not financially prepared for this horrible, unexpected event to happen to poor Charlie.. My girlfriend and her Mother don't have much money and we all pay rent to live here. We really want to help Charlie but just cant afford surgery:( Charlie has been going about his daily routines as he has his entire life, but one day when he was out in the yard chasing squirrels he stumbled and started limping... Now Charlie has always been a super healthy dog, with no health issues, So at first we weren't so worried... until we took him to the vet, where they told us he had a Luxating Patella with a torn Cranial Cruciate Ligament. I've known Charlie for the better part of 6 years and he's changed my life so much. I never knew the world could have something so innocent and nice in it like him, and everyday he reminds me of that. Every time Charlie makes every new person he meets smile, his tongue is just always sticking out and he makes that adorable face at you. He wants to play 24/7 and we just can't get enough of him.
