He was the runt out of the litter and was bullied an hurt by the other puppies. And was gonna die. So we took him completely in. And bottle fed him an raised him on our own. We have his mother and another dog that is his best friend. We love in a RV and he's spoiled rotten. He normally wakes us up every am at daylight. But since he's been sick not anymore I have no vet on record. This is the first time his ever been sick or any of the sort. I have no way to pay for vet bills. I live on a coastal town and vet is 30mins away. But Bay City veterinary hospital would be the one I would use He's a puppy still only months old. He's a good boy. He can speak to you. And is a very good alarm clock every am at daylight he comes on the bed and wakes us up. He's is very playful and lovable We are struggling here. My husband is suffering from an accident a year ago. Hi. Lucky is a pitbull/lab mix and we found him on the side of the road in Georgia where we used to live. He was barely a few weeks old when we got him and ever since then he has grown bigger and stronger. We moved back to Colorado where we are originally from bringing Lucky and giving him a brother who he loves to play and run with outside in the yard. We are so grateful for him. Just a few days ago on 01/09/2026, Lucky was outside and accidentally fell from our patio porch and broke his femur. We took him to Inkwell Veterinary Emergency Clinic and they said he requires surgery as soon as possible. They estimated about $2k-$4k which we currently do not have. We have had stressful days this past week figuring out how we are going to the vet funds for Lucky. Lucky such a good, funny dog. He brings the best out of us. He truly is one of a kind. His favorite word is ‘ball’ because he loves to play fetch outside and with all of his toy balls. When we found him on the side of the road, we knew he was meant to be with us forever. We don’t know what we would do without him. He has the most beautiful personality and cutest puppy face ever. This was a sudden major expense in our life as we have been struggling to pay our bills and find a new home to live in. It would mean everything to us if anyone would donate. My daughter gave me this dog 5 years ago. I love him more than anything he is what keeps me strong. I live alone. He is all I have. A couple years ago a tree fell on our trailer and destroyed our home and we live in a efficiency just us. Toby got out and ran in the road and was nicked by a car he had a lot of bleeding out of his ear and no sight. He is currently at the animal ER in Kenova wv and is past the 48 hour window they suggest that he goes to Columbus to med vet for MRI CT scan possible surgery on his brain and they quoted $10,000. He has a cranial fracture and broken jaw and swelling on the brain. Tobi is very special he spends all of his time with me. He loves to play with his toys and he has a special connection to my daughter who bought him for me. I just recently started working i do not have the funds to cover this. I am addict in recovery for five years. I rely on Toby a lot because I feel like I have no one. I didn’t want to get a job to leave him alone he gets sad then I finally go back to work and this happened.

We live in a downstairs apartment in my mothers home with a big yard and lots of play area for the kids and dogs. I am a grandmother raising 3 grandchildern on fixed income our pets are family. Recently Dec 18th Jumper started acting sick, no appetite at all, over the next 2 days his condition became worse and we had to get him to the vet. My sister in lae sid take him and she would pay the bill. Dec 20 we took Jumper into the clinic he indeed was in bad shape. The doctor starting working on stablizing his condition even before talking to me. Our baby boy. needed emergency surgery if he could be stabalized. He had surgery Sunday, he survived as doing well, then infection in incision site require another vet visit 1-10-16. JUmper belongs mainly to my 6yr old grandson, his first puppy. Jumper loves all three kids plays fetch and goes for walks with them, cuddles on the couch with them. he follows me around too just because he wants extra love and pets. He plays ith the other dogs and is very well behaved and very protective of his family. He does like to run our cats but will not hurt them if they don't run or stop. I am a widow on disability, raising 3 kids on fixed income doesn't allow for any extra expenses, unfrotunately. The last vet bill was primarily paid by my sister in law, and now we had to go for the infection and need to get that paid as well but can't ask her to pay more.

Duke

Duke is a 10 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in Georgetown, TX, who needs $6,000 for TPLO.

This is Duke, he is 10yrs old and a full breed american Staffordshire terrier, I've had him since he was 6 months old. He was listed on Craigslist, the owner had to find him a home within 5 days otherwise the authorities were going to euthenize him because of a county pitbull ban, so he went home with me and we have spent everyday together since that day! Duke has been extremely healthy and active his whole life. He recently injured his leg, he had begun to limp and clearly was in a lot of pain. His vet suspected a tear and referred him to a specialist. The orthopedic vet VROC who confirmed he has a full ACL tear in his knee and urgently needs at TPLO to repair it. The longer he waits the more medical issues it could cause. Duke is an amazing dog, he is my registered ESA dog. I have been through a lot of trauma and he never leaves my side. He is my best friend and honestly now my only family member. I work remotely from home so we are together literally all day everyday. He is the most important thing in my life. The TPLO will cost around $6000 which has to be paid up front. I unfortunately do not have the money to pay it. I am rebuilding from leaving an abusive relationship after being stalked and went through all my money because of that situation. I would not survive without Duke!

I rescued Banana when he was 5 years old after my last dog, Bella, passed. He has been my ride or die. I don't leave him home often, taking him to work, I work on the road, and for three years we traveled for work throughout Florida. We got off the road so much and found a place to stay in Miami, he was getting a bit older and tired for the road. Banana was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about 6 months or so ago. He does really well on his meds, but the cost of the vets and the meds has just been too much for me this month and I just need a bit of help to cover his next visit and 30 days of meds. We have a vet, Good Vets in Whyndam, Miami He's my ride or die....we are together all the time. He is very loyal to me, not much of a people person, but loves other animals. We have had 15 years together and are hoping for several more. I am not selfish so I will know when its time to make other decisions but it is not at this time, We are getting settled in our new place and starting to work in new territories so building up business is okay, but during holidays we don't really work, and money is short. He really needs the meds. I am self-employed for 20 plus years so work ebbs and flows.

We've had honey since she was a baby. she was kidnapped at one point for a couple months but God created circumstances that brought her back home. She has a brother Tom the cat and a sister Athena, a Cane Corso. They are a tight-knit family that love each other deeply. Honey tore her ACL running around the yard with Athena and playing together. Since she broke her knee she has been very sluggish and stays mostly in bed. She doesn't even use that leg anymore and she needs the surgery in order to be herself again and to walk run and play with her siblings and us. Honey was scared of Tom the cat when she was a baby but she's been Athena's caretaker since Athena was a baby. If you're sad honey will give you a high five and make you smile. We just moved to a house we inherited that has a huge yard and we hate to see that honey can't use all of her legs and take advantage of the great yard that we have now. This was very unexpected we can't afford the surgery and honey is only 2 years old she has a long life ahead of her we really need help to make sure that she can live a full life and her and Athena can play together to old age.

We found our sweet boy on the side of the road in a muddy ditch along with a pit bull, and another sweet little dog. The 2 other dogs (pit bull and little dog) were girls. Come to found out they were breeding dogs and someone dumped these poor babies on the side of the road. We picked them all up found the 2 a home and kept our sweet boy Lil Man. Who sadly has heart worms. I took lil man to the vet. they said he is 1 1/2. he also has bone disfunction in all four of his legs due to no proper care when he was a puppy. so when he runs he prances and it is adorable. we sadly got the news that he has heart worms. which unfortunately we are not able to fully afford. we would like to go the full method instead of the kill method and could REALLY use any of the help. Lil man is special due to his character and personality. He was sadly built off of trama due to him being beat. he has claimed us as his owners and does not leave our sides. we have a 2 year old and lil man is his BEST friend. he loves to play which we have learned. he is not very familiar with treats or dog food just yet but we are getting there. The reason we have decided to ask for help is because the totally is going to be 780$. we went to a vet somewhere else and it was gonna be 1,106 if we went with that vet. To have lil man be able to live his full life and not just the 5 years would be life changing.
