Doug was rescued from San Antonio ACS less than an hour before euthanasia after being struck by a vehicle. Now, he’s facing a life-threatening medical crisis: he’s in pain and unable to urinate, which could quickly become fatal without advanced treatment. The vets are draining his bladder twice daily with needle and syringe do to the trauma from the accident. Doug’s most urgent medical crisis is that he’s in pain and struggling to urinate, a sign of possible internal damage to his bladder or urethra. Doug needs funds to undergo urethra endoscopy and repair at Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio. We need funds for the procedure, anaesthesia and further diagnostic tests. Without medical help, Doug will not survive through the weekend. Even in this state, Doug’s spirit shines. Through his pain, he still tries to call out softly for comfort. He leans in for hugs, offers gentle kisses, and shows love to everyone around him—from his foster caretaker, to the veterinary staff working to ease his discomfort, to the concerned people who love him deeply, his fosters. His gentle heart touches everyone that meets him. Without this care, euthanasia will be the only option to end his suffering. Mike and I got Lexi when she was 8 weeks old. She was the last puppy born and the runt of the litter. From the moment we saw her she touched our hearts and we knew she would be going home with us that day! Lexi has always had lots of love. Yesterday she became sad mopey and lethargic. She could not stand or walk and our hearts ached when she yelped in pain. After all we night we found ourselves here at Partner Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center in Richmond, VA. We are in desperate need of monetary help and prayers. She is having an MRI as they believe she has spinal damage. Lexi loves her toys and stuffed animals and keeps them close by at all times. She loves her golf cart and long car rides. She loves everyone and whether she greets you with a paw shake or a high five she has to get a kiss or a lick in to. This an unexpected major expense and we are on disability fixed income. We are asking for donations to help with costs and services. Any amount will help our baby and be so much appreciated. We want to do whatever we can to save her life!

My name is Adrianna we are a family of 4 with 3 dogs in a not so big trailer and 1 income. We got simba in February of this year from a lady i worked with he was s dirty and full of fleas we saved him from a horrible environment. Recently my other male dog attacked simba causing us to get xrays done at the vet. Recently my other male dog attacked my poor simba leaving him very hurt so I brought him to 2 different vets We got xray done at Mattydale veterinarian hospital to make sure there was no internal bleeding or broken bones thankfully there is not but we'll they were taking xrays they found objects in his stomach causing bleeding. Which need t be surgically removed or he will die. Simba is special to me and my family very loving gives hugs. My 5 and 6 year old love him so much and so do we he has only lived a short time he barely has yet to live or have adventure. He loves his squeaky toys so much he has been eating them and I'm pretty certain that's what is in his tummy. So as I said we have already spent 1500 dollars and its Christmas in our 1 income household we don't have money to pay for his stomach surgery that he needs or he can die.

Arlo is me and my daughter’s baby boy. Me and my daughter got Arlo when he was just a puppy. He has brought joy and laughter into our home. But lately he has had really bad hot spots that make it hard for him to play and interact with us like he used to. I’m looking to cure my dogs skin issues and get him medical attention. We have been to the vet and it cost me tons of money. I’m a single mama, so financially it’s been hard for me to take him in and get him the proper antibiotics and treatment Arlo deserves! Arlo gets severe hot spots! Arlo has been in a cone for a little over 6 months and the moment I take it off he digs into his skin. Arlo is very special to us & we just want our happy dog to be and feel comfortable. Arlo makes us happy when we are sad, and we just want to do the same for him. It’s very important to me that Arlo regains his fur, and strength back. Being a single mom it’s very hard to maintain everything alone. I wouldn’t want my dog with anyone other than us, and I think he feels the same way! A little help would go a long way.

I had gotten Mr Goodboy for my father in-law, I thought he was a she and we went to give him to my father in-law and he said this isn't a girl, I'm like what do u mean they told me it was a girl it had a pink collar on and I didnt see a weenie I thought it was a belly button. So we brought him back home and my husband said we couldn't keep him so I better not name him. Recently, Mr. Goodboy got very sick, and I took him to Lakeview Animal Hospital. The staff there were kind and caring, but because I couldn’t afford the tests or surgery he needs, they had to send him home. They told me to keep a close eye on him because he could die. I walked out with him in my arms, terrified and heartbroken, not knowing how to save him but knowing I couldn’t give up Mr Goodboy is special because he combines boundless energy with a playful, toddler-like innocence that brings constant joy and laughter to the family. His behavior is a mix of silly antics, like explosive jumps and clumsy snowball chases, with affectionate neediness that makes him always want to be near you and involved in everything. He is my entire world I'm facing hard times—my husband's infidelity shattered my marriage, and my dog Mr. Goodboy needs urgent surgery after swallowing a foreign object. He’s my loyal friend and hope. Restoring his health means everything, giving me purpose and strength to keep going.

Teedo was a gift from a partner years ago, he was a puppy when he first came into my life and has been with me for 11 years now, he is like the child I don’t have, he lives for me and I live for him. I certainly believe he is my emotional support animal as he knows when I am down and comforts me and when I am happy he also celebrates with me. He is my best friend and only purpose. He is currently battling bladder stones and a urinary infections treated on 11/25/25 and has gotten worse since, despite his antibiotics, pain medication and urinary diet he started when diagnosed. They have said if no improvement he may require surgery. He’s such an obedient and loving dog, he is fully trained and knows various tricks like hand shake, sit, turn around, jump and even roll over but now with age and weight gain he hasn’t been able to roll over anymore. But he is also such a loving and emotional support dog who senses everyone’s emotions and stops arguments when around one. I lost my job and left a relationship where I was currently living at and just started a new job and was in the process of getting my own place which has set me back financially by a lot.

Bella was given to my dad by my brother in law’s sister when she was about 6 months old because they didn’t have the time to care for her. Since my dad was disabled, I was the one that mostly took care of her until she fully belonged to me when she was about 2 years old and it has just been me and her together this whole time. She is everything to me and all that I have left. Bella started not acting like her usual self about 2 months ago. Her vision became bad and she is almost fully blind. She also is circling, vomiting, unable to walk, collapsing, tilting her head, won’t eat, among many other issues. I have not went to the vet yet, but am about to tonight. I do not have the funds to pay my rent right now, so I definitely cannot afford veterinary treatment for her. Bella has not been acting like her usual self. She has lost interest in all of the things that made her herself. She loved to explore, is very inquisitive, extremely friendly and loves everyone, especially kids, she loves to cuddle, likes making new friends with other dogs, going outside/being outside, loves bathing in the sun, loves food of course, going on car rides, and going on walks. I lost my job recently, since then I’ve been doing temporary seasonal work. I can’t even pay my rent. My Bella comes first, she is my everything. I just want her to be well and her usual self again. It would mean the world to me if I could receive help to make my baby better

Cyrus is a gift and he has been with me, his entire life. I have adopted him out of the Longview Texas Shelter. We had to wash him for hours before we were able to take him home since he was full of fleas. I have always made sure Cyrus is up to date with his vaccinations and took him to the Vet for yearly check ups. He only had to have some surgeries to get rid of small masses. Some of them were mast cell tumors. But all of them were always 100% removed Cyrus has always been my very close companion but when I got sick and diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, he stepped up and became my service dog. He learned to notify me before my attack started so I wouldn't fall from pain. While I'm in an attack he came close to me to use him for heat on my face. my husband served in the US Army for 21 Years after he retired we had to move to Germany to take care of my dad who was very sick. After moving back home to TX, starting life all over and both of our doggies had to have surgeries we have utilized all of our financial res.
