Adopted from mspca. Rescued from dog fighting when he was a puppy. He is emotional support animal for my daughter and I. He went through domestic violence. He is so sweet. Has anxiety and afraid of other dogs. Poor guy is a such a good boy has had a hard life. Yet continues to show nothing but love and loyalty! Chaka has had Lyme's dis for few years. Leading to possible kidney and liver cancer. He also had a partial acl year which over time led to a full tear. He has a limp unable to run. Currently in Lyme flare up which makes his joints swell up making him unable to walk or play. Also makes it hard for him to eat at times. His favorite friend is my 5 year old. She calls him her brother. They love each other so much. She would be devastated with out him. Of course I would be too. We have gone through so much together. I love my boy, he's my four legged furry son. I am currently disabled going through spells of vertigo and severe migraines. Leading to panick attacks and unable to work or drive. I also am waiting for answer for my undiagnosed neurological condition and treatment for PTSD really appreciate all the help I could get.

Binx

This little girl followed my dog & I home last fall. She may have belonged to someone as I am able to carry her and she loves my dogs. I named her Binx since she showed up right around Halloween, named her after the cat from the movie Hocus Pocus.. She got sick in Dec. took her to the vet & she got an antibiotic shot. In March she is sick again & struggling to breathe. No response from any rescue. Took her to the vet. Cost $700. She has been indoors since. She is still sick with a lot of drainage & makes a raspy noise when breathing. She’s at the vet right now. Estimate another $700. Binx is a sweet girl who appears to have been dumped. My dogs love her and she loves my dogs. She deserves a chance to live and not to be another stray who was so sick that eventually she would have died. Was she dumped because she was sick? I retired in May. I usually work 2 jobs. Supporting a sick cat is way out of my reach, I can’t just dump as she was previously when she struggled to breathe. Can’t work another job as SSi then keeps a check for making too much.

Shaggy is a community pet. His original owner had to go into a nursing home and Shaggy didn't want to leave. So he just romes from house to house out here. We all love him dearly, and his heart is as big as he is! All 91 lbs! About a month ago he was ran over by an uneducated Adolescent riding four wheeler and broke his front left leg. We have yet to locate the kid or his parents in order to hold them liable. We took him to the vet once already, however, it seems he has injured it again and needs to get the leg reset and a splint put on. He's also going to need x rays. The estimate from the vet was $450. He's extremely lovable and friendly. He gets along with all the other dogs around here. And doesn't even mind when my neighbors 3yr old brushes his hair with a comb! He's a big ray of sunshine, and it breaks my heart to see him having such a hard time getting around. And being in so much pain. He weighs 91 lbs and that's a lot of weight to be toting around on just 3 legs! I am a full time caretaker for my disabled father, i don't have much income. And my neighbor is 84 yrs old. We covered his bill last time, but would greatly appreciate some assistance to help shaggy be mobile again..!!

Jax came into my life the day he was born. I helped deliver him from his mom, held him as a tiny newborn, and he has been mine ever since. For 10 years, he has been my soul dog, my comfort, my shadow, and my heart outside my body. He has loved me through every season of my life, and I can’t imagine facing life without him. Jax has severe gallbladder disease and has gotten worse quickly, with repeated vomiting and discomfort. His vet is concerned about a gallbladder mucocele, which can rupture and become life-threatening. He urgently needs gallbladder removal surgery called a cholecystectomy. The estimate is $9,000–$10,000, and time is critical. Jax is a momma’s boy through and through—my soul dog, bonded to me from the very beginning. He’s like my child. He’s gentle, loves babies and people, and just wants to be close. He’s the biggest snuggle bug and my little bug-eyed boy. He adores his siblings and has such a loving heart. He’s not just a pet—he’s my family, and I’m not ready to lose him. This was sudden and overwhelming. I’ve already used all available credit trying to get Jax care, and I don’t have the funds to cover a $9,000–$10,000 emergency surgery on my own. I’m doing everything I can, but I can’t do this alone. Saving Jax would mean everything to me.

WahWah is an offspring of a newborn kitten that i bottle fed, took care of all his needs. His name was Aires. WahWah has a brother names Taurus. Litter mates. Aires has been missing since January. Our hearts are broken. I thought that I wasn't a cat person til Aires... WahWah and Taurus are irreplaceable. Very special to us & a huge part of our family. Wahwah is the most loveable baby. I had to bring WahWah to the vet today (5/1/2026. When I seen him I knew right off something was not right. At first I didnt even know if it was him, he changed that much overnight. Oklahoma Veterinary Specialists ran some tests on him and found that he has Bobcat Fever. They get it from ticks. It gets into their bloodstream and will take over unless treated. Everyone loves WahWah. He is a very loving cat. He is laid back, playful & very sweet. He loves his brother Taurus very much. They always together playing or sleeping. When u see 1 here comes the other one. When we were loading WahWah up, Taurus tried to go also. He started crying when he couldn't get to his brother. They are family to us and he is only 2 yrs old. I am praying that he will make it I was recently laid off from my job, I am actively looking for work daily. I just filed unemployment and waiting for that to come in. WahWah needs medical attention now and can't wait that long. It would be a blessing for him to get healthy again. And back to the vet.

My husband gifted this sweet boy last year after I lost my Great Dane and decided I didn't want to ever have another dog. This sweet baby very quickly became the love of my life. Every moment is given to him. Our entire world changed. His personality lights up our lives and I couldn't imagine my life without him. Yesterday afternoon my sweet Dexter stopped drinking water and refused food. He laid around all evening and began having liquid diarrhea that went from gel like substance to complete water. I rushed him to the Tristate animal ER after he did this a few more times where we were told he has pancreatitis and is severely dehydrated. Dexter is a very lively boy who lives to play and run. He loves any toy that squeaks and often to get your attention he will squeak like his toy until you take it and throw it for him. We all look forward to coming home to him and enjoy what he brings to our hearts. My husband has been laid off and I work full time but it's difficult to keep up with bills. He did finally go back to work but we are working hard to catch up now. His vet is asking over $600 for his overnight stay and we just afford to pay that all at once.

I rescued her from a garage at 2 weeks. Since then she has been my world I nursed her through parvo we were attacked last year by another pit bull and she survived. She has been through so much in her short 3 years and now we get the news of pyometra. She has to have emergency surgery Monday to save her life that I don’t have the funds for. But she is my world I can’t lose her. She has to have emergency surgery Monday at 7 am to save her life or she won’t make it. It’s being done at all pet surgery on west Washington st. It’s part of Noah’s pet hospital. She is literally my world has gotten me through some very terrible things. It’s just my daughter her and I. She doesn’t leave my side except for when I’m at work and then she sits on the couch and waits for me to get home. She is literally EVERYTHING TO ME… I can’t lose her. Our bond is so tight I’d do anything for her literally. This was so sudden, I’m a single mom with no family at all they are all deceased so it’s my daughter I and nala. I’m barely keeping bills paid and now this right when rents due. I don’t have any funds saved or anything.

So this is Tiko, he is five and he is 90% Siberian husky and 10% Staffordshire terrier. He came into my life being my adult sons dog, but it didn’t take long to figure out that I was his person. We now have another dog his name is Tux. He’s just about a year younger than Tiko. We just bought a new house in July and we were hoping for it to be a happy time but instead we got hip dysplasia.. I’ll try to make a long story short here, but I got insurance for Tiko October 2025 right around that same time when Tiko jumped out of the car he cried. things progressively got worse with him. I took him to the ER in dec and I said to the doctor to the doctor his leg hurts him. I hope it’s not hip dysplasia. Which ruined him from getting the help that he needs through any insurance company he’s everything to me and anyone that is lucky enough to meet him. When I’m frustrated he stops what he’s doing, comes to me, nudges me in and makes me pet him. it takes my mind off of the frustration. Tiko’s the kind of dog that went and sat in a bathtub because another dog was too scared to get in. They don’t give us enough space but his name means noble # 1 and it fits him perfectly. So Tiko got me out of bed when I couldn’t get out myself. With the ER putting hip dysplasia in his chart when he had never even been diagnosed. I just felt like they gave him a death sentence and he doesn’t deserve it. He deserves to live along happy full life not in pain

Took him to a veterinary and they said they can only put him under anesthesia once for to get fixed and for his eye to completely get taken out, $1500 total VCA baring blvd He Rushes me everyday and gives Hugs, literally stands on his back legs and stretches to give you a hug, I carry him with me on car rides which he loves. Coming from a cat it's Rare, he stole my heart and made me realize Cats can take my heart not just Dogs Me and my husband are on a fixed income, I work 22 hrs a week, he unemployed due to illness. I really can't watch what I fell in love with run into walls and oozing of infection green and yellow. It's getting worse. He's part of our family that needs medical attention
