Joey came into our life when he was about 1 yr old and the people that had him no longer wanted him so we took him in. We gave him a loving and caring home. Had to work with him to potty train all over but we did it. Joey has dental problems snd needs surgery on them. He has problems with his back and need to stay on medication for it to deal with the pain in it. He's a very active dog but has issues that need to be addressed Joey loves people. He's very friendly to everyone. He loves his attention from anyone. He will play with everyone that comes around. He's the family dog that he never got from the first family. I made one already on this for him but it won't let me edit to change anything. I dont know the exact amount Joey needs to help him. Don't remember vets name. I am on on SSI and my son use to pay for all medical care but now my son can not provide it cause he's sick and cant work no more but Joey can use your help.

Cookies fatefully came into my life 6 years ago from Family Dog Rescue, SF. I adopted her after the passing of my grandmother, and really think of Cookies of lighting my life back up after tragedy. We been through everything together, high school, quarantine, college, and now I'm hoping my graduation. She is my baby, it hurts my soul that I cannot afford her surgery. Ocean Ave Veternarian Hospital is Cookies primary Vet. Cookies has a torn ACL, and is in desperate need of knee surgery for her hind right leg. She injured her leg last year and her health has been steadily declining since then. Without the use of her hind leg, she doesn't want to walk anymore and is in constant pain. She wants to lay down all the time and misses going on long walks with me. Cookies is the sweetest, most intelligent dog I have ever owned. She is so affectionate, and loves to cuddle with the family. She loved to run around with giant stuffed toys- the bigger the better! She enjoys the soft plush toys the most. She also knows and comforts me when I'm sad; I am never alone with her around, she always follows me around waiting for adventure. I'm injured from my last job and recovering- I am also taking care of my parents; my father is retired and my mother is disabled from a stroke. There is no possible way we can afford Cookies surgery. Please help my girl walk again.

Suga was born a third generation in our family We had her grandma as a kid and her mom was born a couple years after. With a miracle she was born with her 6 other siblings was named after the BTS members. She is three and golden born and so full of energy and love. She lights up my world and gives me energy after work. She is so caring taking care of me as if I’m her baby. She has Pyometra and is scheduled to go to the village vets in N Decatur. She has never had any other complications and had most of her shots but she hates riding in the car so we space them out She loves kids and she acts like a mom. So protective and she tries to clean you like a puppy and always wants to cuddle. She’ll greet you at the door and listens so well. She loves playing and running. We play tag outside as her favorite game and her favorite snack is frozen blueberries I’m a server and only make 2.15. So I don’t make much and am really dependent on everyone. It’s been slow since this recession but I’ve been looking for another job to help and this surgery costing so much is taking a toll. My car already cost me so much money

For the past four years, Coconuts has been my entire world. Since the day she was born, she's been my best friend and the only family I have left. She's the reason I get out of bed every day. On the afternoon of the 26th, my heart shattered. Coconuts began screaming in agony, a sound I'll never forget. After rushing her to the vet, we learned she's suffering from a serious, undiagnosed gastrointestinal issue. Frank and Bobby are my furry little sons. They wore both rescued from the same facility. They were deemed "unadoptable" and were to be euthanized unless they found homes. Frank is considered a bad dog because he has anxiety and is definetly a pack animal. Bobby was born deaf, and was found on the streets trying to survive. They are now wonderful as they relly on each other for their issues. My wife and I adopted them to give them a chance at life and because she was unable to have kids. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and when she found out she told me she had been cheating on me and abandoned the 3 of us rather than stay and be a caregiver. The boys need a vet checkup and heartworm precentative and I have zero income to provide for them. Bobby and Frank are awesome. Although we are a messed up little family. The 3 of us love each other. Bobby relies on Frank for his hearing, and has learned hand commands. Frank relies on Bobby for companionship and to calm him when he gers anxiois. I relly on tjem to keep fighting for my health because without me thet have no one, and without them I am the same. I have not been able to work for over a year. I have zero income, no family to rely on, and no other resources. The boys seem healthy but they need a vet visit in order to get heartworm preventative and to make sure everything else is in check.

I picked up Peanut from a family member that had her as a puppy for the kids. I was visiting them, when I saw she had her leg broken. The kids were too young and I offered to take her with me to take care of her while she got better. 13 years later, she has been my companion. She has allowed me to be her life human. Sleeps, eats, walks with me 24/7 if life would allow us to. Peanut started with an inflamed breast. I have read that old dogs start getting balls. During the last month, the quarter size ball is now the size of a Softball (bigger than a baseball). I took her to Dr Kellys Surgical Unit and was diagnosed with Mammary Mass on abdomen that needs to be removed. I am on a disability case and do not have the funds or credit to cover her medical emergency. Peanut has been part of my family since a puppy. She has mainly followed me, no matter what I am doing. We have other dogs in the house, but she is very close to me and prefers to be close to me and not with the younger pack. I am on a disability from work. I am not able to use my hands for my typing job. I am currently waiting to get results from workers compensation diagnosis to decide if they will take care of me. Peanut is my support when everything else feels like there is no end.

Me and peecious have been together since she was 8 weeks old. I fell in love with her the day I seen her picture from a breeder and knew I needed her and she needed me. She loves sleeping with me. She goes on any trips I need to go on for ling time. She don't like other dogs or maybe it just any animals. She's a mommy's dog. I do not know what it would cost to fix this situation Precious always be to Lazy 5 Vet in Salisbury NC. since she was a puppy. She always has her rabie shot. She has problems with her hips sometime mainly when cold weather sets in making it hurt more which she use to have meds for that but I can not afford to do so now. She now has a cyst on her belly that needs to be address as soon as possible to get taken care of. Precious loves people. She loves sitting around with me and my sons. She loves attention from anyone but more so she's a mommy's girl and always have to have me with her. I can not afford to take her to the vet to see what the cost or what this mass is until I get the money. I only live on SSI It would mean the world to me to have Precious taken to her vet again which its been very long time to get her checked out again and get this mass fixed or whatever it is on her tummy. It would be awesome to have her back on her meds she needs for her hip.. I still need her.

I adopted Indie from a rescue when he was about 1.5 years old - he was considered too anxious to be adopted but we just clicked. Since then, we've become inseparable - he even came with me when I moved overseas for work right before the pandemic. Little did we know that we would've spent that time (2 years) under lockdown - away from family and friends, and with just each other for company. He had a large malignant sarcoma emerge last year and we had it removed at Small Door Vet 14th St in Washington, D.C.. However, it's come back and we're hoping that we can remove it again through surgery and maybe some radiation and chemo. He is a prancer! He has such a distinct walk that people recognize him in the neighborhood as the dog that prances and trots. He also has a cute habit of crossing his paws - such a gentleman! Although he isn't a fan of most people - sometimes he's like a cat -- he is a snuggle bug once he warms up to someone. I took a pay cut from the private sector to join the Federal government a couple years ago and my income was reduced further when my job in the government changed. Our emergency fund was depleted for his treatment last year and my own medical issues.

Living in a modest apartment with four Frenchies, our home is lively and filled with love. I now find myself in a pressing financial crisis. Despite my deep love for Kool and my other pets, the vet bills from Good Vet's are becoming overwhelming. Recently, Kool has needed medical attention, and it has been a struggle to keep up with these costs. The thought of not being able to provide him with the care he deserves weighs heavily on my heart. Kool is truly special, not just for his adorable appearance but for his vibrant personality. His short legs and playful demeanor make him stand out among our pets. He has a unique way of engaging with each family member, always knowing when someone needs a little extra love. With me, he snuggles up and offers comfort on tough days. I'm facing financial difficulties after losing my job on 5/24 and being unable to work due to a car accident on 11/4/24.
