I got Stella at 7 weeks and she is "my" first dog. I couldn't ask for a better best friend as she does everything you would want and expect. Protects the house, yard and family day and night. I've come to even trust her judgement more than mine as she is never wrong with why she barks at something. She's also a huge love bug and requires a blanket every night to sleep Stella is going on day 3 with minimal water and no food. She's very food motivated and never misses a meal so this is very odd of her. Last week she was fine, jumping around and playing with moose She is the pack leader for sure. She's always been a mama bear to Moose since day one. He is completely lost without her around and I had to do minimal training with moose as a puppy as he just followed Stella's lead and try's to do what she does My wife and I have been fighting a predatory lending housing issue since loosing my job. With zero help from local and state authorities we have lost our home, $300k in equity with zero hope in sight with no funds for a real estate lawyer

We adopted Copper from a rescue near our home in Oregon when he was a tiny 5-month-old. We had always wanted a dog but had never had the opportunity until our new apartment finally allowed a pet. We went to a rescue visit day at our local PetSmart just to look, not expecting to find a pet that day. But when we met Copper, we knew we wanted him to come home with us. We’ve had him almost a year now! When we got Copper, he loved running and jumping around. One day, he started limping on his front legs, and it got worse over time. Oregon State University’s Vet Hospital imaged his legs. A jump must have injured his front legs, and they grew curved, causing pain in his joints. He needs surgery to straighten out both front legs, or he’ll have increasing lifelong pain when he walks. Copper wants to meet every single dog he sees, and every dog he meets loves him! He isn’t afraid to play with dogs 10 times his size. His favorite game with us is being chased in circles around the armchair. He’s a picky eater, but he *loves* beef. He “protects” us from scary sounds at night, and he loves to be snuggled to sleep at night. Also, Copper and his “dad” share the same birthday! We’re students on part-time income, trying to give Copper the best life we can. We want to make sure he can live a life without chronic pain, but we don’t have the income to make it happen alone. We hope Copper will stay with us, healthy and happy, for another 15+ years!

Recently my boyfriend lost his job, and now I have lost mine. We are homeless, struggling to survive, and I cannot afford his care. Please help Handsome get the chance to heal and live the happy life he deserves. Handsome has a dislocated hip—an emergency that leaves him in constant pain and unable to walk properly. At his age, every hour matters to prevent permanent damage or surgery. Watching him hurt shatters me. He’s my baby, my reason to push forward through everything, and I feel helpless. He depends on me, and I’m desperate to give him the care he deserves. Handsome came into my life at a time when everything felt like it was falling apart. Despite being so young, he has this gentle spirit that makes me feel seen and loved when I feel invisible. What cemented our bond was how quickly he became my comfort—curling up on me when I cried, wagging his little tail like I was his whole world. He gives me hope when I have nothing else. I’m struggling after both my boyfriend and I lost our jobs and our home, and I can’t afford the care Handsome urgently needs. Having him healthy again would mean everything—he’s my comfort, my joy, and my reason to keep going. Seeing him heal would give me hope too.

Hulk has been my bestest boy since he was 9.5 weeks old. It's hard to believe that he is now 10.5 years old. We've ben through the next and the worst of times together. He has a cozy home that he rules with a fenced in yard to not chase squirrels in. I've done my very best to make sure he has been well taken care of. Hulk has a cough that has been progressing. We've been treating the thinking it was his allergies flaring again. Recent x-rays show an enlarged heart and some densities in the lungs which has resulted in two back to back vet visits and recent hospital stay. He has a great doctor at The All Animal Clinic located in Hattiesburg, Ms., where he is loved dearly. Hulk is loved by all who encounter him. His impressive stink eye, weird snort, love for sunbathing & belly rubs up to his tiny crooked toofers makes him the bestest boy who ever boyed. He loves children, is very social, and requests ear and belly rubs from anyone around. Hulk's recent medical issues have come during a time of unexpected financial hardship. I am seeking additional employment to assist with his medical bills as well as the expense of just living. It would mean everything to me to have assistance with his treatment

Elton came into my life after my dad passed in 2021. My mom and I needed companionship and Elton helped up in ways we didn't know were possible. This little guy is our whole world. Our family dog, Elton, is extremely sick right now. He is currently admitted at the Metropolitan Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Akron. I've never experienced this before with a pet, but this is one of the hardest thing l've gone through so far. They aren't sure the cause his sickness, but he is admitted in the ICU. Elton is the most loving, playful, and compassionate dog. He absolutely loves and adores everyone. Everyone that meets him falls in love with him. He is such a positive light. I would do anything to have Elton healthy again. He has only been hospitalized for one night and I have already spent $4,500. We are finding out in the morning if he needs surgery, costing another $5,000- $7,000. I've drained my savings account and this is just the beginning

Hello everyone! My name is Freya and I am a beautiful pitbull around 9 years old who has had a rough & traumatic upbringing until I adopted my owners Melissa and Matt. That's when I learned about love and family. I have been with them since January 1st 2025. They give me lots of love and we have a blast playing ball and going for walks. Freya has random seizures and needs medical attention so we can understand how to control them. She also has food allergies and right now she is having an allergic reaction to either her new soap or food she has eaten but we can't afford the vet bills. We are struggling and are desperate for help. She is such a good girl and we just want to provide care for our fur baby. Freya doesn't get along with any other animals due to her past trauma but she is getting SO much better. She has so much love to give, it's amazing. She really loves being a couch potato with us but her favorite thing to do is play ball! She's a little round but she can move fast!:) Our fur baby has never had the proper care she deserves and needs. Bella was rescued in march of this year, the sweetest most playful 7 month puppy you will ever meet! We stay in Greensboro currently but was visiting my mom and sister in Winston Salem! In urgent need of help for our Bella Rose emergency surgery, Bella was sadly hit by a speeding car in our neighborhood today, and the person didn’t stop! Bella was then taken to the hospital where they told us she has number fractures in her pelvis, hip, and joint which have to be removed from her body. On top of that it was found that that her bladder is also ruptured and now its life or death! Bella is the most loving, playful dog you will ever meet. No one is a stranger to her! She is very friendly with a free spirit. She loves out doors more then in doors! This was an unexpected incident, and I don’t have the funds to pay for it. I just started a new job last week trying to get back on my feet. If she doesn’t have this surgery soon she will die. I need my puppy healthy again!

This is my partners baby boy. He came to us by way of one of my ex's honestly. He used to let him come over for play dates with my two dogs, and they absolutely loved him. We found he was locked in a house, no electric, no water, just a pile of food, and his feces. FOR 2 MONTHS. The kid survived somehow. SO he is spoiled, definitely. acts like the cock of the walk but is all of 8 pounds. We are sitting in the emergency vet waiting on a vet to explain the full situation. I CAN explain more later when I know. We are already $200 with the office visit. He has to be sedated, that's another $300, for anesthesiologist. Then the actual surgery, another $500. so that's just $1000 in what NEEDS done. I will fill in later more but for now we are aiming at $1700. OK, pure honest. This little guy THINKS he rules the roost from my partners lap. He will grrr and snip at anyone coming by him. NO ONE can invade his personal bubble without you knowing it. When my partner gets home, this little guy starts screaming in excitement so loud. This dog is his everything. The dog who did it, is my special baby boy. My pocket pittie with a bad thyroid.
