I got Chico when he was 5 months old, came from a very questionable living situation. He was skinny and not in the best of condition, but with love and care he became my best friend, he's helped me through the most difficult times in my life so far and I owe it to him to help him live his best life. A couple months ago I noticed Chico having some lumps appearing on his body, thinking they were bug bites or something I just kept an eye on them, they continued to grow. I took home to sedrowoolley veterinary clinic and the vet confirmed they are concerning and he needs to have surgery to remove the masses and biopsy for cancer. Chico is a happy go lucky guy, loves to swim, run and play, his best friend chance a 2 year old xl bully would be devastated without him. For 9 years old Chico has the energy of a pup. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis about 2 years ago. My health is not very good so I'm unable to work, im currently awaiting my ssi disability, I have no income other than $450.00 monthly from dshs abd program. I live in a travel trailer currently but it works 4us

Jax is a 3 lb, 11-week-old rescue we've had for just 2 weeks on our rural farm. He lives with our family and our other rescue, Timber, who saved Jax's life during the attack. He was just settling into his new home, playing with our cats and watching the ducks on our pond. He is a tiny, cherished member of our family who now desperately needs help to survive his injuries. Jax was viciously attacked by a large dog, leaving him with puncture wounds, damaged lungs, and trouble walking. We rushed him to BluePearl Pet Hospital in Olympia, but we can't afford the X-rays needed to see the full extent of his internal injuries. He is home with us now, struggling to breathe. We are terrified of what damage remains unseen inside his tiny body. In just two weeks, Jax has completely stolen our hearts. He's a clumsy, floppy goofball who tumbles over his own feet when he's running. He sleeps with his paws covering his eyes and tries to climb into the big dog's water bowl for a swim. He's pure, innocent joy in a tiny body. Hearing him cry from the pain is the most heartbreaking sound I have ever heard. We are building a Christmas tree farm, but for now, we just scrape by selling firewood. The initial $800 vet bill took our rent and grocery money. An emergency like this is beyond us. I rescued Lily from a dog farm where she had multiple litters before the age of five, and never been outside. She also serves as an emotional support companion. She's come around a lot from when I first got her and brings much joy and sunshine into my life she's my best friend. She love okay time but her teeth being mostly decayed or missing and leaving her and lots of pain. She's had one prior surgery she's been fixed and that was at a humane society that hurt previous owner has brought her to leaving a little green line on her belly. Previously she had never been outside currently she loves going outside and playing in the grass with the sunshine on her cheeks she loves sitting in the sun with me in the morning just basking and reflecting Unfortunately, I cannot meet her veterinary needs (dental). She's such a happy little ray of sunshine it's saddens me beyond words to see her in pain.

Brownie came into my life when a plea came out for an injured dog with 2 possible broken back legs. I sprang into action immediately even though I knew financially I couldn’t do anything right away, but still needed to get her off of the streets and out of the heat. She is now happy and spoiled, but still requires surgery. Brownie has 2 broken back legs that require immediate attention. Taking on a stray dog, with that costly of a vet bill was not in my plans, but knew I had to do something. Brownie is special to me because even after living on the streets for who knows how long and being in excruciating pain, she is still the sweetest most loving dog and that’s all she wants to do, give love and be loved I need help because I am on a fixed income so obviously this major surgery was not in the future plans, but I know she needs it more then anything and that’s why I’m reaching out for help!

Hope is a rescue she is a craigslist baby the lady told me her story when i met her to get Hope and she was traumatized she is so much better now but is having an issue with her tail where she is biting it and rubbing it against stuff it has become irritated and very sore. Looking to take her to vet to get it treated and get antibiotics and salve for it. Hopefully thats all she needs for the issue. Maybe a shot i am not sure what all she will need Her favorite friend is my boxer piper! My boxer they are inseparable and love to be in each other’s company all the time. They play and eat together they sleep together On disability and live alone i pay all my bills alone and just ran i to an issue i cant cover on my own i hope to get help so she can get some relief

Hikari is a 2 year old Mix-Breed in ALLEGAN, MI, who needs $2,000 for Treatment of Life Threatening Infection.

Hikari was surrendered to Allegan County Animal Shelter with her 7 puppies. The shelter vet spayed her, on Mon 6/2. I took her as a foster on Wed 6/4. Hikari developed a red patch near her incision which gradually got worse, until it ruptured, on Sat 6/7 around 7 pm. At 10 pm I checked the dressing I put on her and the wound had gotten worse. I rushed Hikari to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital. Blue Pearl discovered the spay area was infected and Hikari’s liver enzymes were elevated. The hospital bill came to $1,904.61, plus $49.24 and $10.13 for prescriptions. Her recheck revealed a double ear infection and skin infection, plus blood tests show a possible parasite infection. The checkup bill and medications total $483.47 Next up - fecal lab tests... Hikari is such a sweet girl! I can’t even begin to explain it. Just look at her eyes… She came to me, showing no interest in my other dogs, no interest in toys, no interest in peanut butter filled Kongs (a pack favorite). Now, she is happy and playful! She loves playing chase with her younger sister Harper and absolutely loves treat puzzle toys and peanut butter and pup cups. And walks! Sadly, because I took Hikari to the ‘wrong’ Emergency Vet, even though the shelter never told me what emergency vet to use, the shelter has refused to cover any of the bills. I put everything on my Care Credit and I am selling things, doing anything I can to cover the bills.

Hello my name is Kerri.. I adopted my baby July 3 2025. One of my coworkers called and asked if I could take care of a dog I told them no I could not she then started to tell me that she had Draco and that she found him on the side of the road with his mother who had just got hit by a car so she picked him up, but she was not able to keep him because she was living in her car SO NOW HERE WE ARE…. I’m not too sure on his medical background, but I do know that I took him to the vet yesterday to get Parvo shots and his vaccinations as well as as a flea treatment. Could not afford the medication at the end of the visit so I was unable to continue to treat him but I will keep doing everything for my baby boy.. He’s very special to me and my children because as soon as he came into our house, he immediately stole our hearts. The background story of how my coworker fountain is still touching.. I am a single parent with three teenage kids trying to make in to meet with them, but we fell in love with Draco and we want to do everything to keep him safe and healthy. We will not let him go no matter what. Even if it means we go without WE LOVE HIM SO MUCH…

My family got Ali as a puppy in 2017, and she quickly became our best friend and protector. We have three cats, our oldest that just passed last month, he honestly, was Ali‘s best friend. She has brought so much joy to my life and has seen my family through some struggles. Ali loves a good bone, whipped cream, long walks and good ole belly/booty rubs. She is the best of the best, my gentle giant! I asked At Home Vet to come and look thinking she had anal glands issues. They quickly determine that it might be something more, so the called Connecticut humane Society. They made her an appointment at Highway veterinary Hospital in Fairfield. Ali has lost weight, chronic constipation and appears to have a UTI. She is currently on antibiotics but needs to have a diagnostic done! Ali is my gentle giant! She loves everybody that she meets. She loves her goodies and whipped cream, and she loves her long walks. When she feels good, you can find her laying on my bed, the couch, in all her glory! You always will find her tongue hanging out, especially when she’s sleeping. If you sing happy birthday, no matter where she’s at, she comes running.. Best pooty ever! Oh zoomies too! I’m a single mom on disability with two teenagers and a young college student. I work part time to try to make ends meet and although we have just enough for basic necessities, there’s just not extra and having had another sick animal recently it left me strapped for cash.
