We met Poppy when she was only 3 months old. A former friend of mine had gotten her, but when he decided to move on, she stayed with my son and I. She was just over a year old at that point, and quickly became the love of our lives. She is our best friend and sleeps in bed with me every night. My son is almost 13 now and loves his "Poppers" so much. Poppy started exhibiting UTI symptoms, first blood in urine and then not able to produce urine. We ended up at an ER vet and with another UTI diagnosis and antibiotics. 5 days later she was still exhibiting symptoms so off to Shore Haven Vet for follow up and blood work. Another week later, back for imaging which revealed bladder stones. Stones are out for testing and surgery is recommended now. Poppy has this innate ability to just know when you need her to come up and cuddle with you. She is the best snuggler you could ever ask for. She loves to join us "at work" resting her head on my work laptop and my son's school laptop. It may be harder to type that way, but makes the time so much more enjoyable. She loves to play tug of war and loves pets from absolutely everyone! I'm a single mom, who has been struggling for some time. Cost of living keeps rising but without comparable wage raises, my rent has also increased. I have spent 1400 to make sure we had all the proper testing, but have no way to make up all that we need for the surgery

I have had Nova for 3 weeks now. She was a gift from a friend whose dog had puppies. We named her Nova because she was born in November. She has complete our family and I love how happy she is to see everyone. Nova jumped out of my son’s arm and broke her back leg on Thursday. She can have surgery at GSV of Woodbridge but the cost is steep. She seems to be comfortable but this is no life for a puppy. It breaks my heart. I have all boys and Nova has completed our family. I hate that there is not much I can do. She is a very happy family oriented dog. Who listens in train fairly easy. It would mean the world to me to be able to help my puppy. I want her to live a long pain free life and due to this unfortunate emergency I and can’t provide for her at the moment.

Stella has been the best addition to our family as she is our only child. She joined our family a little over a year ago and has become our whole world. She provides laughter, spunk and so much personality. Stella was perfectly healthy. We got her spayed about 2 weeks ago and she fell ill after the surgery. She developed what we found out was aspiration pneumonia and hasn’t been well since. It’s a desperate and scary situation. The infection has resisted all antibiotics tried so far, and we are running out of funds to keep her in the emergency vet. But she still needs their care until we can beat It Stella is sweet, spunky, funny, and the best cuddler. She has brought so much life to our world and we can’t imagine days without her. She is sweet to everyone she meets, children, grandparents, everyone. Stella has spent 5 nights at the emergency vet, and she is still not eating on her own so she cannot be discharged. Each night at the ER is $2,000 and we are running out of funds. We need more time!

I adopted Brutus from state west va in 2017 and he was the best thing that came into my life. He has spina bifida and change diapers 4 x a day. he can walk and run but the back legs are somewhat wobbly I took brutus to blue pearl vet and had ultrasound done. He has two lymph node growing it isnt on the thyroid gland. Dr doesnt seem to be sure if its from brain or mouth itself they want to do ct scan... xray... blood work and then go from there. Hes a fun full of life always chasing any light moving or biting water out of hose. moving backwards and forward on rug... always looking for things to explore. he love to be free and quiet I am on worker comp... i cant work side jobs or anything while being on it. So im pretty tight unlike before the foot trauma i was able to afford lot of things. now im cutting back so much. ill need little along the way to help me to find out if this is treatable

I rescued Harlie 10 years ago. She was a tiny little puppy about 7-8 weeks old. The people I got her from said she bites and they would smack her and she would wet on the floor. I went to see her and when I sat on the floor, she walked over to me, climbed in my lap, and laid her head on my leg. They asked for money which I paid and we left. She stayed on my lap most of the night. True love❤️ Harlie has been getting worse the past five days. She has extremely elevated liver enzymes and I had an ultrasound done which showed many nodules. The ER vet said most likely cancer and discussed biopsy. We want to find out 100% if it’s cancer and our options. She’s not suffering right now but is getting weaker. Harlie dances with her front paws when I get home from work and open the door. She follows me everywhere and we are each others best friend. When my fiancé committed suicide with a gun, she was with him and after that, she keeps her ears tucked back. We both suffered through that together. We needed each other and still do. She loves everyone she meets. She deserves a chance. I have used what money I have had saved in my rainy day fund. I’m trying to sell everything that I can. I didn’t get approved for care credit. Can you please help me give her a fighting chance? I promise to give back and help others as soon as I can.

Tara is like my baby she has spent most of her life with me I got her at around 12 weeks old and has gone to work with me every day of her life we are always together Tara has a broken tooth that has become very infected and needs to be removed and she needs to be put on medication for injection. She has started bleeding quite a bit and really needs help.I can’t afford to get her any help we have visited a vet and they want to remove the tooth and give her more antibiotics she has had blood tests done already Tara is my strength having seizures and waking up not knowing where you are at is scary and having her there I at least wake up to something I know. She also smells my low blood sugar being type 1 diabetic Dealing with becoming type 1 diabetic and having tremors from Parkinson’s and seizures I have not been able to do much since late 2020 and applied for disability

Chew vet care send me an email with your information and encourage me to contact you to see if we can get Lucas the medical treatment that he needs so they can find out what going on with his heart. We was recently informed that Lucas has a heart murmur. Lucas heart is bigger than normal and makes him cough and vet don’t know why so the need to do a sonogram of his heart wich is out of my budget right now. Lucas is super friendly he likes to go for walks and love pupuchinos from Starbucks. Lucas like to by pet and get overwhelmed when there’s to many people in the house. I can’t afford Lucas medical treatment right now due to my son almost graduating highschool and I’m saving for his college new journey. Lucas. Needs a heart sonogram and medication for his heart for the rest of his life.

Rayne came in to my life 8 years ago, I rescued her from a shelter and we have been inseparable ever since. She is my soul dog, been through some of the hardest times in my life, I am so grateful for her and would do anything to make sure she is safe. We just moved to California from Arizona this past May to have a better life for both of us. On Thursday the 6th, Rayne got scared because of the storm and ran away in the rain. After searching for her for 6 hours I found she was dropped of at the animal shelter after being hit by a car. After vet visits and then an ER visit later that night once she was home from the vet, she has pneumothorax around her lungs from the impact of the car. She is being treated at VA Animal Specialty Group Rayne is truly a light to everyone she encounters. The sweetest girl who loves cuddles and trips to the park. Anyone she comes in contact with always says what a beautiful sweet soul she has, the world needs her light. Living in Los Angelos, as a single person who lives alone, life is already expensive. After 2 ER visits and treatment, I am strapped to be able to move forward with treatment if she goes south again for the 3rd time since the accident.

Bohdi was born November 9, 2024 he is the last of his litter and about a week ago his mother just vanished I was working as a volunteer with the homeless community in cottage grove and when I returned his mother dopa was no where to be found she wasn’t ill at all and has never ran off before so we r at a complete lose on what to after going door to door and not being able to find her Two days ago he started having diarrhea and then by the next morning he has started vomiting and is not keeping fluids down I have just suffered the loss of his mother and trying desperately not to lose him as well He is my only ways to remember his mother which I have had since the day she was born and for 8 years she never left my side she helped me survive server domestic violence and was my ptsd service animal now he’s all I have left from her I’m heartbroken with the thought of losing him I live on a fixed income since I’m on ssd and haven’t been able to return to work I volunteer with the homeless community in cottage grove Oregon am I have no other reaources at this time
