Ruby came to us from a breeder about two weeks ago. After staying in the hospital for 5 days, she is thankfully home with us! She is slowly gaining back some puppy behaviors and we are sooo happy to see this little bit of progress. But we aren’t out of the woods yet 🥺 Ruby Love was diagnosed after A LOT of testing with an internal liver shunt. Without the CT scan we can’t guarantee how severe it is but based on how early and severely her symptoms presented, that it is pretty bad. To give her a chance at life, I’m told she will need surgery to correct this issue ASAP. All of this was determined at AVETS in Monroeville, Pa. And confirmed by her primary vet. Where to even begin! Upon looking through dozens of pups, I knew immediately that Ruby was the one for us. She IMMEDIATELY took to us and seems to know we are her people. Despite being the bravest little girl with everything she’s gone through, she is still so gentle and full of love. Her names come from a nickname my late father gave me as a child. She is special beyond words. We only had Ruby for 48 hours before all of this started. The breeder has offered some financial assistance but I’m still out over $7,000 and the bills keep coming. I’m told the surgery will be between $6-$12,000, likely on the higher end.

I bought baby one year ago in Texas because my other Yorkie was lonely and she has brought nothing but joy to my other dog and my family.i can't imagine our lives without her now. My baby started throwing up blood yesterday so we took her to the vet,they said she might have a blockage in her intestines and might die without surgery,my mom used her credit care to pay for first vet I used all of mine for second vet vist and now they say she needs surgery that cost 3600 and I'm already 3000 in debt..the money doesn't matter I'd spend it all to save her.. She loves to play and snuggle and is always on my lap looking at me with loving eyes,I can't bear to lose her,my other dog is stressed out looking for her and my kids are so upset I can't afford to save her,please someone find it in your heart to help save my baby.i don't know what we would do without her,I've used up all my credit care and have no other options but to put her down,I can't do that.

Voodoo is still young and has a lot more life Voodoo was diagnosed with pyrometra. She is young 3 years old I had rescued her and she has been a family me ever ever since. She was in poor health when I got her and wasn’t being fed or taken care of. I went to vet to get her fixed and they told me she had this disease where her uterus was infected. I have since seen her health decline and have been by her side. The surgery is so expensive She is so silly she smiles and wags her butt when she sees her family and is so loving and full of life. She sleeps with my son at night and enjoys pillow and a blanket I don’t wanna lose my family. This surgery is necessary and can’t find no vets that will do a pay plan they just push me to put her to sleep just because I can’t afford all up front

4 years ago my children and I wanted to get a dog. One night, during a rough thunderstorm, Max showed up on my cousin's doorstep, scared, cold, hungry, dirty, with matted fur & no ID. My cousin called me, we took Max to the vet to get checked out. We out up signs in her neighborhood and online. No one seemed to be looking for him. He had no chip. So we took him in and have loved him ever since. I brought Max in last night to the Arizona Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Center because he had no appetite for the last 2 days. Yesterday he didn't want to drink at all, was very lethargic & had vomited. They gave him a physical exam & noted pain in his mouth & abdomen. He was dehydrated so they gave him fluids under his skin. Max is generally quiet but has always been friendly and curious. At the vet he was usually dull and still. He enjoys running and chasing games. He is best friends with my mom's dog Sabrina - an Australian Shepherd mix. We take Max with us in the car everywhere and he loves to be outside soaking in the sun or sniffing and investigating everything. 4 months ago, my family & I lost our home. We moved into the House of Refuge which doesn't allow pets so Max has been staying with my mom. This has been nice since he has companionship all day with my mom and brother being home all day with him and his best friend Sabrina.

He loves to guard our yard and bark he thinks he is a giant Bullet starting not wanting to eat any of his treats or food. we took him to the vet and after the 3rd visit, we found out he has gum infection, and all his upper and lower teeth have to be removed Bullet favorite friend is his brother Dash, and he loves to guard our back yard. He loves the laser light; he just goes crazy. He like to be pet and sleep under the blankets My husband is unemployed at the moment and cannot afford to pay for their teeth. Unfortunately, we have to do mouth surgery to both Dash and Bullet. They are in a lot of pain, so anything helps

I have 3 dogs that are inseparable and we love very much. Most of our free time is spent hiking & exploring trails with them they mean the world to us. 5 years ago I drove to Genoa City, Wisconsin from Chicago to finally meet Mocha, she was at a foster home she was a rescue dog from K9 lifeline Rescue. When I first saw Mocha, I knew she was meant to come home went me. I love her dearly. Mocha was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in her nasal cavity that attacks her cartilage called chondrosarcoma. We have already spent almost $5000 diagnosing this rare form of cancer and the only treatment that would give her a hope of life is a battery of radiation therapy. Mocha loves cuddles, belly scratches, head massages. Mocha is a very affectionate dog especially to human beings. She gets along with children and other animals. She has 3 sisters and they love each other. I do not want to separate them. I am in a fixed income, and do not have the funds for this. If you are a dog lover and feel that you'd like to contribute to giving a beautiful sweet dog a second chance at life we would be extremely grateful, we want to do whatever we can to save her. Mochi was the runt of her litter & the last to find a forever home, until we laid eyes on her. My wife and I don't have kids of our own, so our dogs are our kids. Mochi is the most loving, spunky, pterodactyl noise making, happy go lucky dog I've ever experienced. She loves everyone and truly enjoys life. She is the complete apple of my eye and my little baby dog. Mochi needs emergency surgery to correct an open pyometra. Spaying her has been a challenge, whether it be clinics turning her down because of her brachycephalic face, or finances. There's always been a challenge. Mochi is the best little sister dog to her big sister Molly, although Molly is reactive, she adores Mochi. Mochi is a pterodactyl noise making tank! Always ready to have fun and make new friends. Her personality has brought our home so much life. We love her so much, it's hard to put it into words. Unexpected emergency with no emergency fund. It would mean the world to us to have our baby girl back to her normal self again we can't function properly without her.

Lily was brought into our lives while I was away from home for long periods of time working with people with disabilities. This was a hard time in my household, as my husband was in the end stages of his life. My son immediately bonded with Lily and they have been inseparable ever since. She has always been spunky and feisty and full of spitfire. Within the last few days Lily has suddenly stopped eating, begun vomiting, and has suddenly lost weight. We don't know the reason and have exhausted our resources. Unfortunately we do not qualify for care credit, and we can not bear to watch her waste away while she is so young and has so much life left to live. We believe Lily may have been expecting and may have had a miscarriage. Lily is tightly bonded to her packmate Bear, the silver lab seen laying with her. Bear can't even sleep without his best friend by his side and these two are definitely partners in crime. Not to mention our ten year old autistic son who loves playing with Lily and has grown so much because of her. Lily is his lifeline and he needs her by his side. We are caught unaware unfortunately because we have been battling court fees and attorney costs associated with protecting our autistic son from a predator. In May of this year he was abducted and assaulted. We are drained. Please help.
