Marley

Marley came to us as a rescue on 9/11. Although I know little about her past, I know she was abandoned, not sure for how long, but she was found when the husband returned home after his ex-wife left. Marley currently lives with me and my two boys who are 11 and eight, a chocolate lab who is 14 and a French bulldog who is six The discharge coming out of Marley's eyes led me to take her to Hays veterinary Hospital in Hays, KS. After throwing up a sock the day before, she was very weak and couldn't eat much so she would end up throwing it up. At the vet, he told me she had Entropion, which is painful for the eyes and she would need surgery to fix them. Her stomach was also x-rayed, and she still has some socks inside. I have never met a gentle giant like Marley. My boys and I love cuddling with her. She honestly thinks she's a lapdog. It's only been a week, but she's imprinted on our hearts like she's been with us forever. I am a single mom of two boys. I got divorced five years ago, so I don't have much income to support all the expenses. We rescued Marley because we believe we can provide a better home for her. I didn't anticipate eye and stomach surgery when we adopted her.

My daughter found her for me. She was living outside for 4 months. She knew how good I would take care of her. I have 3 other cats. My cats and I all live alone, hardly no company. My daughter is busy with 3 children and two jobs. She only invites me to be involved in her life, if she wants me to babysit. So most of the time it is just me and my cats. My cats are my everything. After taking Waffles to the vet for a check up, I found out that her teeth need to be removed. I called everybody around to get help for her, and nobody will help. I heard a place called second chance and I been accepted because of my low income, but they still wanted $735.00 to take her teeth out. So for her not to suffer, the only thing for me to do is to surrender her, in which I don’t want to. Waffles is a very special cat. She is very lovable, She loves to be carried around by my grandson. She loves to sit with me. She finally is getting along with my other cats. She uses the kitty litter box, with no problem.She is getting plenty to eat. She is finally feeling safe. Hopefully, with her teeth problems, she is really happy now. I live alone and am on social security. I am very depressed and really have nobody in my life except my cats. I have a daughter, who has two jobs and really only invites me over to her house when she wants me to babysit. My cats are my everything. They show me love.

Willow came from a litter of 11 kittens. The kittens were all given to a shelter and fostered out together. Willow was adopted by us with her brother, Storm whom she loves dearly. They both currently live in our home together. They spend all day playing together and cuddling together. Our daughters love playing with the cats, and the cats are very good with our children. Willow has a broken leg. We took her to the emergency animal hospital and she got an initial exam, x-rays, and pain medication. This treatment alone was $700. She needs to be sedated and have a splint put on her leg for 6-12 weeks. Willow loves to play with toys, her brother storm, and my 3 daughters. She is a very playful and social cat, and is also very good with children. She also enjoys laying around the house and cuddling with her brother. Our family currently is in the process of selling our home due to divorce. We already paid 700 for Willow to get treatment, but cannot afford continue paying for the remainder of the treatment she needs. We want her leg to get fixed so she can go back to her normal self.

I got Ricky from the family who found them abandoned, who did not want him because they said he was too clingy. He was not clingy. He was just so loving and kind so we brought him home and me and my daughter are absolutely head over heels in love with him he’s a good boy he likes to lay and cuddleif you’re upset and you call his name, he’ll come running to comfort you. He’s a very good boy Ricky at one time had gone paralyzed from the waist down and we basically drained everything we had to nurse him back to health. He’s been OK for about a year now but just recently he had a hard time going to the bathroom. We took him to Vetco they took a little bit of urine out sent us home with a prescription for urinary food yesterday he stopped eating. He stopped going to the bathroom. Ricky is so special because he’s so loving and kind and accepting of all the other pets. He likes to cuddle with our dog cash. He likes to cuddle with all of us and he likes to play and he does his biscuits and if you call his name when you’re sad. He will come running to comfort you. He’s so gentle and loving and kind. He’s one of the most wonderful cats I could ever wish for I lost my job and I spent the last month and a half trying so hard to get into another. I basically drained everything that I had available and now i started a new job today, but they won’t be able to pay me for three weeks cause it’s biweekly and he doesn’t have that long.

Rue came to us in November when her original owner realized they did not have enough time for her and wanted a better home for her. She currently lives with myself, my husband and two children. We also have another French bulldog Skywalker and 2 kittens that she loves to play with. She is a hyper outgoing dog. Rue is pregnant and currently in labor and we are unable to pay for her c-section. Her pregnancy was not planned, when she was in heat we tried to best we could to keep her and our other frenchie apart.. It did not work. He got to her one time and that’s all it took. I am desperate for help to get her delivered she is miserable in pain and I am worried this will take a bad turn. Rue loves to run around, play fetch and boss all of our family members around. She is the best cuddler and my protector. She loves teasing her brother frenchie and stealing his treats. My husband is currently out of work due to a torn rotator cuff and I am just trying to get her help asap. We have had a lot of financial issues the past 6 months and I wish I could do more for her. I am heartbroken to even have to ask for help.

I watch my sweet Bobbette being born and I fell in love with her from the day I saw her cute lil face..I have had her now for 2 yrs and a huge part of the family..she is my lap snuggle bunny and emotional support I am asking for some emergency help for her right now as you can see in the second picture and I have no clue how it happened....3rd picture I took her to the ER and they did what they could with what I had..as you can see the stitches are not holding even when she is wearing the cone of shame I know she has many years to go she is eating drinking water and using the cat box..i just don't want to loose my sweet girl..my 11 yr old grand daughter was with me and lives with me as well..we waited 6 hrs at the ER and all we could do was cry and hold her tight and kiss her praying Bobbette will be okay I am on ssi and don't get a lot every month..our purrious Bobbette means the world to me and my grand daughter..please help save her and give her many more yrs with us..thank you

Sklyarr was gifted to my partner as a birthday present in 2024. This kitten became much more than just a pet! She became our support, our child, a friend, and so much more! On August 31st, 2025, my parents came to see me. It took them nearly 40 minutes to find me, trembling in a dark tornado shelter. When they finally picked me up, their hearts shattered. ( at this time I was staying with a trusted family friend) *AS MY FUR PARENTS THOUGHT. I WAS TAKEN TO THE VET & THEY SENT ME HOME WITH MEDICINE AND A CONE TO NOT SCRATCH MY WOUND ☹️ Skylarr is a ball of joy and playful energy! She loves boxes to hide inside, also love cuddles and babies the most! Hello, my name is Amber and I’m the owner of valor my best friend. Valor came into my life in 2014. I had just gotten back from a vacation in Hawaii with my kids and when I got backI had to put my little Shih Tzu down which broke my heart. At that time I lived with my two sons and we all wanted another animal. I saw them advertised valor on a local site and I knew I just had to get him!! My dog valor had a sore under his left eye that was oozing pus, I took him to the Yelm veterinary hospital, and they proceeded to tell me that he has an abscess tooth which has caused the sore under his eye to drain pus. He was put on antibiotics, but I was told that we only mask the problem until the tooth is pulled. I really want to get this done for him as I don’t want it to get any worse. My valor is special to me because he has been with me through all my hard times. Valor is a barker and a protector, he may be little but he thinks he’s a big big dog. He does bark at all my friends and family unfortunately which is hard for them to get used to. I think he’s rather sassy and could be spunky at times. He definitely lives up to his name. To get Val healthy again would mean lot to me because he really is my best friend and keeps me company. I can’t afford to get his tooth pulled because I have broken my ankle and I’m currently still trying to heal from this accident so funds are limited as I am not working.

Arya is my 4-year-old, 7-lb service dog and best friend. She lives with me in a small, loving home where she enjoys cuddles, blankets, and playtime. Despite being diagnosed with an enlarged heart and seizures, she’s still full of life. She needs urgent care—an echocardiogram, meds, and monitoring—to stay healthy and by my side. Arya, my 4-year-old service dog, was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and seizures. She needs an echocardiogram, heart medication, and regular monitoring to give her the best chance at a healthy life. Her care is at Santa Clara Animal Hospital, and while I’ve covered what I can, the costs of treatment and follow-ups are more than I can manage alone. Arya is more than my pet—she’s my loyal service dog and best friend. She has a gentle spirit, loves to snuggle under blankets, and greets everyone with joy. With me, she’s attentive and protective, always by my side. With family and friends, she’s playful, affectionate, and brings smiles to everyone she meets. Her love is truly unconditional. I’ve already stretched my savings and maxed out Arya’s pet insurance, but her care costs are beyond what I can cover alone. Asking for help is hard, yet Arya means everything to me. Having her healthy again would give me peace of mind and allow her to keep being Arya.
