wyatt

wyatt is a 10.5 year old Miniature Schnauzer in oxford, MA, who needs $2,000 for Cystotomy, Bladder Stones Removal.

oxford, MA

Wyatt came to us from the local town animal shelter. He was about 3 or 4 years old, he is now 10 or 11. I felt he had this name for too long to change his name, it was also befitting. I had one month from when I picked him up to when I had back surgery to get him to walk on a loose leash and it only took 1 week. He was too smart for his own good. Wyatt has a heart murmur grade 3 which needs an echo, 2 bladder stones and 1 in the urethra. We are looking to do a test, so we can do surgery, to remove all 3 stones any day or minute any stone can block the urethra and clog the bladder and potentially burst the bladder. once the 3 stones are removed he will be on a special diet that is appox.4.50 lb. PS this is more than i spend on my meat. Wyatt is an amazing pet who loves to work even after an ear infection that was treated and left him now about 80% deaf. We did teach signs to all is commands. I'm working on a few more now. He has cataracts and is approx. 25% blind now. But make no bones about it his nose works and he can find his treats just fine. He love to go for a ride in the car, walk in the park, run at the farm in the field My other half and I have extensive medical issues. Over the past year she totaled 2 cars and was in a nursing home for 3 months. It has left us very short on funds to keep the house running. It would be different if this was a non curable problem.

Rio Rancho, NM

May, our beloved Shar-Pei, holds a special place in our hearts. She lives with me and my family, bringing joy and comfort to all of us. Among the family, my son has developed an especially strong bond with her. They are inseparable, and their connection is heartwarming to witness. Whether they’re playing in the yard or cuddling on the couch, May has become a source of happiness and companionship f May, our Shar-Pei, has been facing some serious medical issues lately. Her appetite has significantly decreased, and she’s only eating about 25% of what she normally would. On top of that, she’s been having loose stools with blood and vomiting, which has really taken a toll on her. Normally, May never has accidents inside the house, but now, because she’s feeling so unwell, she’s been unable to co May, our sweet Shar-Pei, is the heart of our family. She’s full of love and energy, with a personality that brightens our days. One of her favorite activities is playing fetch. No matter how many times we throw her ball, she’s always ready to race after it and bring it back, tail wagging. She’s playful and fun, always up for a game. May also loves interacting with other dogs. When we’re out for w I’m currently facing significant financial hardships, making it difficult to afford the veterinary care that May urgently needs. A series of unexpected expenses have piled up, stretching my budget thin. Recently, I’ve had to cover some essential house repairs that couldn’t b

Kwame

Kwame is a 1.5 year old American Shorthair in Rochester, NY, who needs $2,000 for Distal Humeral Fracture Surgery.

Rochester, NY

I am currently a college student, and I got my cat last summer in Ohio. He has been my companion ever since, and we’ve grown very close. Right now, we live together in a small apartment near my university. He is an indoor cat, and I do my best to make sure he’s well cared for, despite my busy student schedule. He has a playful and curious nature, and we’ve developed a great bond over the past year The vet at Coldwater Animal Hospital informed me that the only two options for my cat are a costly surgery or amputation. As much as I don’t want to cut off his arm, I am finding myself in a tough position. I am currently a college student, and unfortunately, I don’t have the financial means to cover the surgery, which would give him the best chance of a full recovery. My cat is not just a companion but my emotional support animal. He has helped me through many mental challenges, providing comfort and stability when I needed it most. His playful, affectionate nature and ability to sense when I’m feeling down have made him a vital part of my life. I truly can’t imagine getting through college without his support and presence. This has been an incredibly difficult time for me since I am in college I’m reaching out in the hopes of finding assistance that might help cover the costs of his surgery. I love my cat dearly and want to give him the best care possible, but I cannot do this alone.
