Stitch

Stitch

At just three months old, weighing in at just 3.9 lbs, Stitch was found fighting for his life. This poor abandoned pup had potentially fatal parvovirus and a prolapsed rectum, causing him immense pain and suffering. However, thanks to Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge and the Waggle community, he’s been given a second chance at life.

Every dollar donated helped give him access to the vital veterinary care he needed to get through those first few tough weeks. It was scary for all involved, but Stitch showed true strength and found his way back to health, capturing the hearts of his foster family so much, he’s become a foster fail!

Stitch is full of joy and always ready for fun—whether it's playing in the backyard or snuggling up for cozy cuddles. Thanks to the support he received, his life transformed from one of pain to one of pure happiness. Read his full story here. 

Firefly

Firefly

Firefly’s journey is nothing short of a miracle! Found on the brink of death—hypothermic, anemic, and suffering from severe infection—this tiny kitten faced unimaginable odds. With both eyes ruptured, her life hung by a thread, but she fought to survive. Thanks to the love and care from Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge, support from Cats.com, and the generosity of Waggle donors, Firefly underwent surgery, received lifesaving care, and is now thriving as a happy, healthy, and vibrant kitten.

Little Buddy

Little Buddy

By three months old, Little Buddy had already experienced homelessness, severe hunger, dehydration, major urinary complications, and the aftermath of a brutal blunt-force trauma that left him with a broken hind leg, road rash, deep skin abrasions, and no control of his bladder.

His long recovery battle involved multiple surgeries but thankfully Almost Home Canine Rescue never gave up hope. They believed in Little Buddy every step of the way.

While he continues to deal with some urinary issues because of his pelvic fracture, he is feeling way better and loving life in his foster home. Emmy

Emmy

When Emmy was rescued by the Kanoa Rescue Foundation, she was in heartbreaking condition. She looked like a mere shadow of a cat. Patches of her fur were shaved and her face was covered in an unknown substance.

Her dedicated veterinary team worked tirelessly to help her heal. For weeks, Emmy received round-the-clock care. Pain medication eased her discomfort, IV fluids gave her strength, and she slowly but surely began to perk up.

The treatment she received thanks to the generosity of the Waggle family made a life-changing difference for Emmy, so much so that she barely resembles the cat that was rescued. Her wounds have healed beautifully, her fur has grown back, and best of all, she has found a loving forever family. It’s the happy ending we all dream about for animals like Emmy. Dante

Dante

Dante, a one-year-old pup from Texas, was found emaciated and covered in severe chemical burns that appeared to be a few days old. ThisIsHouston Rescue rushed him to an animal hospital where his beautiful coat was shaved down only to reveal even more horrific wounds.

Despite the suffering he has endured in his short lifetime, though, his future is full of hope. Thanks to your generosity, he’s received the medical care he needed in order to heal, and he is playful, clumsy, and utterly adorable – as every happy puppy should be! Read his full story here. 

Mumford

Mumford

When the Kanoa Rescue Foundation rushed two-month-old Mumford to an animal hospital, this little Sphynx kitten was barely able to walk. His medical team discovered one critical medical issue after another, including developmental delays, hip problems, a misplaced bladder, a prolapsed rectum, an upper respiratory infection – much if not all likely due to the overbreeding of his mother.

Mumford’s situation was dire. However, we’re thrilled to report that this sweet boy is now well on the road to recovery. Sure, he may be growing at a slower pace than other kittens, but he is taking great strides every day, quickly gaining independence, enjoying playtime with his toys and games, and pouncing around adorably! Read his full story here. 

Lagu

Lagu

Lagu’s journey is one of resilience and hope.

Found on the side of the road with part of his leg missing, Lagu was in desperate need of help. Thanks to Baw Baw Animal Welfare, he received lifesaving surgery to amputate the rest of his leg, allowing him to live pain-free. Despite everything he’s been through, Lagu is healing well and adjusting beautifully to life on three legs.

With time, he’s learning to trust again and is now waiting for his forever home where he can finally feel safe and loved. Thank you to everyone who donated and made Lagu’s recovery possible. Read his full story here. 

Ella

Ella

When one-month-old Ella was found, most of her back-right leg was missing. The femur was painfully exposed. The Kanoa Rescue Foundation acted swiftly, rushing her to the emergency hospital for surgery. However, her leg had to be amputated due to the severity of her injury.

Ella fought for her life while she was in the ER, and her fight paid off. Thanks to her determination and the generosity of the Waggle community, this little survivor has been given the second chance she deserves.

Now four months old, Ella is full of love. Wet food and cuddles are two of her favorite things, and she has a purr that will melt your heart. Sure, Ella only has three legs, but that doesn’t hold her back. When she's not napping, she’s zooming around the house like there’s no tomorrow! Thanks to all who supported Ella’s recovery. Pippy

Pippy

Pippy’s transformation is truly incredible! Found dragging her tiny body on the streets, unable to walk due to severe deformities and malnutrition, she faced an uphill battle. But when Soltis Hope Street Animal Rescue discovered her, they knew she deserved a second chance. With support from the Waggle community and a team of specialists, Pippy received intricate orthopedic surgery to reconstruct her legs.

Now, she’s a happy, thriving pup with a bright future ahead—ready to enjoy life on her own four paws! Thank you to everyone who made her journey possible. Read her full story here. 

Chance

Chance

Chance’s story is one of strength and resilience. Rescued by Paws 4 Life Animal Rescue from a devastating hoarding situation, Chance was in the worst shape of all ten cats saved. When he began struggling to breathe, he was rushed to the ER and placed on oxygen. Diagnosed with pneumomediastinum, he required extensive care, including a feeding tube.

Thanks to the incredible support of over 120 generous Waggle donors, Chance received the emergency treatment he desperately needed. Now, he’s fully recovered, off all medications, and back to being the affectionate, loving cat he was meant to be. Paws 4 Life couldn’t have done it without the compassion of each supporter. Marta

Marta

Poor Marta was found tied up in the freezing cold with a rope cutting deeply into her skin and a horribly infected and oozing wound. Big Little Life Animal Rescue rushed her to the veterinary hospital where she underwent emergency surgery to remove the rope and infected tissue. The severity of her injury suggested she’d been tied up for weeks. Thanks to the generosity of the Waggle Community, Marta received the care she needed to heal and is now healthy again with a tail that wags happily and a future of love and kindness ahead of her. Delilah

Delilah

Delilah was found alone on a roadside in Texas, scared and shaking. With two ruptured eyes, she couldn’t see, eat, or protect herself. But thanks to Saving Hope Animal Rescue and the love and care she’s received since being rescued, her life has taken a hopeful turn. Delilah underwent successful surgery for the removal of bladder stones. While her medical team originally thought they may have to remove both of her eyes, they were able to save her left eye and believe she has at least some vision left. This sweet girl is healing well, both physically and emotionally. She’s as playful as a kitten and extremely affectionate to her foster mama’s delight.  Read her full story here.

Red

Red

Red was rescued by Florence Lauderdale Animal Shelter following a vicious attack by other dogs. At the time, he could barely stand. He was trembling from shock and pain. He needed urgent medical attention and round-the-clock care in order to survive. It was touch and go for a while, but following successful ear surgery and months of intensive care, he has made an incredible recovery. Red has now found his forever home, where he has claimed the couch as his own and his sweet personality is shining in the warm embrace of a loving family. Read his full story here.

Cheese

Cheese

When Cheese was rushed to hospital, chunks of his fur were missing and his leg was injured. On closer examination, his veterinary team found his condition to be far more serious than originally determined. He had a deep wound on his head that reached into his ear canal, and his leg injury was severe. Infections only added to Cheese's struggle as he fought his way back to health. Thanks to the support of Determined to Rise and the Waggle community, though, he received the care he needed to embark on a new and healthy start. An indent remains on his head and he will likely have a permanent limp, but his infection has cleared up and most of his wounds have healed. We are thrilled to announce that Cheese has been adopted into a loving family. Read his full story here. 
Alfonso

Alfonso

Alfonso was a skeletal shell of his former self when he was found three months after going missing. When his devastated owner reached out to the Pet Angel Fund for help, they immediately transferred Alfonso to their veterinarian for life-saving treatment. The veterinary team worked around the clock to stabilize Alfonso and treat his liver, which was in critical condition. At the time, this poor boy had no fight left in him, but thanks to his caregivers and the Waggle community, he was able to pull through. Alfonso is now back home with his owner and wagging his tail with joy every day. His is a true success story, proving that even the most desperately sick and injured pets can bounce back given the right type of professional care and a whole lotta love. Read his full story here. 

Amelia

Amelia

Despite a terrible car accident that left Amelia with a broken jaw and damaged eye, this heroic little mama was found desperately trying to nurse and care for her tiny week-old kittens, setting aside her own pain and suffering. Amelia’s healing journey has been a tough one. At one point, she had to have her fractured mandibular wired, prohibiting her from eating. With the help of a feeding tube, however, she gained much of her body weight back, enabling her to undergo successful dental surgery. Her eye was also saved. Although Amelia’s eye looks different now and she has a head tilt due to nerve damage, she is utterly adorable and lovable. We’re so pleased that Amelia had the dedicated team from One by One Advocates rallying for her recovery every step of the way. We’re also extremely thankful to those members of the Waggle Community that shared well wishes, cheered Amelia on, and donated generously to her second chance! Read her full story here. 

Zelda

Zelda

When sweet Zelda was found wandering the streets, she was carrying the burden of a massive nine-pound tumor. She could barely walk. In all likelihood, she had been living on the streets for months, struggling to find food. Thankfully, North Star Rescue stepped in to save her. In addition to the tumor, Zelda was severely underweight, anemic, heartworm positive, and full of hookworms. Today, she is on the road to recovery. She’s had the tumor removed, her damaged leg has been amputated, and she’s doing remarkably well as a tripod. A happy dog, Zelda is slowly but surely gaining weight and acquiring strength while living in a loving home with doggie siblings for company. Thumper

Thumper

Thumper was in a horrendous state when he was rescued. His fur was painfully tangled, his eyes were infected, and he was having a hard time breathing. As if that weren’t bad enough, he had a large lump in his mouth, which made eating difficult. Thanks to the amazing work of One By One Animal Advocates and support from the Waggle community, Thumper received the vital medical care he needed to overcome these obstacles. Surgery has left him tumor-free and he’s now able to eat without a feeding tube. Today, this once-struggling kitty is thriving in a loving foster home, where he adores playing with his two new siblings – a one-year-old human and a Boston Terrier. Cora

Cora

Cora was only 10 weeks old when she was rescued by the wonderful folks at One By One Animal Advocates. Suffering from a severe case of mange, Cora's skin was itchy, sore and broken. All she could do was shiver and cry. Cora's paw-some rescuers jumped into action, starting Cora on the treatment she desperately needed. Such severe mange meant a long road to recovery, so to help with her ongoing treatment, Cora and her rescuers asked the Waggle Community for a helping paw. The community stepped up to help, and we are now so happy to share Cora's progress! Her mange is gone, her fur is growing back, and she is regaining her puppy energy and playfulness. Cori

Cori

Cori was injured, scared and alone when she was rescued by a Good Samaritan on the George Washington Bridge that connects New York City to New Jersey. When Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge heard about Cori's brush with death, they jumped into action to help her. Thanks to their dedication and to the support of generous Waggle donors, Cori was able to make a full recovery! Cori, now Trinity, has been adopted by a Port authority police officer at the GWB where she was found. She now gets to enjoy life with her loving family, being the happy, playful, purring kitten that she is! Read her full story here. 

Rosie

Rosie

After a vicious attack left Rosie with a broken jaw and puncture wounds across her entire body, her guardian considered euthanizing her. Thankfully, One by One Advocates intervened, rushing Rosie to an emergency hospital where she underwent immediate surgery, as well as treatment for both ringworm and a rare and potentially fatal disease known as puppy strangles. Today, thanks to her many advocates, including our generous community of donors, Rosie is back on her paws, enjoying her puppy days in a safe and loving foster home. Coconut

Coconut

When Coconut was discovered amongst 120 cats saved from a hoarding situation, he was in sad shape. Suffering from eye damage and an upper respiratory illness, the 8 month old kitten had lost his sight and needed immediate medical intervention. Luckily, thanks to the efforts of the dedicated rescuers at Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge and the support of generous Waggle donors, Coconut was able to get the care he so desperately needed. Coconut underwent surgery to remove his damaged eyes, and recovered from his ordeal. The best part? He found his purr-fect forever home! Coconut's Mom reports that he is a snuggly, playful and happy kitty who loves his new human and feline family members. Read his full story here. 

Rocky

Rocky

At just two weeks old, Rocky was found abandoned on the side of a highway in Oklahoma with blood on his face and his eyes barely open. Thankfully, Paws N Ada was able to nurse this little fighter back to health. For several weeks, Rocky had to tolerate a taped-up jaw. In the beginning, he was hand fed as he was too small for a feeding tube. As he grew, though, a feeding tube was put in place to ensure he received the nutrients he needed while healing. Rocky’s broken jaw has healed beautifully. He can eat, yawn, bark and do all the things puppies love to do without any discomfort. He has officially recovered and is now with a foster, awaiting his forever home. The future is bright for Rocky, and it’s all thanks to Paws N Ada and the generous support of the Waggle community! Beetle

Beetle

Beetle was discovered behind a bush trembling with terror with severe injuries to his face and neck. Clinging to life, his needs were vast but we’re pleased to report they have all been met. Extensive blood work, a multitude of medications to alleviate his excruciating pain, antibiotics to ward off the infections that threatened his fragile state – Beetle has received the best possible care from his veterinary team, along with lots of love. His wounds are heeling well and needless to say, he is in much brighter spirits. Soon this loving feline will be ready for adoption through Companion Animal Coalition. Simon

Simon

Simon, a sweet senior, was found wandering the streets, his fur so long, matted, and dirty that it was hard to discern what type of animal he was. Thanks to Ramapo-Bergen Animal Rescue and those who supported his Waggle campaign, he was able to receive treatment for his infected skin, along with essential teeth extractions and a series of blood tests. Today, Simon is safe and secure in a loving foster home where he is patiently waiting for his perfect family to come along. Genevieve

Genevieve

Genevieve was found alone on the side of a road, in shock and in heartbreaking condition having clearly suffered a severe trauma. A blow to her head had significantly damaged her left eye. Her tail was beyond repair having been degloved, meaning her skin and fur had been torn from the muscles, leaving them completely exposed. Thanks to the combined support of Saving Hope Rescue and the generous Waggle community, Genevieve was able to receive urgent veterinary care that resulted in her being able to keep her eye. Some of her vision was even restored. After  a long road to recovery she is now waiting for her forever family in the safe and caring embrace of her foster home where her four-legged siblings are helping her true personality blossom in preparation for her second chance! Baden

When Baden collapsed on a train track, he was too weak to escape the impending danger of an oncoming train. His leg was crushed, and for ten long and agonizing days, he dragged it around until it finally detached on its own. Once rescued, Baden found sanctuary with Big Little Life Animal Rescue International and there began his long road to recovery following the amputation of his leg and tail. Today, Baden’s caregiver is helping him feel safe and loved again, so much so that when he sees her, he can barely contain his excitement, wagging his little tail happily. It is truly heartwarming to witness the transformation that has taken place thanks to the rescue’s heroic efforts, the dedication of Baden’s medical team, and the generous support of the Waggle Community! Bjorn

Bjorn

When four-year-old Bjorn, desperate and alone, approached a stranger for help on the streets of Oakland, NJ, he had clearly experienced a severe trauma. His jaw was both dislocated and fractured after what appeared to have been a kick in the face. Thanks to the caring team at Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge and the generous support of the Waggle community, Bjorn received the veterinary treatment he needed. Following repair to his jaw and the removal of several teeth, he is now eating comfortably. Buddy the Elf

Buddy the Elf

Buddy the Elf was found significantly underweight and struggling to breathe. He was suffering from extreme mange and covered in fleas. But he is now safe and loved thanks to the dedicated team at Animalluvr's Dream Rescue. Just look at his after photo! The progress this sweet boy has made is nothing short of miraculous. He has gained weight. He now sports a beautiful new coat of fur, and he exudes happiness and confidence – a triumph given everything he’s been through. By the time Todd was just four months old, he had already used up one of his nine lives. This poor kitten had been abandoned and hit by a car before a good Samaritan found him on the side of the road, injured and in serious pain. Todd’s hero raced him to an animal hospital. While the compassionate staff believed Todd deserved a chance at life, their resources were limited. Thankfully, One By One Animal Advocates stepped in to lend a helping hand, launching a Waggle campaign to raise funds for Todd’s essential veterinary care. Thanks to the generous support of the Waggle community, this brave little warrior was able to undergo surgery to repair his broken leg, and he has now found a forever home where he is surrounded by the love of adoring humans, as well as a family of four-legged companions. Shep

When Shep was found by an animal control officer in an area of Texas where many stray dogs roam, he was injured, alone and vulnerable, with a severely broken leg. Thanks to the generosity of Waggle’s kind-hearted community, Friends of Marshall Animals was able to get Shep the vital medical care he needed, including a leg amputation. Since surgery, this courageous pup has adapted beautifully to life as a tripod and he has found his forever home with a loving family that cherishes him unconditionally. Shep is now thriving and spreading joy wherever he goes, and we couldn’t be happier for him and his two-legged family members! Moon

Moon was found dehydrated, underweight, and barely able to move, her skin itchy and crusty due to mange. Thanks to the veterinary care she’s received, she is making a remarkable recovery. Her once patchy fur is slowly growing back and her appointment with an eye specialist is pending. Moon is really beginning to show her true personality and we know she’s brimming with gratitude for being given another opportunity at life! Isa

Isa found herself alone and afraid on the streets. In her wanderings, she was hit by a train and sustained truly horrific injuries that left her in a state of shock and fighting for her life. After being rescued, she underwent a complicated surgery to repair her ear, which had been brutally ripped off. The road to recovery was long and challenging for Isa, but she never lost her spirit. Today, she is thriving in a foster home where she’s found happiness and companionship with a playful group of four-legged housemates. What a miraculous turnaround! Watch her full story here!

Welsie

Welsie was rescued in critical condition with a shattered leg, a missing tail, and a horribly injured and infected eye. Thanks to the swift action of the compassionate Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge team that stepped in to save her, sweet Welsie has now had her bad eye removed, and, following a recovery, period it was determined that her leg could be saved! She has since gone on to find her purrfect forever home, where she enjoys spending time with her devoted Mom and her new furry siblings (some of whom were also adopted from RBARI!).  Watch her full story here!

Honey

Honey

Honey's back legs were covered in wounds, and parts of her limbs were missing. It was heartbreaking to see her struggle to walk and live a normal life. But then, Honey received the veterinary care she so desperately needed. Her tail hasn't stopped wagging since! With the help of feet booties and wheelchair assistance, Honey is learning to live life to the fullest. These amazing tools have not only aided in healing her leg wounds but have also prevented infections. Currently, Honey is staying at the vet for medical boarding, where she is receiving exceptional care and love from the staff. They are providing her with all the therapy she needs to walk comfortably. As a result, Honey is gaining weight and starting to feel like her healthy, happy self again! Watch her full story here!

Panini

Panini

Little Panini is a survivor. Caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, Panini was attacked by three big dogs when she mistakenly wandered into a fenced yard and became trapped. Luckily, the dogs' guardians heard the commotion and rushed to the rescue, saving Panini's life. They rushed her to the vet where her journey to recovery began. Taken under the wing of One By One Animal Advocates, Panini began receiving care for her wounds and broken leg. To help with her ever-mounting hospital bills, One By One teamed up with Waggle, and received sponsorship from Cats With Their Tongues Out! Thanks to their support, and the generosity of Waggle donors, Panini was able to reach her fundraising goal and get the care she so desperately needed. Now this sweet kitty is happily recovered and very much loving life in a doting foster home. We are so happy for sweet Panini and the paw-some life she now has ahead of her! Bennet

Bennet

When Bennett was found in an apartment, trapped in a filthy cage, his life was hanging by a thread. He’d clearly been left to starve for a long period of time, likely wondering if and when somebody would return for him. Once in the good hands of Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue, the fight for his life began. Bennett faced long-term hospitalization and a lot of intensive treatment. To help with the burden of his ever-climbing veterinary costs, his rescuers turned to the Waggle community for a helping paw and thanks to the generosity of our amazing donors, he was able to get the treatment he desperately needed. Now, Bennett is well on the road to recovery. He is out of hospital and loving life in his comfy foster home. What’s more, those who abandoned him will soon have their day in court, which means Bennett will become a voice for victims of animal abuse. We are so glad this sweet boy’s suffering won’t have been in vain and we are thrilled that he now has a wonderful life ahead of him! Watch his full story here!

Fran

Fran

Fran was in a dire condition, living in horrific conditions with deteriorated eyes and poor health. Fran has come a long way since! After receiving urgent veterinary care, her deteriorated eyes didn't require surgery but needed thorough cleaning to eliminate deep infections. With dental treatment, spaying, and vaccines, her health has improved significantly. Despite her visual impairment, Fran has adapted quickly to her new surroundings. She explores every corner with curiosity and bravery, never letting her lack of sight hold her back. Her playful nature has started to emerge, and she adores cuddling with her big brother Finn. Bo

Bo

Adorable Bo was rescued from the streets of Vietnam by Paws for Compassion. Suffering from severe mange mites, her skin was crusty and covered with painful and itchy sores. She needed help fast! Rushed to sanctuary at Paws for Compassion, her long road to recovery began. To assist with her ongoing veterinary bills, Bo and her rescuers teamed up with the Waggle Community. With the kind support of Waggle donors, Bo was able to complete her mange treatment, and make a full recovery! Cornflake

Cornflake

Little Cornflake was rescued in New Haven, and was diagnosed with Pillow Feet. This is a condition that causes the pads of the feet to become swollen and painful. Started on treatment for the condition, another health hurdle soon appeared. This time, Cornflake was diagnoses with Stomatitis, and required a full-mouth dental extraction to allow him to live a healthy and pain-free life. To help with the costs of the dental procedure and his long-term care, Cornflake's rescuers teamed up with Waggle to fundraise. Thanks to the help of a generous matching grant from the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, and kind donors, Cornflake was able to get all of the care he needed. He is now back to being a happy, healthy and carefree kitty! Watch his full story here!

Wilbur

Wilbur

Adorable Wilbur survived the unthinkable. A chemical burn to his face had severely damaged his nose, lips and skin. Left without treatment for weeks, Wilbur was finally rescued when a Good Samaritan reported the situation to animal control, who whisked Wilbur away to safety. Following his rescue, Wilbur found sanctuary with One By One Animal Advocates and there began his long road to recovery. Thanks to their heroic efforts, the generosity of the Waggle Community, and the dedication of Wilbur’s medical team, this sweet boy was given a second chance at life. His wounds continue to heal and he is finally experiencing some relief. He has also found the best foster home – one that became a foster fail when they decided to make this irresistibly sweet boy a forever member of their family! After suffering a horrific animal attack, Presley was found lying motionless in the street, barely able to lift her head. Rescuers knew she needed immediate help to survive her ordeal. Staff from Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge quickly rushed her to the hospital, where the fight for her life began. There, her long list of injuries was revealed: a severely fractured femur, puncture wounds, a large abscess from her thigh to her tail, a painful abdomen, a fractured pelvis, and impacted stool. With so much going on, Presley needed intensive and long-term care, so her rescuers asked the Waggle community for a helping paw. Thanks to generosity of Waggle donors, Presley survived her devastating injuries and is now well on the road to recovery. She is post-surgery and getting lots of TLC at her incredible foster home. When Maggie was discovered in a park, she was in terrible condition. Malnourished and covered in fleas and pressure sores, this poor girl had likely been used for breeding purposes. She had clearly been horribly neglected. After being rescued by Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge, Maggie was rushed to a veterinary clinic where the fight to save her life required costly x-rays, bloodwork, a strict re-feeding schedule, and around-the-clock care, all of which were possible thanks to the support of the Waggle community. Rescuers were heartbroken when they came across four little kittens that had been abandoned in a parking lot in the scorching Nashville summer heat. Likely discarded due to their severe medical conditions, the babies were fighting for their lives. Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue quickly rushed them to safety. At the veterinary clinic, the kittens’ doctors discovered that their eyes had ruptured. To help fund treatment for their life-threatening infections, the rescuers turned to the Waggle community for help. The fight for the kittens’ lives was long and hard, and unfortunately two of the four, Eli and Hannah, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Despite all of the odds being stacked against them, Samuel and Penny pulled through. They are now happy and healthy, and loving life in foster care. Soon they'll be looking for the ‘purrfect’ forever family - one willing to adopt them as a bonded pair so that they can enjoy their second chance at life together! Read their full story here!

When Finley (formerly named Mufasa) was rescued, he was severely emaciated and dehydrated. The poor guy couldn't even use his jaw properly because the muscles in his skull had wasted away. He was literally fighting for his life. Bringing Finley back to health was extremely tough, but thanks to the generosity of the Waggle community and the dedicated team at Three Little Pitties Rescue, he is now doing so much better! Scooter roamed the streets starving, suffering, and alone. Not only was he emaciated, but he had wounds all over his body and without medical intervention, his chances of survival were slim. Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge stepped up and kept Scooter comfortable, while the Waggle community rose to the challenge of helping fundraise for his veterinary treatment. Sweet Hank went through the unthinkable. At only eight months old, this adorable puppy was dumped in the woods and left for dead. Suffering from a severely fractured leg, Hank’s sad face peered out from between the trees, begging to be rescued. When he was finally discovered, he was taken to a kill shelter and put on the euthanasia list. Luckily, Humans and Animals United heard about his plight and rushed to the rescue! When Hank was finally safe, his medical journey began. With the help of the Waggle community, he was able to get the surgery he needed and has recovered remarkably well! When Jupiter was discovered outside, he had deep and painful maggot-infested wounds on his backside. Thanks to the kindness and support of the Waggle community, however, Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge was able to turn Jupiter’s story of horror into one of success. Veterinary care saved Jupiter’s life. His tail was amputated quickly enough to prevent his body from becoming septic, and he is now thriving in the safe arms of his former foster mom, who has given him a forever home.
