Help Frosty Fight: Hit by a Car and Left Behind
amarillo, TX • Gracies Project
Frosty’s journey began with heartbreak but holds the promise of hope. This young pup was found in desperate need after being hit by a car, left on the side of the road with a concussion, swelling around his neck, and bleeding from his nose. Potter County reached out to Gracie’s Project for help, and even with no room in their shelter or fosters available, they did not leave him. The rescue rushed him to Timber Creek Vet for urgent care, where they treated his debilitating pain and shock. On top of all of this, he also had a tick-borne illness. However, Frosty is on the mend, but it's going to take some time for him to get his bearings from his head injury and traumatic experience. His caretakers say his tail never stops wagging, and he's happy and lucky to be alive! Gracie's Project is determined to help this boy heal, but needs your help to do so. No amount is too small in this time of need. Your donation can make all the difference to his recovery. Together, we can give Frosty the chance he so desperately needs—a chance to heal, find love, and maybe even reunite with a family that’s been missing him. Thank you! 12/20/24 He has come a long way, but still has a long road ahead of him. He is finally moving around more like a normal dog. Thank you for helping us save all these babies!

Bailey
Bailey is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in amarillo, TX, who needs $1,500 for Tick Borne Illnesses and Mass on His Face.
amarillo, TX • Gracies Project
* Gracies Project * Bailey was found roaming by himself with a huge mass on his nose. He was absolutely exhausted and needed help. Gracie's Project, a local rescue in Amarillo, Texas, made it their mission to rescue Bailey from the streets and get him the medical care he needed. Bailey was taken to the vet where they immediately began his assessment. He tested positive for two tick-borne illnesses, fortunately both treatable. The mass on his nose is the cause for largest concern now. Bailey's caretakers are working hard to understand what is going on with this sweet pup and make sure he knows he is now safe and loved. It is obvious that Bailey is a kind soul who loves humans. Every time somebody walks in the room, Bailey begins to quietly wag his tail and with eyes just full of love. How somebody could let their dog get to this point, and then just leave them behind, is a complete unknown. What is known though, is that Bailey will receive all the tender love and care from here on out. Bailey is now safe, thank goodness, but has a journey ahead of him. He needs help getting the tests and treatments to get his health back. Gracie's Project is a non-profit organization that relies on donations so they can do everything they can to support Bailey.
