Lovable Paws Rescue Sanctuary picked him up and raced him to the emergency animal hospital. The staff discovered he was covered in infected wounds, emaciated, and needed immediate hospitalization to keep him alive. "We can only imagine what he's been through or where he came from," Steve A., with the rescue, tells Waggle. "Taylor must have gone weeks without food. He is a fighter and isn't giving up."
