IGGY is a 2-month-old Domestic Kitten in Kitts Hill, OH, who needs $460 for Rectal Prolapse Repair.

We were alerted to to this poor kitten in extreme distress with a rectal prolapse after it had already been in this condition for several days. We immediately had it take to the veterinary clinic. This poor baby has been at the veterinary clinic since she has come into our care and been closely monitored. She has not been allowed out around other animals, but she is very sweet She has been hospitalized since coming into our care. She was taken to surgery the same day. She is extremely sweet and very friendly. Seems to get along with everyone Extremely painful and protruding rectal prolapse for several days when we got her in care. She was taken to surgery the same day. She’s is in watched condition as a small portion of the rectum was black and has to be removed and rebuilt. We are a 501c3 non profit rescue and we rely solely on donations as We get no government funding and really need the help to get her vetting covered.
Rusty
Rusty is a 8-year-old Beagle in Kitts Hill, OH, who needs $1,000 for Tumor Removal.

Rusty came to us after his owner passed away and a family member dumped him at the neighbors and never returned. He had a horrible tumor on his neck that was never addressed and it ruptured so we immediately took him to the vet Rusty is an amazing boy that gets along with everyone. He has the sweetest soul and is curious of new things and new surroundings. He adjusts well and thankfully the tumor does not bother him to bad at this time He loves to play with puppies and other dogs, cats don’t even seem to knock him off his game. We just need to get this tumor out of him. He loves to ride in the car also He has a massive tumor on his neck that ruptured and is leaking. Someone Had sprayed gentcin violet directly in the open wound which has to have burned in that deep of a wound. We are a 501c 3 rescue that relies solely on donations in order to help the animals that come into our care. Without donations these animals would not get the care they do desperately need
Luna

Luna was found in a yard on a back country road where she had drug herself apparently several days after she had been hit by a car. Despite her pain, she’s is sweet and loving as can be, and knows she will get the help she so badly needs!! She must have known where to go, we are not exactly sure where she came from before that We have only known her a short time. She has spent her time with the staff at at the veterinary hospital receiving her life saving treatment and care, but they say she is an absolute doll and a total sweetheart of a kitty. Which is amazing with everything she has been thru. I’m Sure she only has brighter days ahead Luna is an extremely special lady we feel, not sure how many animals could survive what she’s been thru and still be so sweet and and trusting of humans. She found her way to a home, we feel, that new would help her, and they reached out to use to take her and we did immediately. She is the sweetest little kitty and brighter days ahead. Luna was found in a yard on a back country road where she was suffering horrific injuries. Her leg has protruding bones and the flesh has started to become necrotic, her tale broken, pelvis fractured. Leg and tale needed removal. There was also old blood clots internally from where she Hemorrhaged internally when she was struck by the car. This has all required alot hospitalization. We are a small 501c3 rescue and rely solely on donations to help with the animals in our care. Luna definitely has the will to live and needs every chance at life she can be given
Snow White
Snow White is a one-year-old Domestic Shorthair cat in Kitts Hill, OH, who needs $800 for urgent care and surgery.

Mama Snow White and her little kittens were found by a good Samaritan on the side of the road in Kentucky just in time. They needed immediate medical care, and Misfit Paws rescue rushed them to their veterinarian, Pawsitive Pet Care Clinic, where they were hospitalized. Snow White was such an incredible mama cat that she exhausted herself caring for her babies in the wild, ensuring they were safe. She needed fluids and vitamins so she could regain her strength. "During her entire hospitalization, Snow White took care of her babies without fail," Missy C., with the rescue, tells Waggle. "Even though she was not feeling the best, she never stopped being a mama first." Then her medical team found a tumor on her body, which she needs removed and sent to pathology. She will also be spayed during the operation. Misfit Paws Rescue is a nonprofit rescue that takes in abandoned and neglected cats in the Kentucky area. Snow White and her kittens were not something the rescue expected to take on -- but there was no way they could say no! Please consider giving to help Snow White live happily ever after!
Hope
Hope is a 6-month-old Shorthair Kitten in Kitts hill , OH, who needs $910 for Femur Pelvis Surgery.

On August 3 some good Samaritans were working on some murals by Good Hope Church in town where they came across this young kitten who was unable to walk. They messaged our Facebook page and asked for our help. We immediately replied that we would gladly take her in and get her the veterinary help that she needed. They got her into a box where she would not be bounced around and met us with her. Where this was an emergency with her having a broken leg she was unable to get out of her kennel. She was immediately taken to the vet clinic the next morning when they opened and has been at the veterinary clinic ever since, she will be having surgery to repair her leg. She will be requiring a quiet foster home and crate rest for sometime after surgery As of now where this was an emergency situation she has not had time to bond or play with anyone. But I’m sure after her surgery and healing time she will make great friends with some other fosters.. She is a super friendly cat and given the chance to heal and get around I’m sure she will make great friends with other animals. Hope has a broken femur, the head of the femur is actually broken completely off. Her pelvis is also fractured. She will have surgery and she is going to require a lot of crate rest and a long recovery ahead. She is an absolute sweetheart and deserves to be given the chance and a long life we are not sure how long she laid there for how she became injured. We are a small group that relies on donations.and don't have this kind of money put back for emergencies like this. Any help is appreciated. We try to help as many as we can since this not much help around this area.
Tiny One

Tiny One was saved in the nick of time when a good Samaritan contacted Misfit Paws Rescue. "She was found in an abandoned house, starving, covered in fleas, and nearly blind," Missy C., with the rescue, tells Waggle. Now Tiny One needs urgent eye surgery, and the rescue hopes you will help their nonprofit group raise the money for her operation. She's being treated at the Pawsative Pet Care Clinic. "She is the most loving baby despite what she has endured," Missy says. "We have had many medical cases lately, and it's been a financial strain on our small group. We rely solely on donations and are foster-based. We love to see the transformation from where they are sick to being healthy again." Please help Tiny One!
Sugar
Sugar is a 2-month-old Domestic Longhair Kitten in Kitts Hill , OH, who needs $500 for Surgical and Medical Intervention.

Poor little sugar was all alone, cold and wet in southern Ohio. Someone had cruelly abandoned her we suspect in the middle of nowhere. We believe this person abandoned her because she had a severe rectal prolapse and was ill. Sugar was so very fortunate to be found by someone who then brought her to MisFit Paws rescue in southern Ohio. Sugar is a super friendly kitten. She recently had her surgery and is now resting alot and recovering from so much trauma to her poor little body. She loves her foster mom and just loves to be held and cuddled. She does not show any negative reactions to people or to other animals. She just seems super grateful for the care. Sugar is a young girl and at this point, due to recovery from such a horrible trauma, it's hard to see any unusual behavior. She is just so tiny, cute and sweet and looks at you as if to say "thank you". We are looking forward to her feeling well enough to show her true antics and idiosyncracies. Poor little Sugar was found in very poor physical condition with a prolapsed rectum, a very severe condition. She was treated at the Pawsitive Pet Care Clinic in Flatwoods, KY. We are grateful to have this hospital relatively close to us. They fixed Sugar surgically but Sugar will still need follow up care and spay. We are a rescue located in southern Ohio near Kentucky. We have more than our share of stray dogs and cats and intake many given we are in such a needy area. It is hard to keep up with the demand and we must rely on donations for our beloved pets that we rescue.
