Now, to give him the best chance at a full, active life, he needs surgery to rebreak and properly set the bone. This procedure will be performed by a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in helping dogs like this sweet boy regain their mobility. While Cedar is currently not in any pain, it's clear that his leg causes him some discomfort—he tends to avoid using it when he walks or runs. Despite this, Cedar's spirit remains unbroken. He continues to play with his human and dog friends, not letting his injury slow him down.
