Jules’ Puppies Found Homes, Now She Needs Training to Find Hers

For four years, Jules has called Vegas Roots Rescue home. Jules first came to the rescue while she was pregnant and in need of a safe place to land. She gave birth to her puppies, watched them find their forever homes, and then began waiting for a family of her own. Four years later, she is still waiting. Over the years, Jules has watched countless dogs come and go as they found the families they had been waiting for. Yet somehow, this sweet Pit Bull Terrier continues to be overlooked. Not because she isn't deserving of a home, but because sometimes even the most loving dogs wait far too long for someone to choose them. Despite years without adoption interest, Jules has never stopped loving people. She continues to greet each day with hope and trusts the volunteers who have cared for her throughout her long stay. The team at Vegas Roots Rescue has never given up on her, and they want to make sure Jules has everything she needs while she continues waiting for her person. After spending so much of her life in rescue, Jules deserves the opportunity to continue learning and growing so she can be as prepared as possible when her forever family finally comes along. Professional training, enrichment, daily exercise and continued care can help give her that chance. Jules has spent four years waiting for someone to choose her. Charles is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Las Vegas , NV, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Medical Treatment.

Vegas Roots Rescue Sweet Charles is 3 year old English Bulldog, who was sadly dumped on the streets of Las Vegas and ended up in a local animal shelter. He is all love and Charles has entropion, cherry eye, extremely bad skin issues and we just discovered he has really bad pneumonia. Charles was going to be euthanized due to his medical issues and limited kennel availability. We were able to rescue Charles just in time, but this poor boy is in really bad condition. Charles medical expenses are going to be very expensive. Please help by sharing and please consider making a donation if you can. Every bit helps. Mission To help animals that have been abandoned, neglected, and put in a position to be euthanized. Vegas Roots Rescue’s goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home the animals that have been put in such vulnerable positions. Vegas Roots Rescue will achieve these goals by working with volunteers, foster homes, shelters, local veterinarians, and facilities to find permanent homes for these animals.
