Capone is a German Shepard that is living as a PTSD aid dog for a Veteran, with a baby. He was shot by a neighbor. There was no livestock involved no menacing behavior. He did not deserve to be shot. The owner is on limited fixed income from disability. 1k was paid the night of, now 3400+ to get the bullet out....please help Capone is a very sweet young German Shepard. He's naturally moved into the role of PTSD support for his Vetran owner. The owner has horrible night terrors and issues with coming home. Capone is gentle with the baby that lives there and the other much older service dog. If he survives he will take the older dog's place as the service dog. The owner is a vetran on dissability. They have very fixed income. The neighbor shot their dog, service dog. Who does that kind of horrible thing to an animal that lives to serve. and a man that served his country. The night it happened Capone was taken to Pueblo Colorado Emergency where the bill was over $1000. The owners maxed out their credit card. The next day they went to Powers Pet Emergency & Specialty (5886 Tutt Blvd, Colo Springs CO 80923) where they gave a $3400+ estimate to remove the bullet and treat the animal. More will be needed. Much more What's not to love about a service animial that gives their soul to secure their humans safety. Capone gave his heart and loyalty to a person that served his country. Capone is also amazingly gentle with the baby in the house. He is very much a needed part of this family for the re-entry of the vetran
