Luke
Luke is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in american fork, UT, who needs $2,000 for Bowel Resection Surgery.
american fork, UT
I’ve never asked for help but I am right now. I got Luke around a year ago, weeks before my brother whom passed in our home got him for me. Luke has not only saved my life but given me a purpose and responsibility that I truly needed and we have been inseparable ever since. He has a bowel blockage that needs surgery to save him and I can’t do it on my own. I’m begging for help. Please help him Luke is insured but his insurance is based on reimbursement. I just don’t have the funds to pay upfront and he needs surgery today. He ate a rawhide knuckle and has a large portion blocking his bowel and has been throwing up feces. He’s just over a year old and has so much life to live. His family needs him, I need him. Luke is the funniest dog with the biggest personality. He talks a lot even when he’s sleeping and throws the cutest fits when he’s not getting the spotlight. He’s completely in love with his grandma and her golden retriever Buddy whom they spend every waking moment with. When I’m having panic attacks he lays on my chest and wakes me up when I’m having night terrors. He saved me. He saved my family I am working part time at a gas station as well as cleaning houses to pay off student debt and attending outpatient therapy for depression. I’m trying so hard to put my life together and just need help this one time. I never ask for anything but I am desperate. God bless

Simone
Simone is a 7-year-old Chihuahua in Lindon, UT, who needs $2,000 for Chain Mastectomy Bilateral.
Lindon, UT
Simone is my fifth rescue dog. She was about to be euthanized by a couple when I asked to take her home to my house. She was greeted by my two other dogs and loved her new home. Since her arrival, the other two have since gone to heaven. She has been with me for seven years now. When she first came to live with me, her name was Scout. I took one look at her and she just looked like a Simone. Simone has her own bed next to mine and is very happy unless it thunders, then she immediately finds safety coming to my bed. On our walks she makes friends and is known by all the neighbors. We go on a mile walk everyday and she greets the other dogs and horses on our walk. Simone LOVES hide and seek! When she finds me, she gets a treat but never waits for me to fully hide before coming after me. Simone loves playing hide and seek and when I don’t come after her, she whines until I do. She loves to sun bathe and jump in piles of leaves. Her best friend was a golden doodle named Logan. When she hears a siren or a dog howl she mimics the sound. Simone is just like a teenager, she loves to sleep in. She cries when her blankets are in the dryer and definitely has her favorites. Loves bathes. Simone goes to A Caring Vet and is seen by Dr. Hansen. I found a lump on her teats. She needs both lines of her breasts to be removed. Bloodwork was done and as of yet the cancer has not spread to other organs. Before it spreads she needs surgery and to be spayed. Until now she has been healthy. Since she is a rescue, I’m not sure what health issues she had. She was healthy when I got her. & happy I’m retired and on a single, fixed income. This unexpected surgery comes with great financial strain, so I ask for your consideration with this life changing surgery. For Simone and myself. Simone is my whole world. She stares at me and when I look at her we both smile

Precious Heart
Precious Heart is a 2-year-old Domestic Short Hair Cat in Provo, UT, who needs $848 for Standard Neuter.
Provo, UT
I used to foster kittens a lot more & Precious was one of them. After I lost my first cat Zeka I wasn't planning to try & keep another foster. Thats till Precious came along. She was the most spicy bottle kitten. Once I saw her heart and she warmed up to me and went from staying far way to as close to me as possible I knew I had to keep her. Her Birthday is celebrated every I love her so much! At home Precious waits at the door when she hears someone close by. Once someone comes in, she is our little greeter. Starting up a conversation once you come in. She demands attention from everyone and takes turns saying hi. She also gets to visit her 6 family member at my parents house. She plays very nicely with them and is normally the one initiating all the games. Precious steals everyone's heart. Firstly, she's cute with her heart on each side. Next, she is so vocal, and her meows rang so conversations get deep with her. She plays fetch and loves getting into silly situations. I hear and their foster kittens and she is amazing with them. Being a great teacher to them and helping to care for them. Precious is truly precious to me in so many ways. Precious needs a standard neutering. Although I could find cheaper places, my areas vets are not accepting new patients & I also really trust my current vet as there tecs care about the owner & pet. My last cat Zeka when neutering cheap passed away from med overdose and was put in freezer so autopsy could not be done. A kind nurse told me truth. I want Precious to get best treatment she deserves. I'm freshly 20 and work a fulltime job. I've worked since 14 however had family hardships. Currently after paying rent, school, utilities, food, medication, special cat food, & other small needs after inflation i'm frankly broke. I only trust this place to neuter Precious.

Eden
Eden is a 4-year-old Australian Shepherd in Pleasant Grove, UT, who needs $1,540 for Oral Surgery with Multiple Extractions.
Pleasant Grove, UT
Eden came into our life a little over a year ago. She had been surrendered because her former owner couldn’t take care of her. She was thin and very shy and anxious. I met her just as she was waking up from her first dental. The tech who performed the procedure said it looked like she had been eating manure to live. Eden has become a huge part of our lives. She is the first to greet us when we come home. She is very tender with both her brothers. She is the only girl and is definitely a daddy’s girl. She will retrieve her hedge hog for as long as he will throw it. Her latest trick is giving a high five. She loves to be outside and will dance around when you ask her if she wants to go out. Eden is a little naughty in that she will jump onto the dining room table to watch for her people to come home. It is the best part of her day. Her very favorite game is finding her hedge hog. She will sniff it out if it is sitting on the top of the cat tree or hidden under a couch cushion. Thunder storms and the 4th of July are very scary for Eden. A year ago Eden had to have several teeth pulled. We have spent the last year trying in vain to improve her dental health. Today when she went in to have her teeth cleaned, Dr Hansen discovered that her gums have completely receded and are very infected. Puss would come out with every tooth they probed. In a very sad phone call, we were told that she needs to have all but 3 of her teeth pulled. We are devastated that we don’t have $2000.00 to make Eden healthy again. We are living on one small income and disability pay. Eden is in constant pain and will hardly eat. Eden hardly even plays her favorite find the hedge hog any more. It is too painful to pick it up.
