Remi
Remi is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Boise , ID, who needs $600 for Removal of Tumor/Testing for Cancer Cells.
Boise, ID
Remi came into my life like a movie- she was meant to be mine partner in crime, my everything. I went and picked her up in the middle of a farm and she has been a city girl ever since. We have been together for almost 4 years and I have loved every minute of being her mom. Since 8 weeks old she was mine to protect, to care for and love. Now I am asking for help to do that. Remi has had a blister on the back of her hind leg, it never has bothered her but sits in a spot that occasionally she gets excited and it rubs on the pavement it would bleed but then stop, nothing really concerning- well it has continued and the vet at Ada West is concerned that it is cancer- they are needing to remove it, send off for testing and potentially the outcome may need more treatment There are no words for why a Remi is special- it is all action she loves with all her heart, she is the joy of my life and the energy everyone needs in their life. She loves to play, to run, to dance and live life to the fullest. To know Remi is to love Remi and everyone does. She is my everything I one to never ask for help, grin and bear it. Make it work, do whatever you have to- and that is what we have been since I was laid off- however with this I need help- Remi deserves help I want her to get the testing, surgeries and after care she needs.

Roxie
Roxie is a 8-year-old Chihuahua in Garden City, ID, who needs $492 for facial abscess.
Garden City, ID
Roxie and her twin brother Milo both came into my life in August of 2013. They belonged to my grandparents but shortly after getting them my grandpa got super sick and so I offered to pet sit. After 2 long months, they were unable to care for them and spoke of taking them to the humane society in our city. I was super attached and offered to take them off their hands and now they are my fur babies Roxie is super lovey. Her favorite thing to do is climb up on your chest and press her face against yours for kisses. She has always warmed up to guests easily and has never shown any signs of aggression or temperament. She’s my lovable little squishmallow! Everyone adores her and she shows love back just as equally. She’s got a big heart in a little tiny body. Covid has affected my hours and I am a single person who has also had her rent increased more than $300 in the last year. My credit has been impacted due to my circumstances as well. I do have care credit but due to a surgery for my other dog last year, it is almost maxed. Roxie has been a very easy dog with minimal vet visits or issues. Recently she has developed a bump on the left underside of her jaw and it went from tiny to what looked like a ruptured abscess in a few short hours. Our current vet hospital is Ada Veterinary hospital. We are new to this vet as our previous vet (Northwest Animal Hospital) was very unprofessional and not compassionate. Roxie is very special, but I think every pet owner thinks that of their furrbaby. She is the destroyer of toilet paper rolls and anything gummy. She mistakenly got ahold of a gummy bear once and now we can’t even move the bag without her right there to share. She also loves broccoli... cooked, raw, it doesn’t matter. She’s definitely a character haha.
