Penny (tiny)
Penny (tiny) is a 3 year old Chihuahua in Fargo, ND, who needs $1,000 for Diagnosis of Her Mass.
Fargo, ND
Hello everyone I would like to introduce you to tiny girl that I just rescued from bad situation with whom I will not speak of but when I got her, she came from a place that wouldn’t take her outside to potty and she smelled like feces when I got her, she was whimpering and crying when she saw me after the ammonium’s person surrendered her to me, she clinged to my arm the whole ride home. We desperately need funds and support to get her seen by the veterinarians office soon as possible, when I got her, I immediately took her home, fed her, and then gave her a bath, as I was bathing her I noticed something not normal under her belly. I asked my mom to check it for me and she confirmed it was some type of mass Growing in this poor babygirl, Im heart broken 💔 Penny (tiny) is the most absolute SWEETEST most purse puppy diva ever. She gets dressed up in little dresses and hoodies, she loves to be outside in the sun when she gets the chance, she loves to be held and picked up and carried around in my sweatshirt balled up🥰 she just wants all the attention and when people meet her, they just fall in love with how small she is. She’s the cutest. We are very low on funds and we are even trying to have garage sales and sell homemade dog treats to raise money for our needs, I have never made a campaign before so I hope all goes well and people think are Tiny girl is worth helping, all I want is for her to get help.

Gracie
Gracie is a 2-year-old Cat in Moorhead, MN, who needs $1,500 for Dental Extractions and Repairs.
Moorhead, MN
I was sent pictures of this precious girl asking me to take her as she was just dropped off somewhere. And she was hurt. Well if course I can. She needs a home. She has 2 brothers and 2 sisters who are also rescues. Two cats and two dogs. She has daddy wrapped around her paws. She sleeps on Daddy's legs. She loves to have her neck rubbed. She is the first to come when I say Gracie, Libby and Tibby. Molly and Whiskey for meals. She comes to mommy for neck rubs when Daddy is busy She loves to sleep next to Tibby her kitty brother. Who by the way looks so similar to Gracie. She loves to play with feathers..She loves to be up where she can look out the window. Just look at her face how anyone could not love her. When we got her she was injured her paw. We were told is that they figure her paw was caught in a bear trap/ claw. We had her paw taken care of but now we need to take care of her teeth. She has three teeth that are busted. I believe they are broken off the roots. Our veterinarian says they need to be removed as they will cause Gracie a lot pain. Well we have a lot of medical bills from my husband. With all my fur babies it is hard to come up with all the money when something happens.I would be indebted for ever if my Gracie and all my babies were healthy. Gracie has brought more love to us especially her daddy.

Raj
Raj is a 5-month-old Black Short-haired Domestic Kitten in Fargo, ND, who needs $2,000 for Surgery.
Fargo, ND
Once was born a tiny panther, who's superior snuggling & dog-like obeyance earned him the name Raghad (comfort). Upon weening, he was introduced to Sid-on her 7th birthday. Though she'd begged for a puppy, love ignited at first sight & they took up residence together. At their tender ages, they have bonded for life. She tends to his food, litter, & education-reading to him & teaching him to meow (he is stealthy quiet, excepting small meeps). Sadly, their lessons are fewer & fewer because, though he'd become accustomed to walking at her heels, heeding her summons, and healing her distress with soft fur & loving purr, he now drapes stools (to use them like walkers), or struggles to claw his way upward (using only 3 feet) to sit anywhere he can dangle his left leg for some small relief. Gone are pirouettes performed for treats & lengthy laser-pointer kitty-cardio sessions w/his girl. No more can he chase balloon strings, sit atop shoulders, nor stop one's heart as a jet-black shadow suddenly appearing from the dark. You see, Raj befell a tragedy comparable to Icarus: attempted to balance on a curtain rod then failed at landing on his feet, wildly clawing for the curtain instead. With no help from the (now shredded) curtain, he hit the hard ceramic hump of a bathtub below. His femur fractured, right where it once attached to his hip. He is in severe pain, his movements sadly restricted during every attempt to act like a kitten, & he risks infection until that broken piece of bone is removed. Fortunately, that surgery can be performed by our veterinarian. Unfortunately, Raj is w/a humble family of 3. 1 works hard to pay most bills, but 1 is disabled w/crippling medical & Rx bills, & Sid (his owner) is 7. Unable to generate extra income, they emptied their savings to pay the vet emergency bills ($657.55), but still need help.

Raj
Raj is a 4-month-old Domestic Cat in Fargo, ND, who needs $1,685 for Leg Surgery.
Fargo, ND
My daughter wanted a cat for her 7th birthday, and we got a kitten. She has in love at first sight. We named him Raj, meaning 'comfort.' The cat enjoys snuggling and sleeping with the child. He hasn't quite learned to meow yet; he is mostly stealthy quiet. The child has already asked to take the child to school. This cat is a climber; top of the cat tree, back of the couch, and in the window sill are all favorite resting spots. The child has been learning responsibility by feeding the cat in the morning, and cleaning the litter box. When we went to the vet, she insisted on being the one that lugged the carrier. The all-black fur makes it easy for Raj to hide under chairs and couches. The are tiny slivers of white between some toes. He loves climbing and cuddling. He can almost meow, mostly enjoys staring at you. He loves climbing onto your shoulder like a parrot. He has learned to meow at the child to get her up in morning so she can feed the cat. Raj's climbing seems to have been his downfall, literally. He ripped the shower curtain while climbing, and fell in the tub. He broke his femur at the head, and needs the piece removed. He isn't even old enough to be fixed yet. If we can get this operation, we can save him a lifetime of pain and limping. Only one of us is working; the other has been unable to work, and has applied to Social Security for disability. Keeping the cat will help teach our kid responsibility and empathy, and give her a long term confidante.

Sophie
Sophie is a nine-year-old Italian Greyhound in Ithaca, NY, who needs $900 for urgent dental surgery.
Ithaca, NY • Italian Greyhound Rescue Foundation
Poor Sophie. She's been through a lot in her life, and she just lost her human dad. "Sophie is a very special girl," Deborah H. with the Italian Greyhound Rescue Foundation tells Waggle. "She came into the rescue in 2017 and was adopted by the perfect family! Sophie's dad became ill and had undergone aggressive treatment for multiple myeloma (a blood cancer.) Unfortunately, he passed away, and she was returned to rescue along with her brother, Iggie, due to her mom's inability to care for them properly. Her veterinary care was put on hold while her dad was in treatment." Unfortunately, the rescue says that Sophie and her brother did not receive the proper veterinary care while their dad was battling cancer. They both developed severe periodontal disease and require extensive oral surgery. "We would love to get these two adopted but will need them healthy before we can do that," Deborah says. "We are grateful the wonderful staff at Animal Health Clinic will be taking care of them soon." The rescue says that Sophie loves to be around other Italian Greyhounds, as do most Italian Greyhounds. She is a snuggle bug and enjoys spending time on the couch with a blanket and remote with the rest of her family. She is a shy girl and takes a bit to warm up to new people but quickly becomes friends. She loves treats and her calming bed. The organization hopes you can help Sophie and her brother get the care they need. "Our rescue is run by volunteers, and all of the veterinary care is paid through private donations," Deborah says. "We are unable to afford the full amount needed to complete their dental care and need donations to offset their veterinary costs."

Oona Monchichi
Oona Monchichi is a 4-year-old Ragdoll in Fargo, ND, who needs $1,225 for feline dentistry.
Fargo, ND
Oona came into my life on my birthday in July of 2020. She was three first thing I saw that morning while scrolling thru FB. She was on a site needing to be rehomed. Out of many ppl who wanted her I was the luckiest women in the world that day to be chosen as her new mommy! From moment 1 she fit right into my home and life and we bonded what seemed instantly! Oona and I have formed a bond like I've never had with another animal before. She is almost basically the cat version of me. We have been thru some really rough times over the last few months together and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for her I literally don't think I'd be alive right now. She is the light of my life and truly my soulmate. I am just starting my life over with little to nothing. Oona is my life and I can't stand seeing her in pain. It's now become very hard for her to eat and I just need my baby to be ok! Oona has been a pretty healthy cat other then her teeth before I got her and has had no major issues health wise since she's been with me. She was really showing no signs till lately that the teeth were becoming a problem. During her yearly exam at Animal Health Clinic, Fargo ND Dr. Katie found that she needed oral surgery ASAP as her dental issues had gotten so extreme. Oona is a very chill kitty. She spends so much time just relaxing on her back showing off her curly belly snoozing. She gets her zoomies a few times a day.She loves her little mousies. She talks to me alot and loves to snuggle me by laying on my chest, neck and face. She will literally sit there and stare me down till I lay down and let her lay on me. I must stop doing whatever I am.

Keely
Keely is an 11-year-old Lab Mix in Fargo, ND, who needs $1,300 for Surgical Repair of Ruptured Ligaments in Knee.
Fargo, ND
We met Keely at a rescue. We had recently lost our beagle, Ben, to prostate cancer. Like many of you, our home is not complete without a canine companion. We fell in love with her at a shelter in MD during a trip in 2010. We discovered she had been poorly treated because she had a scar from what appeared to be a cigarette burn. But she has always trusted us. And we love her. Keely lives in a 3 generation household. It's my husband, my adult daughter, 8 year old grandson and me. Oh, and our cat Ferguson. Who's her favorite? Probably Paul - but honestly, it's really whoever walks her and feeds her. Yeah, she loves the one she's with. She loves chasing balls at the dog park. Sadly, until she has surgery on her knee, no dog park for her at present. We are a three generation household. My husband is unable to work. I work 3 jobs. My daughter works a low-wage job. Keely deserves to go back to the dog park. She can only do that with successful surgery. Keely has ruptured ligaments in one knee. Also a fatty tumor in the same leg (noncancerous). To provide her with freedom from pain and achieve good motion she needs surgery. Our provider - Animal Health Clinic, Fargo, ND vet is Dr. Ness. It will take 8-12 weeks post op for her to begin to bear weight on that let again. Keely loves to be around family. At bedtime, she will go downstairs to sleep by our bed, but after she knows we are sound asleep, she slips back upstairs to sleep on the couch. I think she likes to make sure she is a connection between my husband and me downstairs, and my daughter and grandson who sleep on the third floor. She loves pizza bones (the crusts nobody else wants to eat).
