We got nova when she was only 6 weeks old from a family whose dog became pregnant accidentally. She has been with us since. He sister was rehomed to a friend so we are able to compare personality and health notes on our girls She is my baby. Follows me everywhere. Her dad is a close second then she def has her favorite human brothers. There are three, one she cuddles with, one she fights and plays with and the other she does both She doesn’t think she is a dog, she thinks she is a person. Acts like a little girl. Expects to go on every bye bye with her family. She does this silly digging thing every night before bed. So she has had persistent diarrhea for about two months. We have taken her to a vet locally and they ran stool samples and gave her antibiotics, antidiarrea and allergy shot. We’ve spent over $500 and have no answers. The next step is X-rays and GI panel to see what’s going on. She’s lost a lot of weight. She continues to eat on the days she feels well. We’ve tried food elmination Well we have three teenage boys and just got my car out of the shop after having it misfire. It’s obviously also Christmas and money is tight on top of already growing bills and getting by paycheck to paycheck.

Beans was an abandoned kitten. I took him in and he is now my baby boy. He is an indoor/outdoor kitty. He has 2 cat siblings and 2 dog siblings. He is a sweet, lovable cat. He loves to sleep by my head and he has the loudest purr. He is still just a baby and I want to give him a long, happy life. All of my animals are rescues. I cannot leave an animal in need. Beans loves to sleep on my head or under the covers. He loves his scratching posts and chasing his cat siblings. He annoys them just like a little brother. He loves to sit in the backyard and soak up the sun. He is lovable and sweet. His favorite toy is his older cat brother. He is always terrorizing him. He is scared to death of the automatic litter box. Every time it goes off, he runs for cover, even after he uses it. He likes to stalk the other animals. I have to check under the recliner before I sit down, because he hides up under it. He loves to sniff and touch my 8 month old grand baby. He will lay by her when she is on the floor playing. Beans came in one night limping on his back leg. When I tried to see what happened, he hissed and growled at me. He is very guarded with it. I took him to the vet and found out, he broke his femur from his hip joint. He needs FHO surgery as soon as possible or he will be forever in pain or lose his leg. He is still a baby. He has a whole life ahead of him. I do not make a lot of money. The vet bill is more than I can handle alone. I have tried to take out loans and get help, but my credit is not good. If Beans cannot get this surgery, I will have to put him to sleep. I do not want him to suffer but my options are limited.

Mitzy is my sweet baby bear, and our Valentines baby. We adopted her on Valentines day at Petsmart, and it was love at first sight! She was a very tiny Chihuahua among her siblings and still is a bit tiny in the house- even our cats tower over her! We've had Mitzy for a solid 9 years now and she's been a treasure since. She makes friends with everyone in the house, including my other dog Maroon. They adore each other and love to just groom, play and snuggle. She is a huge snuggler and clinger, very soft and kind. When she gets in a chair with you she will be a 'baby' and demand you to cradle her- else you are just stuck with her. She dislikes loud noises, especially sudden popping noises- so we tuck her close when fireworks go off.
