We bought Harper when I was pregnant with our daughter so she would have a best friend to grow up with. Harper lives with my husband, myself, and our children (3, 6 & 17). Harper has been a healthy, loving sweet girl her whole life and she needs help now that we can’t afford to give. We need help because we cannot lose or sweet baby. Harper sleeps in our bed at night snuggled up to my daughter. She has her own blanket and stuffed animal that she sleeps with every night. Since all of this happened my daughter doesn’t understand why she can’t snuggle with Harper at night anymore. Harper loves to swim and go for walks. She loves racing my son in our backyard. They love playing together. This was completely unexpected. We have used all of our savings at this point. Harper is our baby and my 3 year old daughters best friend. We can’t lose her! Please help! So over last weekend my sweet fur baby started acting different, she was going up and down stairs very slow, not wanting to eat much, not wanting to play and having trouble sleeping. Tuesday night is when we were absolutely devastated, she was coming in the living room and her back legs completely gave out. MRI needed to diagnose. We got Harper when I was pregnant with my daughter so she could have a dog to grow up with like we did. They have been best buds since my daughter was born. It’s heartbreaking because she will not understand if we lose Harper. Harper is a sweet, loving, stubborn little lady. We love her with al of our hearts!

Bruce (and his brother Stewart) have been with me since they were both about 6 weeks old. Bruce was rescued from a humane society after what we assume is he was abandoned. He was in a cage with almost 8 other dogs. It’s was really sad but all he did was look at my mom and I and smile and wag his tail. We took him home the day we met him. Bruce is the most friendly dog I have ever had or let alone even been around. As soon as people enter the driveway he gets so exited and just loves the attention. He originally didn’t even bark until he was almost 2 years old. He loves everybody and has the most beautiful soul I’ve seen. When he sees people the first thing he does is roll over and want belly scratches. This is 100% something that came at the wrong time. With Covid and everything else financially it has been hard. I lost two weeks of work due to the flu and just got out of bankruptcy so I can’t even get care credit yet. I have been saving, but I fear I won’t have it in time Bruce has bone cancer. There’s no easy way to say it. The vet told me he either needs his arm amputated or about 2 months to live. It was definitely a shock. His vet is Devonshire and veterinary is Dr Smiley. It’s gotten to the point where the tumor just keeps growing. He doesn’t put his leg on the ground anymore and it almost looks like the tumor is trying to fuse with his elbow. Bruce’s best friend (aside from people) is his brother Stewart. The two of them were rescued by my mom and I the same day and they have never been separated since. He didn’t learn how to bark until he was almost 2 years old, and it is one of the most memorable days of my life. I just had to sit with him and tell him to talk to me for about and hour and he did.

Kobe. I first met him when he had just came out the womb of his mother. He was such a small little thing I just had to keep him, of course I had to wait at least a week before I could bring him in. Due to him just having to be a new born & not ready to be took home. But his mother was a stray cat who, had 6 little kittens. I chose Kobe out of all, because meow at me first & was crying. He is a very playful kitten, he loves to play with his older brother Binx. They play non stop, running around, jumping, play with his little toys. He loves to play tricks, he is a very intelligent kitten. One time, I cleaned up my whole house, he had one of his furry toys in the middle of the living room. He started to play with it, by hitting his paw with the toy and forcing it to his play area I am in need of helping to pay for my kitten treatment & also as soon as possible. He is not himself. He doesn’t have much time & He is not eating. Please help!. My pet Kobe is suffering right now. He is in need of treatment as soon as possible. He is suffering from a urine blockage, In which case, his urine is stuck in his bladder & his urethra is inflamed meaning he can not urinate at all. & is suffering. They would have to keep him in the E.R for 24-48 hour for surveillance to make sure he does not slip away. His local Vet is Rocky Gorge animal care. My kitten is special to me because, he is the most sweetest thing in the world, he provide cuddles when your down, he knows when you are having a bad day or just not feeling yourself at all. He would come over & lay right next to you, showing you how much he cares & that he is there for you when no one else is. He is the best pet ever. He provides so much love, that it is physically shown. ❤️

Riot is a very energetic loving baby. He runs around with our 2 kids as if he is human as well. His energy is very high. He doesn't realize how big he is since he thinks he is a lap dog. He is an inside pet that goes outside to potty and sun bathe. He has no aggression what so ever. When the kids go to bed he gets to relax and snores so loud he sounds like a semi truck. Riot came to us after our 17 year old pit bull passed away. He is house trained and always carries what we call his baby....his teddy. His relationship with each of the kids is different. With my son he runs everywhere and i do mean everywhere. With my daughter he loves to be loved. With me it's relax time. I have been a single mama of 2 toddlers with one who just started school and one about to start I have a hard time making ends meet. He is in need to be neutered to calm and relax him some as well as heartworm testing so we can put him on heartgaurd. Riot is up to date in shots but needs heartworm testing and neutered. heartgaurd. He sees etowah animal hospital in woodstock. I am beyond pleased to do the drive to continue his medical check ups. I cannot get him on heart guard until he is tested. They treated my 17 year old pit bull for several years and are beyond compassionate. They bond with their patients as if they are their own. Riot is always there to make you smile. His feet are always dancing and his hiney is always wiggling. He requires a lot of attention but because he has two toddlers that is never an issue. When he finally goes to sleep it sounds like a semi truck coming through. He loves rides. He refuses to sit in the front seat his spot is between the carseats. Like i said he thinks he is a toddler

Thank you for taking time to read about my little man, Waffles! This smooshy face guy is a little over 3 months old. Unfortunately, I was laid off on September 11th due to COVID-19 and am already struggling to survive and recently received the news Waffles is in need of surgery due to his "Corkscrew tail" which is infected and causing him pain... I was an only child growing up and absolutely loved having a family pet to play with... well I now have 2 young sons (5 and 2 years old) and decided I'd like for them to grow up with a puppy in which Waffles came into our lives. The boys have fallen head over heels for him and he is their best friend! Thankfully they all wear each other out, haha. Due to not being employed I am so low on funds for my family right now. I also was in the process of getting pet insurance for Waffles which has been so frustrating and not approving this surgery to be covered due to it now being a "pre-existing condition". Waffles has a tail which is growing back inside of him called "Corkscrew Tail" and it needs to be removed from his back end and the rest of the tail needs to be amputated to prevent this from happening again. Dr. Mark R. Woodside specialize in bulldogs which makes me feel a bit more comfortable putting my little man through such a process which I know is truly needed to help him not be in pain. Waffles truly loves to make everyone smile... if you aren't feeling well or having a bad day... he wants to cuddle up next to you and kiss all over you. He is the type of dog who knows when he has done something wrong and wants to apologize and make it right. When he chews something up and sees your face of disapproval, he'll walk over and rub on you with this "I'M SOWWWWY" face, haha.

My Family and I got Scooper when he was just 5 weeks old. He is a mix of German Shepherd and Pitbull. He is going on 3 years old. He has always lived a good life thus far. He really really loves the beach and running along the waters edge. He has been a great friend to my 4 children healing them and loving them unconditionally. Scooper is very intelligent and learns stuff very well. Scooper is basically an inside dog he loves to play tug of war with my kids. He is always harassing us to either play or take him to the beach. He is fed the best food and he loves messing with our two cats. He is definitely a one of a kind friend to my Family. He has the biggest heart and he is very affectionate. I work to take care of my 4 children and live with my wife. I usually pay all the bills and I am usually stretched thin every month. We are also struggling with the recent pandemic. We really haven’t had to take him to the vet because he has been a very happy heathy dog. Until now when I took him to the beach he ran up and jumped onto the steps to the boardwalk and got his leg caught and started yelping. He is now limping around not very happy. If we have to take him we take him to the Humane Society in Ocean City NJ Scooper loves to play with shells and rocks pushing them with his nose and paws. He loves to go in circles like a bucking Bronco. He brings us more joy than you know. He also loves to eat oranges and clementines. Scooper is funny to watch when he gets jealous of the cats he just runs up and stares at them.

Hodol is a 1.5 year old male cat that a street cat gave birth to in my back yard. I have been taking care of him as best as I can as an outdoor cat (providing occasional shelter when its cold or rainy) because my landlord doesn't allow pets. I picked the name Hodol (similar to the word tiger in Korean; 호랑이/horangyi) because the pattern of his coat is similar to a tigers coat. Hodol is an outdoor cat that likes to roam around and go on adventures. At night when it gets cold or on rainy days, I sneak him inside without my landlord knowing. He loves catnip and loves to sunbathe on warm days. He loves butt taps and pets behind his ear. He also has a habit of licking treats at least 3 times before eating it out of my hands. Due to Covid, like many others, my workload has been severely cut. I don’t have enough to pay for all of his medical bills as well as keep myself afloat on top of all the bills I already pay. I just want to see him happy and healthy sunbathing once again. Hodol was rushed to the ER because I found him unconscious on the ground. He had urinary blockage, elevated kidney values, elevated potassium, which caused him to go into shock. He was unresponsive and would've died if he was a bit late. He was admitted to the Crossroads emergency room in Norwalk, CA to get surgery. He is now currently staying at VCA in Cerritos, CA getting treatment. Hodol has the loudest voice I've ever heard from a cat. No matter how far away he is, when he hears me shake treats he automatically run to me, meowing at the top of his lungs. It usually takes him around 30-45 seconds to come back to me, but I can hear him no matter what. He also has a weird habit of sitting like he just ate a 15 course holiday dinner (as shown in he last picture)

I adopted lily almost two years ago. The rescue actually found her old owner but because the rescue spayed her the owners didn’t want her back because they were using her as a breeder dog and was abusive towards her. When I adopted her I fell in love she follows me around everywhere and everyone always asks if I get tired of her always behind me and I always say no because I love her Like a child Lily loves me and my daughter. She sleeps with us, eats with us and plays with us. We love her so much. She’s so beautiful and spoiled. If we’re not showing her attention she barks until we pet her. I love it we take her everywhere with us. She’s out babygirl and idk what I would do without her. She’s helps me with my depression and anxiety so much. I’m a single mom out of work due to the virus. I cant afford to get her leg fixed and i Called everywhere and no one will do payments. To get help would mean everything to my daughter and I. I would break down in tears if I received help for our baby girl. Lily took in the woods this morning and was gone for hours..I walked all around in the woods screaming her name to the point where I almost had a panic attack because I don’t know what me and my daughter would do if we lost her for good. She came back and I found her on the back porch. When I opened the door to let her in she couldn’t even walk. Her bone is sticking out of her leg pretty bad. Lily loves to tear up teddy bears. I always go to yardsales and buy her all the stuffed animals so she can Years them up. She also loves to play fetch but when she brings ball back you have to play tug a war to get it from her.She cracks me up. We have a creek behind the house and we will go on walks in it and she loves coming and seeing everything’s she gets so excited.
Bella Belle

Ever since I was a little girl I loved dogs, big ones small ones and even the mean ones. I always wanted a dog, ever sense I watched Beverly Hills chihuahua I wanted a chihuahua. So my surprise in 3rd grade my parents finally got me one! I was so happy. Now she is sick and I don’t know what to do she’s my best friend! I love her so much and we can’t afford to take her to the vet. She’s my baby. She sleeps in my bed, she always climbs to the top bunk (I share a room with my brother) and she’s been having trouble getting up there recently and she can’t get down from the top and whines because she can’t get down. She’s a sweet dog and she has 2 other dogs that are her best friends. A black and white female dog named Oreo and her brown longhair son fluffy. I don’t have a job, and my mom doesn’t have a job but my stepdad does and we don’t have much money to spend on this. I love my best friend Bella. I don’t have any friends and she’s my only friend. I’m not too sure what the cure would be for her, but she sometimes shakes and gets all stiff and looks super scared. I don’t know why she does it. My parents don’t want to help pay for her surgery and I don’t know what to do. Plus her foot hurts and she always limps. The vet I want to use is creek side veterinary clinic. She scratches me to get my attention, she loveessss food and she loves when I hold her. She’s so sweet. She always whines when I don’t want to pick her up and she’s so cute and comforting. When my stepdad had cancer she knew and stayed in bed with him after his surgery. She’s such a good dog and I don’t want to loose her.

Ella came into our lives when my husband and moved into our first home together. We went to our nearest shelter as we wanted to rescue a dog and add an addition to our family. And there Ella was, so sweet, big puppy eyes and we instantly knew she was the one. We brought her home that day and learned about her silly personality and have bonded since. She is the most loving, and silly dog I’ve met. I gotta say I think my husband and Ella have the strongest bond in the house. They cannot be away from one another and I absolutely adore it. I have a 5 year old daughter as well whom Ella has such mother instincts over. They are the best buddies as my daughter loves to play and keep her entertained. Since the pandemic has begun, we’ve had to use our emergency funds due to both my husband and myself losing our jobs. We are now back at work, but financially cannot afford to take her back to the vet for a fuller diagnostic procedure. Since we’ve rescued Ella she’s been at the Pet hospital a few times. She has a very sensitive stomach, that seems to get worse over time. We’ve switch her eating types, raw feeding, brand switch and nothing seems to work. She seems like she gets sick so easily with times where she’s vomited over 30 times in a single day. Ella is so special to us because of her unique personality. She literally acts like a person whether it’s jealousy over my husband or when something isn’t going her way and she gets vocal, but in the cutest way haha. She is the most loving and sincere dog I’ve ever had, gets along with everyone and will instantly want belly rubs from any stranger!

My baby Lexi is the sweetest yet meanest cat i have ever owned. i love her she funny and she can have a little bit of a temper. i have 3 other cats but Lexi was the first one i got when me and my boyfriend moved in together almost 3 years ago she is almost two years old i have had her since she was 6 weeks and right now she is sick and I don't know how i can help her i feel like a bad cat mom My cats life is she is my only indoor cat occasionally she goes outside she is a little mean toward everyone in the house except for my self she loves me she loves to crawl on my side late in the evening and rest her face against my face so she can give me all the kisses in the world she is a bit of a spunky cat I am just asking for what ever help i can get for her so she is no longer in pain i feel horrible i cannot take seeing her like this it would mean everything to me because without her i am lost she is the first cat i fell in love with since my cat Sam passed from cancer. My Lexi has recently started having accidents all over the house which is not like her at all and she has been peeing blood and crying in pain i feel so hopeless right now because i do not know what is wrong with her yet i am getting test ran on her but with covid i am having a hard time being able to get her taken care of because I'm a stay at home mom and my fiance was just furlowed. She is special because i fell in love with her from the moment i first saw her don't get me wrong I've loved all my other cats but lexi was the true meaning of love at first sight she has been a companion for me anytime i am depressed she comes over to me a hugs me she doesn't leave my side until i am ok she was even my protector when i was pregnant with my son.
