I rescued Yuki when she was two years old from the humane society. She is currently fourteen years old and her health has been declining ever since I had to sell my home and move due to a domestic violence situation. So this has stressed her out quite a bit. She's lost so much weight, but her personality and overall attitude has not changed. She's still As loving and affectionate as ever. Yuki has a polyp in her right ear that she can get to with her back claws, so she tends to scratch it and make it bleed. It needs to be removed as soon as possible. And concerningly, she's also lost a lot of weight, so she will need more bloodwork to determine why. This medical procedure will take place at Springhurst Animal Hospital in Louisville. Yuki has never known a stranger. She loves everyone! She will curl up in your lap and just purr and purr. She is the first pet that I have ever owned and taken responsibility for. It's been an honor to care for her, she has grown into a cute little grandma cat. She loves my daughter and will often sneak away to go sleep in her bed. I am recently divorced to a domestic violence situation. It would mean so much to me to help you and keep her comfortable in her last years since she is a senior cat and she brings me so much joy and comfort. Every ounce of help is truly appreciated.

My. Husband was diagnosed with cancer a few years back and someone posted on Facebook that they needed to get rid of the sweet boy and we thought he would be a really good idea to get for our son 6 at the time. They are so close and bonded. He only sleeps with him and follows him around the house and everything Last March our cat had a urinary blockage and was able to be unblocked and we hadn’t had any issues until a few weeks ago when his cat started peeing outside the litter box. We took him to the vet and they believed is was behavioral since my son had been gone for a week. Then a few days ago he started squatting everywhere with urine output. Then yesterday he was squatting everywhere with no urine He is special because he has become such a vital piece of my son’s life. They do everything together at home. My 8 year old feeds him and loves him and takes most of the care for him. They sleep together, play together and everything We have already spent 3500 and he has to have emergency pu surgery now due to him being rebooked for the third time. He has to stay at the animal hospital again to be unblocked for the third time and transferred somewhere for this pu surgery tomorrow.

Maverick came into our life as a sweet 3 month old baby. We purchased him in Virginia from a pet store after we absolutely fell in love with him and his personality. He’s in a loving and stable home with myself, my husband and our two other dogs. We purchased Maverick not knowing he was already sick. Maverick has now been diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia due to having bordatella and mycoplasma. He has been sick for 5-6 weeks with no improvement. Maverick now needs a tracheal wash to try and help him resolve his ongoing illness. We are trying everything we can to help Maverick improve and recover. Mavericks favorite thing to do is play with his brother Archie. He has so much spirit and love for his family. He loves to run and play, he also loves to chew, mostly on things that aren’t toys. Our sudden need for assistance came on after getting Maverick not knowing he was sick, we are in a bit of a financial hardship and were blind sided by emergency room and hospital bills to try and resolve his illness. Kofi lives at home with myself, my husband, and his doggie brother and sister. We has quickly fit in at with our family and made himself right at home. Kofi sleeps in his kennel in his parent's (our) bedroom. He also likes to take naps with dad and sleep in his big brother and sister's beds. He plays hard, but sleeps hard too. We have had Kofi for such a short time, but he stole our hearts immediately. The very first day we got him he played fetch with dad in the car. He's such a playful, sweet, gentle puppy and always happy to see us as well as meet new friends. Kofi had been regurgitating for two days every time after he ate. After a trip to our vet, it was decided he needed to be transferred to an animal Hospital. It was initially thought that there was a foreign object that had been swallowed. After many x-rays, ultrasounds, bloodwork, and other tests, foreign objects were ruled out. We were not expecting such a large bill in such a short amount of time. We have signed up for pet insurance, but unfortunately we are still in the waiting period so none of these expenses will be covered. Kofi has quickly become an important part of our family.

I promised my little girl, Amelia, a puppy when she finally potty trained. She was born christmas morning and is now 5. She got potty trained and I looked for a good 2-3 mo. for the perfect fit. Meet Luna....the most protective, sweet, loving, affectionate, playful puppy ive ever met. I brought her home while in heat, I wanted her so bad! (Spayed now though) she sleeps with us in our bed. She is also an emotional support dog for myself and my autistic son. I have 3 children that love her more than anything. A 5 year old and 11 year old and a 16 year old She is special because she will wake me up by pulling the covers off of me with her mouth, she is special because she always has to be under the blanket and touching you, she has serious separation anxiety. She helped get me through the hardest time of my life when my dad died. She was spayed about a year ago. She's had all of her shots. Out of nowhere yesterday she started throwing up white foam three or four times that's the picture I loaded that's got a streak of blood in it. She has a fever, she will drink but won't eat she doesn't have the strength to even jump on the bed. I was laid off two weeks ago, as was my entire us solar team. I didn't think she would need ins until she was 5 and that was the plan. My kids would be absolutely devastated if she died, they just lost their granddaddy, and I don't know what I would do if we lost her either.

Toast was born from our two older yorkies and we have raised her since birth. She lives with 5 other dogs including her parents and sisters and her uncle Max (poodle). We named her Toast because of her coloring and that we could just eat her up! Toast loves to play chase with her younger sisters, Daisy and Sage. Toast also loves high fives and kisses. She sleeps in our bed and loves to snuggle every night. When you talk to her she talks back like she’s trying to have a conversation with you! Toast is definitely a talker, but she doesn’t bark. Every night at 7 she lets us know she is ready to eat dinner. She doesn’t have a favorite toy, but she uses the same baby blanket as my daughter and they both cuddle in it. Her ears perk up at the word roadtrip and loves being in the car with her owner. After doing blood work the vet told us Toast had extremely high levels of liver enzymes which could lead her towards liver failure. We need to get her an ultrasound to find the cause and also provide her the medication and treatment afterwards. I lost my job after hurting my back causing me to go through two surgeries and I am still unable to return to my job due to the ongoing pain. My daughter is off at college a majority of the time so she is unemployed.

We adopted Jade from a local cat rescue. We got him at 3 mo.s, after he was neutered and had already had a couple vaccinations. He looked really healthy except for a mild upper respiratory infection, playful happy kitten. My husband, Eric and I have another senior dog, Monday, with bladder cancer (and has rx food, allergies), Yorkie, Baby, who's on rx urinary food, and another cat Simon. Jade loves to run and play, bring you his mouse toys. He especially loves jumping on our Yorkie Baby and grabbing her around the neck. He loves playing with and attacking his cat brother, Simon. He also liked to lay on our dog, Monday when she's wearing a sweatshirt. He is quite the ham. I want to get him back to that if possible. Jade makes everyone smile and laugh with his goofy kitten behavior. He loves to stalk and pounce at toys and other pets. We've only had him a month but already love him so much. He reminded me of a senior cat we just lost, Cactus. They look very similar and Cactus used to also play fetch and was super affectionate like Jade is. Jade began with drooling episodes, which we couldn't immediately find a cause for. This past Saturday he became basically non-responsive while also drooling. We took him to the ER. Then he went to another vet for a CT but theirs wasn't quite advanced enough for a small kitten. Once home, became hypersensitive and had seizures. We recently lost 5 cats and one dog in the past year, some with expensive diagnostics. I usually can pay for with my discount, but we don't have any advanced diagnostics where I work- a veterinary wellness clinic.

My dog was given to me for Christmas for my daughter a service dog. He's the best loving and gentle boy ever! We live in Crestwood ky on 10 acres and he has tons of room to room and play! You can tell he is always concerned where Sydney is. He stays by her feet or mine 24 7. He follows us every where. Max loves to play catch with his football. It's his favorite toy! He loves to play with all four of my kids. Being my daughter service animal she hasn't has one panick attack since we have had him. He sleeps next to her and does so so good! Is completely house trained and so gentle. He loves his treats! Max loves the snow! He loves going on walks, playing fetch with his football, basketball, and anything that's wound and rubber. He has the biggest brown eyes that just melt you soul. Everyone that meets him falls so inlove with him. He Likes to lay up against my legs or feet and walks with out a leash! Max needs a extremely complicated surgery to have the pellet bullet removed from his leg. It's the only way to save his leg. I'm so nervous for him. He's such a healthy dog and doesn't deserve to be going through this. I have 4 children and I'm a single mom and I have drained my savings already with the first surgery to have the tube inserted so the infection could drain. Plus the months of Max's medication

We got Noodle the day before Thanksgiving 2021. He was very shy at first but got his own personality after some time. When we got him he was only 5 pounds, but grew to be 7. He definitely is a little guy! His first birthday was in July 2022, and we celebrated with him by going to his favorite dog park. Noodle is very friendly and playful. He loves meeting new people and dogs, the dog park, and going on walks. He’s a mama’s boy, he cuddles with me every night when we go to sleep. His favorite food is chicken, and he will beg for almost anything you’re eating. Noodle also loves adventure, and playing with toys with his dad. Noodle has something to say, always. He is a very quick learner and is very smart, so he knows a whole bunch of different tricks. Anytime we leave the blinds open, Noodle loves to sunbathe on the floor. His favorite toy at the moment is a watermelon toy that’s probably 2 times his size, he drags it behind him and jumps all over on top of it. Noodle suddenly collapsed and stopped breathing. I gave him CPR until his dad could get home to take us to the pet hospital. He was taken back immediately, in shock and completely limp and unable to move his limbs. After a while, he was stabilized but now we aren’t sure what’s wrong. He has to travel 2 hours to get to a neurologist to get his brain checked out. Noodle means everything to me and my fiancé. He is like a kid to us. We are willing to spend anything to help him, but already living paycheck to paycheck as is; this is not a great time for us to take on $5000+ in medical bills.
