Tiger

Tiger is a 10-year-old Mixed Breed Cat in Medina, OH, who needs $1,000 for Gingivostomatitis Treatment Plan.

Medina, OH

I tend to get my fur babies their food at PetSmart and saw this little guy every time I went in... week after week after month upon month. He would hide in his litter box. I felt so bad for him and asked if I could foster him to see if he'd get along with my other babies. And the story begins. Tiger is 10 years old about to be 11. He has had a tough life of outdoor living and little love. When I first met him it took two weeks to earn a head pat. He was very curious and friendly with my other fur babies and I wanted him to be part of the family and show him what love is. He now cuddles with my babies and takes long naps. Started to purr a month or two ago. Tiger has so much love to give but was diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. Then with a form of dental disease. I am so glad I adopted him so I can ensure he gets the care he needs to live his life as he should... surrounded by loved ones and comfort. I give him fluids every day to every other day under the skin to keep him hydrated, and the occasional pain medicine for the dental issue. He has recently stopped eating much due to the dental issues and I can't afford all of the dental work he will need. Once he gets the dental care he needs he can live a great life for years to come. It is not Tigers fault he was dealt the medical issue card but I also can't financially afford everything all at once. I've spend about a thousand the last few months and am tapped out atm. I need some help covering his dental expenses to give him a good fighting chance

Bean

Bean is a 13-year-old Tabby Cat in Brunswick, OH, who needs $2,000 for Dental with Mass Removal.

Brunswick, OH

In January of 2020, we walked into a pet store to waste some time. As we were walking in I looked at my family and said, "No, new animals". As soon as we met Bean that was all out the window. From what we were told, Bean's original owner could no longer take care of her and passed on to someone that kept her locked up in a bedroom for a year. Our girl was 10 years old when we rescued her. Bean is my 10 year old daughter's best friend. They lay together, sleep together, and my daughter makes sure she has her food and water. As my daughter says, she is the princess of the house. Bean is extremely affectionate and has spent the last 3 years ruling the house. Every day we are extremely blessed to have her and fortunate enough to give her loving home to live the rest of her life. Bean absolutely loves popcorn. Every.. single.. time.. popcorn is made, she comes running with her belly pouch flopping back and forth looking for a small treat. My daughter has special needs and it warms my heart knowing that she has Bean as a best friend. About 6 months ago we started noticing a small growth on her bottom lip. At the time, we were not extremely concerned about the growth but in the past few months it has grown very rapidly. On July 21, 2023, we took her to our veterinarian. We were told that not only was the growth on her lip but her teeth were in very bad shape, We have only had Bean for 3 years and we want her to live a happy and healthy life for as long as we can. We can not afford this right now because we just paid $4500 for medical care for our special needs daughter. My daughter would be heart broken to loose her "Princess".
