Christmas came to us as a stray, wandering the streets of Port Huron. When we found her she was starving, skinny, in heat and covered with fleas. We posted her on every social media platform possible and called local humane society’s and had her checked for a chip since her collar didn’t have a tag. Nobody has came forward for her, and as great of a girl as she is, we don’t know why. Christmas loves it with us! She’s been on a couple adventures with us already. She loves all her new furry siblings and takes a special liking to Elliott, her human brother. She loves to sleep in the recliner and at night she really loves to hog the bed 😂. She’s all around a perfect dog, quiet, calm and well mannered. We don’t know much about her personality yet as ours just starting to show. She doesn’t howl like most husky’s do but she is quite the “pawsy” lady. When she meets new puppy friends she jumps on them and boops them with her front paws. Christmas loves being outside so much that she will just sit there and watch the cars go by. Christmas seems pretty healthy overall aside from her weight. We’re working on putting some meat on her. In the meantime we would love to have her checked overall. We don’t know any history on her, including her age. She needs blood work and other things just to check for anything that could be going on. We would also like to have her spayed asap. I’ve been out of work a lot lately and it caused us to fall a bit behind and leaving us with just enough and not enough to pay a huge lump sum. We can provide the loving home and her future care, just don’t have the initial visit funds at the moment.
