Keemah

Keemah is a 15 year old Mix-Breed in Caldwell, ID, who needs $2,000 for Upper Endoscopy.

Caldwell, ID

Received when just a kitten, Keemah had been in our family since she was 3 weeks old. She was a gift to my children. Later my daughter moved in with my mother. My daughter left my mother's at 16 and was unable to take Keemah with her. And so she was left with my mother, whom loved her more than life. My mother passed away in 2014, and I have been taking care of Keemah, with love and care since. Keemah has had regular checkups, since she has always been an inside/outside cat. Bringing hunted treats to us on a regular basis; She gifted us water and garter snakes, bats, mice, voles, grasshoppers and a myriad of other small objects. So we always wanted to make sure she was healthy with regular visits to the vet. Keemah is not a fan of having to travel in vehicles. Since she has been in my care, due to life changes, I have had to travel long distances with her. We moved from a small town, to the coast after my mom's passing. Then the Echo Mountain fires happened, and put us in another strenuous situation. I moved from the coast of course with kima back to Idaho. But not the same small town. We have been blessed to have each other through hard times. We always seem to find peace wherever we choose to go. Ideally we'd like to live in a different area where there is more work. My current job has limited me, and endoscopies cost a lot. Too much for me to handle.

Nova

Nova is a 4-year-old Golden Retriever in Caldwell, ID, who needs $2,000 for Hysterectomy.

Caldwell, ID

Nova is 4 years old and needs an emergency surgery. I found out that she needs an emergency surgery to have a hysterectomy because she has an infection that is going to kill her if not taken care of. Unfortunately I don’t have the funds to get her the help. They need money upfront and it’s going to cost at least $2500. Nova has 4 children that absolutely loves her and she is a service dog for my oldest son who is hearing impaired. Nova loves outside and her favorite spot to be is anywhere where there is water to play in. Nova is a talker and a social butterfly. She loves everyone and enjoys laying in bed and always in your face looking for attention. Nova is the most loving dog and deserves to live and be here with her humans The name of the vet I would love to take her to is small canyon animal hospital in Caldwell idaho. This is where nova has been seen before and this is where I’d like to keep her. I do work full time. However I have children to take care of as well and I’m unable to make sure we keep a roof over our heads and to come up with her vet bill is impossible for me to do.
