We got Diesel almost 2 years ago! He was a puppy, very loving & active. He lives at home with me & my mom. He has quickly become our best friend & the family favorite! We got him from a friend at church. He weighs around 75 lbs now, so is a growing boy! He’s there in the good times & the bad to cheer us up & make us laugh! Diesel shares a room with me & has his own bed, although he would rather snuggle with me. He loves to watch Paw Patrol in the morning. He goes for at least 4 walks a day & tries to make friends with the neighborhood cat Kool Kat. His favorite toy, currently, is his soccer ball. He is really good at catching it in the air & hopes to play goalie for Atlanta United one day! Currently out of work due to COVID. Working through a temp agency currently. I have used most of my savings paying my car payment, insurance & other bills. Our home doesn’t feel right without him here. He makes us complete. We were going to the park to walk & he jumped out of the truck & broke his leg. We immediately took him to the vet & they did X-rays & determined he has a broken leg. This will require surgery with pins. He is at Cartersville Animal Hospital with Dr Kevin McElwee. We love our vet, however wished his visit was under different circumstances. His favorite treats are Puppacinos & frozen pumpkin in his Kong. He loves Johnny Cash music. He’s recently discovered himself in the 1/2 bath mirror which is pretty funny. He loves to take car rides to look at the cows. He completed a 2 week board & train with a k9 officer & is very smart & talented!
