Gabby was born in Pennsylvania, had two other kittens we brought home with her. Gabby was the only one who made it. She has since traveled across the country, learned to love taking walks and being outside, and despite her body being against her, has been super active in every day life. She's very much a kitten at heart. Ready for all of the new things, places, and people! She used to have a dog to live with, and tried to live with other cats but the fact is that she is a queen.. and she knows it. She knows she's baby, most important. She's very kind to humans, says hello. But would rather do her own thing most of the time. She has a box kingdom she loves, and goes outside for walks on nice days. She chats with the birds who come to the bird feeder too! I have grown up poor, never having a safe place to live or moving every few months. She has been my only rock. I work part time and go to school full time. I'm mentally ill, diagnosed at 8. Cannot do more despite my best efforts. I don't want to put her down bc I'm poor. She has been diagnosed with stage two kidney disease, liver disease, hip issues, and has dental disease. Since beginning medication, her levels got considerably better. She was not showing signs of pain, or discomfort. The other day when she yawned however, I noticed her tongue turning purple. Apparently the broken teeth caused a worst problem that may kill her when the others couldn't. I have been through severe trauma growing up, she was always there for me. No one in the world has been there as long as she has, no one knows who I am and where I came from like her. She's so kind, cuddles, and SO SMART. She is witty, and I think she knows it. Super silly, beautiful, special girl.

I met Dude on a furniture delivery for my job. He was kenneled in a kitchen by a woman with 3 young boys who was going through a divorce and Dude had been too much too handle at the time. When we met he came running up to me and hugged my leg and would not let go. She said he really liked me and wanted to know if I wanted him. I said yes without hesitation. We just instantly loved each other. He never leaves my side. He is my best friend, companion and protector <3
