Her cat mom showed up to my door step pregnant not long ago, we helped her until she gave birth to a few wonderful kittens. I didn’t have the room so I fostered until I got homes for them, but one. I kept the small, grey, runt of the group. Now she is known as Posie and we love her for everything that makes her, her. She developed a bump over her eye not too long ago, but it’s staying persistent. She will need surgery as they are worried it’s cancerous. It’s small and undetectable until you really examine. She’s a talker, she’s sweet, she’s playful, she’s friendly, and a wonderful cat to have around. I couldn’t imagine life with it my little Posie. And neither could her best friend, Sunny, the other cat in the house. Not blood related, but sisters at heart. We love Posie. I am newly 21 years old, I go to beauty school full time, and work full time. I have loans from school and my car I just bought less than a year ago, money is tight but I’m surviving.

Juda entered our lives when we noticed her at a pet store. She was a sweet and friendly girl, so we couldn’t resist buying her. She has three best friends in the house who adore her. We chose Juda’s name from Saint Jude’s Hospital. Juda is in a life-threatening situation. She has a bladder stone (visible on the X-ray) that has caused a urinary obstruction. If she doesn’t undergo surgery within the next few days, she won’t survive. Juda, a hunker, makes a honking noise with her mouth when she gets very excited. Her favorite toy is a ball giraffe that she picks up and runs back and forth all over the house. Her best friend is my 15-year-old son, and they share an unbreakable bond. Hennessy was the last of his siblings to be born. He is the son of my dog Kahlua. He was good up to 2 years ago when he was diagnosed with Evan’s Syndrome, anemia, a severe uti he was peeing straight blood. We almost lost him. He has been on prednisone, antibiotics, anti inflammatory meds, special foods ever since. The prednisone is causing skin infections & cushions disease. Now he needs a biopsy He started at Mountainview Emergency Animal Hospital in Maugensville Maryland. He went in and he got all of his diagnosis and testing. The next day we had to take him back for more testing and fluids. He is now being treated by Chambersburg Animal Hospital in Pennsylvania. 1 uti, 4 skin infections, 2 bouts of Cushings disease later he now needs a surgical skin biopsy. Hennessy has been my baby, best friend, cuddle bug and protector since day one. He is bonded with his mom and his whole family. He loves carrying around his bowl instead of barking to greet you when you get home. He loves to roll around and act goofy. When it’s nice outside he likes to be sprayed with the hose and jump around. I have been struggling with my own health issues, I’ve had two cervical fusions, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, and financial issues due to time off work. Brutus has been a member of our family since day. We picked him the day he was born and he has been with us ever since. He means the world to us and we will do anything to get him the urgent vet care he needs right now. We have had a lot of unexpected expenses lately and missing work due to injury and surgery has left us unequipped financially to afford costly vet care. Unfortunately Brutus decided that a sock looked appetizing and decided to eat it. We don’t know where he got it from or when he digested it. We noticed he wasn’t acting himself Saturday morning. He was vomiting stomach acid, he couldn’t keep water down and refused to eat. We took him to the emergency vet and upon x-ray discovered a sock stuck in his small intestine. Brutus is a love bug! He loves everyone. He loves to snuggle and give kisses. His favorite treats are ice cubes, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe and of course pup cups. He loves his family very much and wants to be near us at all times. He is very laid back and is content to lay on our laps. He sleeps in bed with us,he’s a bed hog but I wouldn’t want it any other way.We love him so much❤ We have been through a lot the last couple months. injured my arm and had to have surgery to repair torn muscle. I’ve had to miss work due to my injury and my husband has had to miss work as well.emergency vet care is expensive but necessary to save our beloved Brutus

My cat was from my friend who didn't realize her one male cat was old enough to get her girl cat pregnant. He was the runt and didn't get the full nutrition he needed till he came to live with me. Due to his mother never giving him the attention he needed, he not only loves me more, he has trouble latching on to things and sometimes chewing. A couple nights ago he somehow got out of my house and got scared. He banged his head against the door to get my attention cause his front top right fang to split and break off into his lower lip. I need help paying for the surgery to remove the tooth fully. I took him to Chambersburg emergency animal hospital. Spade taps his paws in his water bowl before drinking it and then swims on the ground. Usually dips each paw in twice before taking a drink. He likes to go on walks around my house and sits at the door when he ready to go back inside. When he wants to be petted he lays down in front of someone and pets his head with his own paw to show them how. I am a 19 year old girl just staring my life. Money is hard to come by but I would do anything for him. He has helped me through depression and he is my best friend. I can't bare to see him in pain because I'm supposed to be the one who protects him. I love him dearly.

We recently adopted our Veena girl in June 2023 from a guy that had rescued a pregnant dog. She was our healing heart pup for my two children that had lost their first family dog of 13 years that October. She enjoys playing with her human sister Keyona & human brother Kevin. She also has a 4 year pitbull sister Nova. Aveena is a strong headed, energetic, loving pup. Her cuddles are the best! Aveena was recently seen by a vet that thought she had obstruction. They did surgery and found nothing. After 3 days we had to transfer her to an ER vet where they kept her hospitalized. She was throwing up non stop, diarrhea of liquid blood, not eating or drinking. There they found she has a condition call illeus. We need help keeping her in right track at home with aftercare at vets Aveena is so special. After 8 months of losing our 1st family dog. We decided as a family we and our other dog was ready to heal & mend & to give love to a dog that desperately needed love. We found Vee through a friend who rescued her pregnant mom. Vee is so caring, welcoming and greets you with a kiss and hand shake. She knows when I’m having a panic attack and will literally come lay on my ches Fixed income- hurt at work and fighting worker’s compensation Just had neck disc replacement I have put $7000 in helping her. Fluffy came into our life's when my grandson who is autistic lost his best friend at the time. She was given to him so he can have a purpose in life. She has been with us for 7 years. She has 2 fur siblings a cat and another dog. She is my grandson's world. She loves bossing everyone on the home especially her fur siblings. She helps my grandson decompress when he has a crisis. Fluffy started having issues with her leg back in October 2023,xrays showed a big of arthritis but nothing else. She has been treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory meds to see if it would help, she has not improved she got worse.Now doctors think it can be cancer but leg has to be amputated in order to help her have a better life.Her clinic is Chambersburg animal hospital in chamberburgpa Fluffy loves everyone in the family, especially her boy. She keeps an eye on him and makes sure he doesn't get into trouble. She loves playing fetch and tug a war with her fur brother, but lately she has been withdrawn. That is why we need to help her to get our little perky little girl back. She is my grandson's ray of sunshine, since he has her since she was 8 weeks old. The reason we are seeking help with the cost of her surgery is because we have no money. She got worse while we had 4 funerals back to back. So all of our savings went to the funerals since we didn't know she was gonna get as bad as she is now. She is in constant pain.

Hello Everyone, My name is Abby. I'm a beagle who will be 10 years old on my birthday August 3. I only came to live with my new Mommy a month ago. She already had a baby boy beagle who is 2 years old but she still calls me her baby too. I lived with my Daddy before, he wasn't mean to me, but he worked long hours and left me home all alone, which made me sad. My new Mommy is home all day and we can play, go to the park or what I like to do most, nap together. My new brother has alot of energy and may be a little crazy. I'm not sure about that yet. I think he's a bit scared of me, which I think is funny. But what my Mommy didn't know was that I am sick. She took me to a Veternarian for the first time in over 9 years. I was scared so I tried to be still and quiet but I had been so itchy it was really hard. The Vet told Mommy I had fleas and a bad allergic reaction to them. I was scratching so bad that I had scabs and sores all over my back, my skin was swollen and was missing some of my fur. The Vet gave me medicine and now the itching has stopped and I was feeling alot better. But the Vet also told Mommy I had Grade 4 dental disease and would need to get most of my teeth removed. Then this past week my cheek started swelling and it really hurts to eat my food. My Mommy has been feeding me soft food but even that hurts to eat. The Vet told her it would cost alot to fix my teeth and she was sad because she doesn't know how she can afford it. Since she stays at home with me all day she doesn't have alot of money, so we came here to tell my story.
