I was at my moms friends house and they had been moving and there was a really bad stench coming from a tank and there he had been neglected because they had gotten it for there little boy but he was only 3 and she was a single parent and couldn’t take care of both.There were dead crickets and rotting lettuce in his tank.They had been giving him the wrong food and did not do any research When i had gotten him his tail had been chopped and and he was super skinny.I got him to eat and gain some weight but recently he has stopped eating and hasn’t been moving much and sleeping a lot.I called his vet and they told me it will be $145 just for him to get checked out.In the financial situation I am in right now i am unable to provide and it sucks because i want him to feel amazing He is such a goofball although he can’t talk or make much noise you can definitely see the way he would talk.Sometimes i would be talking to him and he would just side eye me or snap his head to the side for me to stop talking to him.He is a bit sassy I am struggling with paying his vet bills because myself and my family are really tight on money right now.I don’t have a job right now to financially support myself and cookie(my bearded dragon).I love him so much and i want him to get the best care ever.

I adopted Pakkun when he was just 8 weeks old. Little did I know how much joy he would bring into my life and others. He is now 8 1/2 years old and has been through thick and thin with me. He has always been by my side and I truly believe I wouldn't be here if it weren't for the love and happiness he's brought into my life. He's always there and has a way of turning things for the better. Pakkun is the life of the household. He's always interacting with others and loves to be included in everything. He enjoys playing with others, people watching, and snoozing with his cat sister Arya. He spreads love and brings joy where ever he goes. Whether it's at home or out and about he always attracts attention and brings smiles to people's faces. Pakkun is a giant goofball in whatever he does. His favorite game to play is hiding his toys and him hunting for them. He's gentle with other people and pets and had the knack for bringing others out of their shell. One of his best qualities is snuggling up to you and being the perfect cuddle buddy. If you're in a sad mood and Pakkun is near it's certain that he'll be there to comfort you. A couple of months ago Pakkun began having problems keeping weight on and he underwent recommended dietary changes. Nothing worked and after taking him to the vets I was informed that he may have liver or spleen problems. Citrus Park Animal, Bird, and Exotic Hospital has been a family vet of ours for 20+ years and has been doing everything they can to treat Pakkun. I'm currently struggling financially and started a more stable job. Unfortunately the timing is not the best. Everything I have has gone to helping find out the issues with Pakkun. I just want my best friend to be healthy and to enjoy his company for years to come.
