Ragnar
Ragnar is a 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback in Fort Campbell, KY, who needs $3,500 for DKA Hospitalization with Insulin Therapy.
Fort Campbell, KY
Ragnar came into our lives in October 2021 at a Subaru Loves Pets adoption event. After losing our previous dogs in 2018, we never thought we would be ready again, but my wife fell in love with him instantly. He had been fostered with cats, so he still acts like one, and he has been part of our family ever since. Ragnar was rushed to Clarksville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty after becoming very weak, vomiting, and unable to eat normally. He was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a life-threatening emergency requiring hospitalization, IV fluids, insulin, frequent bloodwork, and close monitoring under Dr. Laura Bartle's care. Ragnar is more than our dog; he is our fourth child and my wife's dog-soulmate. He is goofy, gentle, and hilariously cat-like because he was raised around cats in foster care. Our cat, Loki, acts more like a dog, so the two of them seem to have switched species. Ragnar brings comfort, laughter, and love to our whole family. This emergency came without warning, and we have already used our available savings and credit to get Ragnar admitted and begin treatment. With three children and school starting, the continued cost of ICU care is more than we can manage alone. Help would give Ragnar the cha

Lily
Lily is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Clarksville, TN, who needs $2,000 for Pancreatitis and Ketosis due to Diabetes.
Clarksville, TN
Lily was originally found in a barn by my partners grandma, they took her in and nursed her to health. Lily has been with my partner since she was a tiny puppy and is so important to her and now to me. Recently Lily was diagnosed with diabetes. It’s been a battle on and off and now she has pancreatitis and ketosis and we are doing everything we can to save her life. She is currently at Clarksville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Lily is the kind of dog who is just so out going and funny. She’s a cuddle bug and who thinks she’s a cat. She’s so sweet and loving and loves a good play time. Seeing her not feeling well is so heart breaking to us I am a disabled vet, and my partner is currently not working due to an illness. I am going to school to better my life and our future and am currently not working due to an injury from a car accident. It would mean the world for us to have the support

Mako
Mako is a 3 year old American Shorthair in Oak Grove, KY, who needs $1,141 for Surgery: Laceration Repair Moderate.
Oak Grove, KY
My cat’s name is Mako, he was abandoned by his previous owners in Parkville, MD where I resided from. I took him in and ended up keeping him since he’s such a great family cat. He tolerates just about anyone and is the sweetest! We currently live in Oak Grove, KY now since my husband is stationed at Ft Campbell. Our precious Mako has a serious booboo. The vet said it looks as if he got caught on a fence or something else sharp. He basically tore off his primordial pouch down to the musculature. From the midsection of his belly to the top right portion of his hip.The wound is so large the vet was only able to suture a few inches, the rest is dry packed and needs to be changed out daily He is a playful cat and loves attention from anyone, and I mean anyone. When we let him outside one time. The neighbors pet Mako and of course he likes the attention and lets random strangers pick him up or pet him. Like I mentioned before. He is definitely an amazing family cat. My husband is currently deployed and I am only a stay at home mom of 2 kids. So money is a bit tight and I don’t want to stress out my husband more than he already is.
