We adopted Holly at 8 weeks old. Our family consists of myself, my two children and our two other canine pals. We don't have a whole lot but we make the best of what we do have. The dogs go everywhere with us and they insist on taking turns sharing all our beds:) Our pets are family and we literally couldn't imagine life without them. Holly has 2 canine siblings who she enjoys annoying until they wake up for the day:) They are a bit older, but since Holly entered our family, they seem to have a new zest for life. They love playing and keeping up with her. Holly is spoiled and believes the human bed is far superior to her own bed. She loves car rides, "talking," and making everyone smile. Holly doesn't bark, she "talks." It's hilarious. She loves to play fetch, except in her version, the toy is never returned. Holly doesn't know a stranger and will literally go to anyone. She lives life and every day is something new to her. She reminds us to not always take life seriously. Holly is truly a happy girl and her joy is infectious. Holly was attacked by another dog while visiting family. It happened quick. She was left with many lacerations, deep puncture wounds and a fractured leg. The break is severe and will require amputation. She is in tremendous pain and it's heart wrenching to witness. She is being seen by Country Acre Animal Hospital in New Castle, Indiana. I have been raising my children alone for 15 years. My income through my job is the only income we receive, so we truly live paycheck to paycheck. Holly is family though, and we're just praying someone can help us, help our girl get her joy for life back. Thanks for reading!

Vinny is a rescue that I was able to bring home to care for, when his other family did not have the means to care for him any longer. He is a 15 YEAR old mastiff! I am telling you big guy is a legend! He came to us very underweight, bald spots, fleas, and gunk packed full in his eyes making him not able to see well, and full of ear puss. He was in rough condition. Since having Vinny here with his new routine to help keep him at his best, we have noticed SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT OVER ALL! But what makes us happy the most is his eyes have light in them and he genuinely looks so incredibly happy and thankful. We love him so much. He trots now, as well as loves going for mail walks and seems to be sitting and standing so much easier Vinny came to us from nothing, which meant not having much attention or time with humans either.. since he’s come out of his shell he has opened up immensely! He always talks to us and has to be right by our sides making sure we are ok! He’s such a big hearted gentle that we have fallen so deeply in love with as part of our new family member Vinny is a rescue that I was able to bring home to care for, when his other family did not have the means to care for him any longer. We have begun treatment of all those ailments & he’s improving If we could have any sort of help when in comes to feeding Vinny in order to get him in the best shape possible because we think he deserves it, we would be incredibly thankful.
