I have had Jackson for almost 10 years. I adopted him because his previous owners didn’t want him anymore because he wasn’t a pure bred. I have 7 dogs that I’ve rescued now because they weren’t wanted anymore. I found out 2/12/26 that Jackson has a growth eating away at his shoulder and the radiologist believes it’s Osteosarcoma. He also has a very large liver, fluid around his heart and inflammation in one of his knees. They’re requesting he go to a cancer center for a CT scan and further treatment. Jackson is incredibly sweet, quiet, well behaved, cuddly, gentle and loves everyone. He knows 10 tricks that he will do if asked and is happy just to be by me. He’s my soul dog and love of my life. The expected costs for the CT scan is around $2,000 - $3,000 and surgery is expected to be closer to the $10,000 range. I live alone and I work full time but I don’t have financial support from family or friends. I am already working as much OT as allowed but it’s difficult.

My puppies had puppies unexpectedly. I took her to be spayed but she was due to have puppies. Actually had 4 puppies the very next day. We have a good home with a fenced in backyard. Mom loves and spoils us. My income is very limited but we are making it work. My mom is trying to find out what is wrong with me. I have already cost quite a bit of money for my mom but she is determined to get me back to full health. We go to the vet at Crawfordsville Family Vet. Right now I have been treated for worms but diagnosis is still ongoing. Cali is the runt of the litter but has a beautiful Outlook on life and I really love family and I'm a trooper. I'm truly am so affectionate everybody that sees me wants to take me with them. And I'm really cute too. Also very smart. I love my papa especially and of course my fur mom and 3 brothers. I am on a very limited income and don't want to lose any of my fur babies especially if I can get better which We are counting on. My mom has spent the mortgage payment so I can be healed. That's how much she loves me and my fur family.
