Sally came to us as a rescue from a puppy mill breeder 10 years ago.She was 4 weeks old and wasn't expected to survive. Since her mother pushed her away and her litter mates wouldn't let her feed she was malnourished. I bottle fed her and we gave her a little stuffed frog to cuddle up to until she was strong enough to eat on her own. Sally is a very high energy fur baby. While outside she stuck her head into a hole she dug to get a mole and the mole mangled her eye before Sally could get it out of the ground. We immediately took her to the nearest vet. We have treated her as directed however it isn't helping. Her eye has gotten worse. We are currently awaiting our appointment to Davis Veterinary our next step to fix her. Sally's favorite people are our 6 grandchildren. She gets excited when the kids come. She is the babysitter lol Sure to come to us and get our attention when one of the kids are into mischief she loves her kids and watches over them like they are her own. She especially loves giving kisses. Her favorite way to get a taste of what the kids have been eating lol Of course they don't know that's why! My husband recently had to have open heart surgery leaving us very tight on our finances. We are a senior couple now on a fixed income in need of your help Your help can give Sally the opportunity to have many more wonderful years with her family.
