Meet Olaf, a resilient and lovable dog who found a second chance at life in the bustling streets of Tijuana back in 2015. He wandered near a taco stand, hungry and alone, until a kind-hearted soul took him in. That day, Olaf found his forever home, living happily with his loving family in sunny San Diego, California. Olaf's story is one of survival and the enduring bond between humans and their furry companions. Since rescued off the streets of Tijuana, he has brought immense joy and comfort to his family. Olaf bonded strongly to his person, 8 year old Tony. Tony and Olaf formed an unbreakable bond. No matter the activity, they can be found together. Olaf has a strong spirit. He loves life, still gets the zoomies even after all these years. Yet is the best at snuggling. He will melt in my arms and simply BE. Olaf has struggled with his teeth his whole life, the burden of his beginnings and being a tiny dog. Recently, despite our best efforts on upkeep, he had several teeth removed. Unfortunately, the vet that performed the extractions could not complete the dental work needed. Olaf needs one or two of his molars surgically removed by a dental specialist. We trust Pacific Coast Veterinary Dentistry. A single mother, a teacher, on a fixed income. We have maxed out our care credit cards on his previous care (dental work, labs, thyroid disorder, and a foot infection), and now cannot afford the specialist surgery.
