Frappe is my 4 month old kitten. He is the son of both my cats, Macchiato and Cappuccino. Macchiato and Cappuccino had a litter of 5 kittens. One kitten sadly died during Macchiato’s emergency c-section. Frappe was the third kitten to be born. Frappe has been a fighter since the start. Even with what he has been through, he continues to show how much of a fighter he is and his will to live. Two days ago I noticed that Frappe’s breathing was becoming very labored and more of a belly breathing. I immediately mande an appointment with our veterinarian (GoodVets). Frappe was diagnosed with a Diaphragmatic hernia. This is when there is a tear in the muscle that separates the chest and abdomen. Due to this tear, his organs are compressing his lungs and heart. We were told he needs surgery Frappe is important to our entire family. He the kitten of my current adult cats. He’s my 10 year old daughter’s support. My ten year old suffers from panic attacks and we have noticed when Frappe is with her she has less panic attacks. Frappe has a wonderful personality. He’s playful, enjoys being in boxes and loves cuddling with Macchiato (his mom). This has been an unexpected cost and we are trying everything in our power to give Frappe a fighting chance. The surgery cost is 6000 and he will need after care at an emergency vet. We just recently spent $8000 on Macchiato’s c-section. Any help would be a blessing.

I rescued Banana when he was 5 years old after my last dog, Bella, passed. He has been my ride or die. I don't leave him home often, taking him to work, I work on the road, and for three years we traveled for work throughout Florida. We got off the road so much and found a place to stay in Miami, he was getting a bit older and tired for the road. Banana was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about 6 months or so ago. He does really well on his meds, but the cost of the vets and the meds has just been too much for me this month and I just need a bit of help to cover his next visit and 30 days of meds. We have a vet, Good Vets in Whyndam, Miami He's my ride or die....we are together all the time. He is very loyal to me, not much of a people person, but loves other animals. We have had 15 years together and are hoping for several more. I am not selfish so I will know when its time to make other decisions but it is not at this time, We are getting settled in our new place and starting to work in new territories so building up business is okay, but during holidays we don't really work, and money is short. He really needs the meds. I am self-employed for 20 plus years so work ebbs and flows.
