Kallie
Kallie is a 5 year old American Shorthair in Seattle, WA, who needs $2,000 for Skin Issues Due to Fleas.
Seattle, WA
I have had kallie for 5 years now. I got her as a kitten when I was newly married and she was a cute little addition to our family. She has always been a pretty healthy cat until here recently. I have Kallie but i also have 2 other cats Lily who is also disabled and Tom who is an indoor outdoor 1 year old handful. Kallie needs some extra attention at this point from a vet which i cant afford. Kallie is continuing to get fleas from my cat Tom, that also being a problem. I cant get rid of the fleas in my home. Ive tried everything possible and then some. But kallie has had a pretty severe skin reaction that seems to be getting worse and she needs vet care at this point Kallie is a very shy, quiet cat, that has the most high pitched meow i have ever heard. As you can see from the photos her favorite friend is Tom and they love cuddling together. She goes out of her way to groom him and taoe care of him even though shes not doing the best herself. I am no longer working and have become disabled. Going through a divorce that will be final in july. Im on section 8 and have filed for permanent disability so at this point i have no income. Kalllie really needs a vet. Im worried about her skin and hair fallling out.

Keefer
Keefer is a 12 year old Siberian Husky in Everett, , who needs $2,000 for Remove Burst Hygroma.
Everett
Keefer has been with me through 12 years of life and growth—my only constant, my family. I’m facing serious financial hardship due to circumstances beyond my control. I’m doing all I can to raise funds and find work. His hygroma has burst, and though I’ve kept it clean, it now has a strong odor and he seems to be in pain. He needs ER care as soon as possible. Keefer has a serious open on his leg that has worsened despite home care. It’s bleed heavily today and has developed a strong odor. I fear infection or more damage. He needs urgent veterinary care. I’m reaching out to Local ERs w/ Referral Center for help. Keefer came into my life 12 years ago. He’s been my constant companion through every chapter. We’ve lived quietly together, and he’s always been a source of love and emotional support. He loves his fruits and vegetables! I’ve been doing everything I can on my own, but life is hard—between life barriers, no emergency fund, and getting declined for CareCredit, I’m stuck. Keefer is my family, my heart. Getting him help means giving him the comfort he deserves.

Woddy
Woddy is a 13 year old Dachshund in SHORELINE, WA, who needs $2,000 for Infection, Dehydration, Lower Intestine Impaction.
SHORELINE, WA
Hello, I'm reaching out today to ask for very much needed financial help in caring for my dog Woody. He fell ill a few days ago and stopped eating and drinking water. He is currently being treated at Greenwood Animal Hospital. The vet Dr. Singh has told me he is fighting an infection and his white blood platelet level is at 43,000. He is severely dehydrated and constipated and is being treated today with an enema and IV fluids with antibiotics. On top of blood work, x-rays, a specialist review of the x-rays with possible MRI and ultrasound, the cost of his treatment is almost $3,000 and growing. Woody loves camping, fishing and sitting by the fire. He is the seat stealingest pup, haha. If you leave your seat, expect to find a Woody in it when you return. He lives for cuddles. He is my best friend. I want to get him the help he needs and for him to be healthy again but I'm financially unable to pay for his entire vet bill. I am on a fixed budget. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Felipe
Felipe is a 17-year-old Domestic Shorthair in Seatac, WA, who needs $1,150 for IV fluids and hospital stay.
SEATAC, WA
My cat, Felipe, was born in Peru and brought over to Seattle from his previous owner. She had him since he was a kitten and was in Peru and saw him and just had to have him! So he was brought over and she had him for 9 years until she gave him to me. I met him when I was visiting my sister in Seattle and he was the neighbor cat. Felipe and I bonded and the owner gave him to me to take care of. Felipe has been my best friend. He helps me garden and follows me around and meows and he comes to bed with me and cuddles. He honestly helped and continues helping me get through the roughest time of my life and was there the whole time. He is just a caring soul and I can not imagine what I would have done without him here. I am usually in medical billing field, I lost my job a while ago and have been taking care of my Uncle's estate after he passed and was taking care of him while he was alive. I have had some traumatic situations happen to me and I am in a very active search for work. Felipe has chronic kidney disease which is not curable but his life and quality of life can be extended with subcutaneous and IV fluids and he responds well to them! He is very active and healthy other than this diease. The name of the vet hospital he goes to is Greenwood Animal Hospital in Seattle, WA and he is seen by both doctors there. They have been amazing. Felipe is such a character! He is the only cat I know of that loves graham crackers! Not that I fed them to him but I caught him getting into mine before! Also, he loves to talk to people and chat at them. He also has a favorite cat pillow. It is black and white like him and he cuddles with it and carries it around everywhere. for years!

Patches
Patches is a 8-year-old Unknown in Private, WA, who needs $239 for Clavamox and Onsior.
Private, WA
Patches' mother was a stray who found me at a time when I was living alone and really wishing for a cat. She meowed so consistently outside the apartment door, that she convinced me her owner had to be in the apartment building. After an hour went by (everyone could hear her), no one claimed her, so I did. She was very skinny and hungry. Then I found out she was pregnant and Patches was born. Patches is a very sweet cat, just like his mother. He also likes to cuddle on the bed next to her and will occasionally lick her ears. He has also lived with large dogs before and has picked up a few habits from them. Such as also wagging his tail when he's happy, not just when he's annoyed like most cats. I've been laid off on March 16. At first, I had a lot of trouble trying to qualify for regular unemployment, which I didn't. Then finally, Pandemic Unemployment came out and that was working until I got sick with COVID myself. Then I didn't qualify again and lost all income. Patches urinated a significant amount of blood on 7/26/20. I took him to Greenwood Animal Hospital to see Raj Garhwal and he got a urinalysis, ultrasound, and two medications: Clavamox and Onsior. Patches had an emergency UTI and crystals. His urine was too alkaline also, and the vet gave me a bag of cat food (Royal Canin) for urinary health that he should be switched to. Patches loves to go outside. So I take him for walks occasionally with a cat harness and leash. He also loves to watch people, cars, and animals very intensely out the window. I crack the shades so he can see outside and he perches up on the windowsill, then hunches over to get as good a look as possible with laser intensity, tail wagging.

Ozzy
Ozzy is a 4-month-old mixed-breed cat in Seattle, WA, who needs $1,800 for abdominal surgery.
Seattle, WA
Ozzy came to us as a rescue. He was found at half a pound and full of worms by a neighbor who was jogging. Since joining our family over the last four months he has brightened our lives and hearts. He is a wonderful kitten, very loving a playful. He has always seemed so thankful for a roof over his head, yummy food in his bowl and loving hands to caress him. To me he has represented strength in a moment of darkness for us. The fact that he made it on the streets by himself as a tiny baby kitten has always made him a hero in my book.
