Awhile after I healed from my own nearly fatal dog attack, I got Tiggy. She was just a puppy then, about 8-10 weeks old. She is my best friend! She’s been with me through it all, through middle school, covid, and my High school graduation. She currently lives at my fathers house until I move into my own place. Recently Tiggy has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in her hind leg by Veterinarians from Orlando to Jacksonville. I am currently working with “Helping Hands Veterinary Surgery and Dentistry of Florida” to complete the amputation of her leg to stop the spreading of cancer and give her a better quality of life. Right now she’s in constant pain and her appetite is very low. Tiggy is a very sweet and clingy girl she loves to be cuddled up with anyone in the house. She loves food so you’ll always catch her giving you puppy dog eyes from under the dining table, she has this entire family wrapped around her paw so we always give in. Tiggy isn’t just a pet to us she’s a part of the family. I’m a high school graduate who’s currently in between jobs trying to come up with money for this unexpected surgery. I am currently working with Helping Handing to complete this surgery for the estimated cost of $3,036. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

Chloe, our 8 year old Rottweiler, came to us at 8 weeks old, joining her now 10 year old German Shepherd brother, Zar, and recently two kittens Willow and Gracie in our home. Two months ago, Chloe’s limp started,our vet suspected a shoulder injury. It worsened until a week ago, when she got an X-ray and confirmed osteosarcoma bone cancer. A followup lung Xray showed no spread, so amputation is a best and urgent option to remove the painful tumor. Her bone is brittle and could break anytime. We’re planning surgery followed by chemotherapy along with homeopathic support She’s a little girl at heart, suckling her blanket for comfort and loves “helping” Dad fix things around the house. Chloe enjoys watching her "shows", like The Dog Whisperer or rat chasing YouTube videos, going to the park or around the neighborhood for walks. Despite her pain, she still runs to bark at the door or tell off the neighbors dog at the fence, still full of life for now. We've been managing her brothers Pemphigus with lots of meds and vet visits I 'm a teacher with a modest income and likely wont be able to come up with the funds for the treatment without help, Chloe still has plenty of energy and the will to live and we appreciate any help

I met my dog in 2015, I rescued her from an abandoned building. As soon as I laid eyes on her, I knew she was the one for me. I wasn’t quite ready for a pet yet, but she made me ready. She is my travel partner and my best friend. My sweet girl has an infection in her uterus. She needs surgery to remove her reproductive organs and she will require an overnight. Stay to ensure that everything is OK. Her surgery is scheduled for March 31, 2025 at 7:30 in the morning. My dog, my Kahlesi girl, is the most loyal, sweetest, funniest and most laid-back dog in the entire world. She was my ESA for a long time until I found a cure for my own struggles. She provides comfort to all that need it and she continues to be strong for me during these scary times. I am a mother of four kids and I work full-time, but I make enough just to get by. Saving her life is not up for negotiation. I will do anything I need to do to make that happen.

Felix is a big fluffy, caring, funny cat. He is a foster cat, whose owner is in the military and no longer able to care for him. I have been fostering Felix for a year now. He loves to run around with my other cat and cuddle in bed with us. Felix sadly has an UTI that we were unaware of and now needs Cystotomy surgery. He was rushed to the Oviedo Veterinary Care & Emergency Hosptial after we noticed he hadn’t used his litter box and started throwing up. They flushed his urinary track and saw his bladder was inflamed and was blocked. They were able to unblock it a little, but said surgery was required as it would re-block. Felix’s best friend, Cowboy, our doggy sadly passed in November due to old age. Him and cowboy would cuddle and do everything together from sleeping, eating, playing, etc. He also enjoys playing with our other cat Dolly. They both love running around, hiding and jumping on each other, or fight for their spot at the top of the cat tree. This is very unexpected for us and we do not have the funds to pay for the surgery. We have known Felix since he was a kitten and have helped care for him for so long, that’s he’s apart of our family. All we want is him to be healthy!

We adopted Ellie Boo back in 2017 and she picked us out of all the puppies she came up to my daughter and bit her pinky and then did a soft bark. She is the best sweet and funniest fur baby and we love her so much, she literally lights up our lives. In December our groomer told us about a small lump on her breast and we called the vet and since she was in heat we were told to wait until she was out of the heat phase and if it didn’t go away bring her in. All the sudden it grew a lot and now she was diagnosed with Pyometra and needs emergency surgery. We are trying to get the money as we don’t have the whole amount. Ellie Boo is the funniest dog, she loves treats and will come to get us anytime she wants one. She has a soft bark and loves to play and cuddle. She loves everyone and is always hungry… lol My husband lost his job in December and I am the bread winner and the vets bill is very expensive at this time but we have to save our baby. After losing my husband of 15 years, my second-oldest son gave me Velvet as a gift. She quickly became my emotional support dog during that difficult time of grieving. I chose the name Velvet because of her soft, velvety hair and because I wanted a name that started with the letter "V," just like mine. After taking Velvet to John Young Parkway Hospital, she was diagnosed with pyometra. Pyometra is a serious and potentially life-threatening infection of the uterus that causes it to fill with bacteria and pus. The preferred treatment for Velvet's condition is to surgically remove her uterus and ovaries through an ovariohysterectomy (spay). However, the surgery costs around $2000, I cant afford. Velvet is very special to me because she is so protective and affectionate. She gave me strength during a time when I needed it the most. She's so loving and caring and really enjoys our daily walks around the neighborhood. She's like my gentle giant, so unaware of her size by the way she jumps on me. Yet she wouldn't harm a fly. I was recently involved in a car accident that caused not only physical damage to my car but also emotional distress. I've had to start physical therapy three times a week, and not being able to work as I did before the accident has added significant financial burdens.

Jax was given to me as a gift by my mother as I was struggling through a hard time after my best friend passing away at the age of fourteen. As soon as I received Jax, we bonded immediately. He’s been my entire world since. I currently live with my mother as well as my older brother. I have two dogs; Jax and Duke. Jax is a sweet heart deep down, but he isn’t afraid to be sassy. He tends to get anxious around new people, but when he’s around is immediate family he is more then happy. He loves to cuddle, belly rubs, and to hog an entire comforter! He spends his free time taking naps, barking out the window if the wind blows, and chasing his tale around. Jax admires his older brother Duke. Duke is a pit bull but he seems to act more like the smaller dog than Jax. Jax is the mastermind behind things such as having duke use his body to knock of the trash can so Jax can get into it. He lie fascinated by squirrels and even just saying the word gets him excited. Jax has a huge personality, and once you get to know him you can see it very clearly. Jax recently developed a perineal mass, which has grown rapidly over the course of a few months. I’ve taken him to his local vet to do testing such as ultrasound, blood work, and x-rays. They referred me to helping hands of orlando to perform a removal surgery and spay. His vet heavily recommended that he get the surgery as soon as possible as it is growing rapidly. I am a current student in college as well as working a part-time job. I have already covered a lot of vet fees in order to get him through this, and it’s just nearly impossible for me to do the rest on my own. My mom is incapable of lending me the money, as she’s struggling.

I rescued Bear from a drug house in Baltimore City he was left outside in the heat with no water. I had to talk the lady into selling him to me because she said her b.f would kill her if she got rid of him but he was so skinny I could see his ribs so I offered her 100.00 and she then accepted it. Bear has been me and my boys guardian angel since we got him. We would all be heartbroken if we couldn't save him. about 2 years after I got him my ex started drinking & became abusive. Bear always got in-between us to try to protect me. He was like my shadow he followed me from room to room never letting me out of his sight when at home during the day. He also likes to sleep with my youngest son. Bear saved my life twice from my ex who had came home in a drunken rage & held a knife to my throat telling me he was going to kill me on 2 different occasion and numerous of other times he would physically attack me. Every time Bear heard my screams for help he would immediately charge at him to get him off me. Bear has a tumor growing in his belly that needs to be removed. The local vet said $2200 to remove it but I found a vet 3 hour from me called Helping hands that said they could do it for about $1350 but I still can't afford that. If anyone is willing to help me save his life I would be forever grateful! He is more than a dog to me he is my hero! I am a single parent of 3 boys and work full-time and go to school at night. My income is very limited right now do to paying for school & taking care of my kids without child support. He saved my kids from being motherless please help me save his now!
