We adopted Mikey and his brother from The VHS there where in a group of 5 kittens. They have both been with us for almost 4 months and they are part of our family now. Mike has some kind of skin allergy we have been giving him a chicken and grain free free cat food. It seems to be working but he still has areas where he scratched so much it split the skin open and he had sore that abscessed. We have been taking him to Highland Veterinary Clinic. Mikes brother Floyd is his best friend they are constantly playing and taking care of each other, My daughter has grown to love them both so much and they help her with her anxiety issues. I'm on Disability and have fallen behind on bills my daughter is not working because of her medical issues so we are having a hard time getting any extra money to get him back and forth to the vet.

Buddy is a rescue from Animal Control. We live in the country and buddy's favorite thing to do is chase frogs around the yard. He does not hurt them he just enjoys trying to touch them. This is a emergency buddy was outside playing and has sliced his foot open on something he needs stitches badly. He also needs some antibiotics because I am not sure what he cut him self on. Buddy is the sweetest dog and loves attention. Every day when I get home from work I have to sit down to pet him and give him his love or he gets mad and will bark until I do. I recently started and new job and have not received my check yet. I have to make sure buddy get the care he needs he is my best friend and I don't know what I would do if something happens to him.

A friend of mine rescued buddy from the animal shelter but her male dog did not like buddy and was constantly trying to attack him. So she had posted on Facebook about him and I got buddy from her when he was 6 months old. Buddy now lives in the country and loves playing outside. Buddy was playing outside and some how has hurt his leg. He was running around just fine and then he came in limping. He cannot put any pressure on it at all and has just been laying around all day. I'm so worried about him I called the vet at Highland Veterinary Clinic and they want to do X-rays. Buddy is my best friend and also my granddaughters best friend. They are 2 peas in a pod if she is outside buddy wants to be right there with her. My granddaughter sat beside him today and was teaching him the letters of the alphabet since he could not get up to play outside. (My granddaughter is 4 yrs old) I am a single mom and grandma. Due to unfortunate circumstances I am the sole provider for my 2 sons, my son's fiance and the grandbaby. So I can't afford the expense that the vet will cost. I am devastated and just want to make sure buddy is okay.
