Meet “Littles”. She came to us free from a family who couldn’t care for her anymore. She is a year old Yorkie/ Chihuahua mix. She has a spunky brother who she’s very bonded with- We also have a Jack Russell who is 14 now. We love and treat all our fur babies as family. Littles has a broken distal femur. She’s also pregnant which makes her situation even more complicated. We have her splinted and comfortable until we can help her. Between savings and loans we are unable to meet the cost. Littles is family to us. We love her so very much. She’s the sweetest and strongest little thing we’ve ever met… we want what’s best for her and that means getting this resolved as quickly as possible. We are a family of four. Times are tough for everyone and we understand. We just need some help getting this girl the surgery she needs. Thank you for taking the time to hear about our little girl.

My name is Coco Playful Paws. I’m 8 years old and love to go on long walks and golf cart rides with my owner. I was recused from my owners as a puppy. We live in FL and like to look at the birds around the ponds together. I live with my owners and my aunt. I like to play ball with them and keep the laughing. We like to go outside and visit with the neighbors and other dogs in the neighborhood. We do lots of visiting with our neighbors of a retirement community. I like to get all the smiles, pets and treats from my neighbors. They all still big for,e and I smile and wiggle back for them. Love my home and neighbors. I have beautiful ears but they have developed a horrible infection on my left ears. After months of trying to get the infection cleared my vet has said I must have a total ear surgery to get the infection out and close off the ear so it will not come back. Unfortunately it is an expensive surgery of $4000.00. We live on a fixed income and don’t have the funds in saving. We both still work part and full time in our late 60’s to provide for food and housing. We love our sweet dog and do not want to put to sleep but do not want him to live with the pain.
