I took Nilla home from a less than reputable breeder at 7 weeks old, she was filled with worms and covered in fleas. She has been the love of my life since. We enjoy daily 3 miles walks, even on her chemo days she is ready to go. She loves chasing a ball and snuggling on the sofa. She is so sweet, everyone who meets her falls in love and she has never met a stranger. Everyone is her friend. Nilla is so intuitive, she knows when you're happy and when you're sad. She knows when you're in pain and tries to heal by locking your pain or sadness away. She makes me smile everyday! Nilla was diagnosed with cancer after surgery on 6/7/23 She had an intestinal blockage that turned out to be a cancerous tumor. Hearing that diagnosis was one of the worst days of my life. After exhausting all my resources on diagnostics and surgery, find I cannot afford the chemo needed not only to prolong my precious girls life but to provide the best quality of life for the time she has remaining.
