I've had my dog, Billy, for about 10 years, since I was a child. He's an integral part of my family, and the thought of losing him to cancer is devastating. Thankfully, the diagnosis came early enough that treatment is an option. As I approach my 20th birthday, it would mean the world to me if Billy could be by my side to see me through this milestone. Billy is a short-haired German pointer mixed Hello, my name is Maddy, and this is my beloved dog, Billy. Recently, Billy has been diagnosed with cancer located near his spine. I have received estimates for his surgery, and I am currently facing financial difficulties that make it challenging to cover the costs. Unfortunately, the veterinary clinic does not offer payment plans. Billy is an incredibly energetic and loving dog who is deeply devoted to his family. As a working dog, he assists me daily with my needs and provides invaluable protection. He has a zest for life, evident in his love for playing with tennis balls, going on walks, enjoying late-night swims, and relaxing at the beach. Billy has a charming personality that endears him to everyone he meets I recently experienced a job loss and am currently navigating the challenges of finding employment in a small town with limited opportunities. We actually watched our Blossom come into this world out of a litter of nine.Her mother is also one of our dogs.We also kept one of her brothers.Recently, her grandfather passed away,But our family now consists of Blossom and her brother Boggie,her mother Saphire and her uncle PoBear Blossoms grandfather,Mr.Bojangles death was devastateing and we are still in mourning.. We have had the same vet for twelve years.Dr. Vicki at the Kernville Animal Hospital,she has known all of our dogs since birth.A fews years back, Blossom had a large tumor removed from one of her front paws and now has a very nasty one on her hind end.(Please referance pics.)Unfortunately,these cancerous tumors are hereitary.We have to keep a cone around her head to prevent her from liking it. Mus say that Blossom gets along with all of tour other dogs equally.She is our drama princess,very vocal and expressive.When she is ready to come in from outside,she acts like the sky is falling or something.Her very favorite thing is going on her walk each day.She does what we call "whirly twurrlys"She spins around all the way from the door to our gate,we counted 14 times one day. We feel so defenseless,knowing we cant take her pain away here at home.Words can not describe how grateful we would be if only we could get this nasty tumor removed.Our vet told us that they are unable to accept payments and that the emergency fund is now depleted.
