Monkey

Monkey is a 3 month old Mix-Breed in Pickens, SC, who needs $2,500 for Enucleation Surgery.

Pickens, SC

Monkey was born by our other cat named little bit. Monkey had 1 brother and 2 sisters that got severally sick and infected with the feline virus called limping calichi virus, very highly fatel to kittens and contagious.. we kept the others isolated and did everything in our power to save them... Monkey at the time was perfectly fine and still himself... Then we thought he just had a little eye cold We cautiously watched the eye and cleaned it properly and made it as comfortable as possible and it only got worse and now we are facing a big life decision, monkey has a bad bacterial infection that's not improving and he needs urgent surgery to remove his eye or it's going to eventually spread and we will lose him to, only thing is we don't have the funds to pay for this.. it's $2000 Monkey is our baby! Not a cat or some pet. He belongs to us as a child our baby! He's the most sweetest playful little guy. He used to be so wild and happy and now he's miserable and we are devastated, and so worried about him My fiance works self employed contractor and hasn't had much work lately, I am currently unemployed due to kidney disease and other personal reasons... We need right at $2000 for his life saving surgery asap! Or he won't make it

Earnhardt

Earnhardt is a 1 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in Anderson, SC, who needs $300 for Check Up.

Anderson, SC

Earnhardt came into my life July 4th, 2023. He was 6 weeks old and just a little bundle of joy. He has been right by my side since he came home. Literally he goes wherever I go, he doesn't like to be alone. Earnhardt seems to be having trouble going pee. I believe he may have a UTI and hoping it's not a blockage of some sort. He has a bad habit of eating blankets. My only income is SSI. And I can't come up with the money to take him to get checked out like he needs. I hate seeing my baby hurt and in pain, and not being able to help him. Earnhardt is a big baby. He always has to be right by us. Laying in our laps or sitting on our laps. He is a big dog weighing close to 100lbs, but he thinks he is a lap dog. He hates to be alone and will howl and cry when we not in the same room. He differently suffers from separation anxiety. He loves to eat blankets and will suck on them while crying. He is just very loveable. My only income is my SSI check, once my bills are paid there not much left for something like this. I'm looking into getting him doggy insurance. But that won't help right now, when he really needs it

Atticus

Atticus is a 11-year-old Boxer Mix in Pendleton, SC, who needs $1,200 for Skin Mass Removal & Biopsy.

Pendleton, SC

I adopted Atticus from a former client of mine (Im a former hairstylist) when he was 10 months old. He turned 11 years old on December 21, 2023. He has a baby brother named Eros who just turned 1 and an “older” brother named Tucker who is about the same age as Atticus/slightly older (11/12). Atticus’s favorite person outside of “mom” is my roommate Josh. He watches him play videogames and will alternate sleeping in his room and my room at nighttime. Atticus sleeps in the big beds just like people - head on the pillow and body under the blankets! Atticus has never missed a snack tossed to him. Ever. He can be sound asleep. Toss a goldfish his way and he will wake up and snap it right out of the air! Haha! Atticus had a small skin tag on his foot. It rapidly got bigger over the span of a couple weeks and has grown to the size of a small tumor. I took him to Magnolia Veterinary Hospital and had him looked over. They weren’t sure if it was cancer or not but agreed due to its rapid changes that it needed to come off quickly and be sent for biopsy. I am on disability as I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. I have a lot of medical bills and medication bills due to my illness and I am unable to work to help supplement my income. I would love to be able to pay to have this tumor removed to keep him around longer

Mobi

Mobi is a 4-year-old Pittbull Terrier in Belton , SC, who needs $300 for His 4 year Check Up, Shots, and Meds.

Belton, SC

I honestly didn't want or plan to own a Pitt due to all of the things I've heard about them. This pup was rescued from a place and owners that didn't care as much as they should have. I picked him up and said his name is MobiDick and I will take care of him for the rest of his life! Well he's 106 lbs of wonderful! The best and smartest dog I've ever had. He's family and so loved ♥️ He rules the house really:) he's slept in the bed since day one. Ridden with us anywhere we can take him with us. All around such a joy! I feel protected and at the same time I call him Son-Son a lot! I have 3 daughters! He lets me know anytime someone arrives long before a knock at the door. He has a sweet nature but at the same time I know that if someone were to try and hurt me he would step in We have had a lot lot of loss in life. Some due to no doing of our own and others due to yes, making the wrong decisions. I lost my best friend in August 2020 and then my Dad that same October. I was with them both as they passed. What I came home to was Mobi. He was my comfort. Always happy to see me and he gave me the drive I needed to get through hard times for him. He made me want to live! I've taken good care of Mobi up until this coming up check up. He's had regular vet visits and has always been given what he needs and what he wants at Petco when we go shopping for a bone or toy together. He walks through not bothering anyone or their pet and "picks out" his one thing he really wants! Up and down the isle looking and sniffing and he stops when he knows which one:) Again he's been well taken care of up until I have no idea how to pay for his upcoming check up and the medicine and shots he will need. He's been scratching some and I've done oatmeal baths and was giving him the combo flea and heart worm chew. I can't afford those now.
