On a stormy night in 2011, a stray kitty came in to our patio for shelter. By morning, she'd had a litter of kittens. Penny is one of those kittens. Being a Calico, she's pretty spicy but shes the smartest, softest and sweetest kitten you'll ever know. In 2022, we found a mass on her chest and after she was seen by the doctor, we were told she had mammarian cancer. We were offered surgery but her prognosis was only 6 months to a year. But, shes a Calico and Princess Penelope so she defied all odds and here she is nearly 3 years later. Penny has a little brother, Theo, whom she likes to tease but theyre secretly inseparable. Penny loves to keep us company when we watch tv or play video games. If she deems you worthy, she may even let you pet her. IF you've washed your hands and she's determined you have. Penny's mommy was a social worker but she started getting really sad seeing the kids she worked with struggling. So when she was accepted into a software engineering academy she took the opportunity but it meant using up any emergency funds. Then mommy got sick.
