I purchased Zoey the year I could afford her. She is my first dog I ever had so she quickly became family. She was pure white when she was younger, like a white shepherd. We all fell in love quickly. I never had a problem with Zoey. Not even one accident in the house to this day. She’s been trained, She is my baby. However she is sick now with Pyometra, needs a hysterectomy for $1600.00. Thank you Zoey’s sickness, Pyometra, can be cured with surgery and hopefully a quick recovery. She is currently full of infection at the moment which is why the hysterectomy is needed. Dr Kristie Ellis at Millcreek Animal Hospital is her normal vet since day one. Zoey was trained at a young age. She’s never had one accident in the house to this day. She loves everyone who will rub her belly and give her attention. She wakes me every morning when it’s time for her morning treats and go outside. I love having her wake me and it breaks my heart to think that it could be coming to an end soon if I cannot get her help. I can’t fail my dog, watching her suffer. I became unemployed back on December 10th ‘25. I am a certified RV Technician which has always helped me secure a job. Moneys been tight for the last two months, now this happens. Mom always said God only gives us what we can handle. I don’t believe I can handle losing her.

Taz came into my life in 2013 when he needed to be rehomed, he was only 8 weeks old and I happily took him in. He has been my best friend and guardian since the day he came into my life. He has now been with me for over 12 years, through the ups and downs, always there when we needed each other. He has a little brother, Krypto. We currently live with two of my best friends, who love Taz deeply. Taz was diagnosed with Lymphoma, suspected stage 3, on January 9th, 2025 and began chemotherapy treatment on January 10. Taz has completed 1 full round of treatment with 3 rounds to go. Cancer is an ongoing battle and he is continuing to fight with all he has. He is currently being treated at Millcreek Animal Hospital in Ogden, UT by Dr. Ellis and his loving nurse Sherry. Taz is my best friend, my guardian. He loves unconditionally and always looks at me with so much love in his eyes. Taz loves to frolic in the snow and explore the outdoors with his little brother and I. Taz will lay outside any door I'm behind to ensure I'm safe, he has always been my little shadow. Taz loves nature, homemade food and laying on his various rugs and beds throughout the house. Taz quickly and unexpectedly fell ill, you always think it won't happen to you until it does. I am willing to do anything and everything to save his life, to ensure what remains is filled with love and happiness. You cannot put a cost on the love pets give unconditonally.
Brownie

Me and my husband wanted to get a dog for our son. So we started looking on KSL and we came across our brownie girl, and just immediately fell in love with her. We call her brown brown or brownie girl. So we went and saw her and just said yes as soon as we saw her. We just love her so much. She’s so sweet and gentle. And absolutely adores our son. They are the best of friends. We just love her! Around New Year’s Eve we started noticing that brownie’s eating was going downhill. She started getting very skinny, too skinny to walk even. So we took her millcreek veterinarian hospital. And she had ingested a rag of some sorts and it had balled up in her intestines. They took out the rag and stitched her up. Lake adores my son so much! She has a sister we call her the baby hippo. She is a half blue heeler and pit bull. She’s very gentle around everyone she meets. Such a love bug. I had knee surgery a few months back and haven’t been working. I’m still recovering from my divorce. Times are tough. My surgery really cleaned me out. Times are tough.
