Kiwi was adopted as a ESA from Benches in Mankato Minnesota.She has been with me a little over a year now she’s almost 2 years old. She is a family pet. Friday night 11/5/25 she was running around and hit eaither the wall or legs to me bed frame under my bed. She was bleeding from what looked like her nose. The bleeding stopped with in a minute. Since then her jaw or mouth has been hurting her. My Kiwi butt is like a child to me. She is my emotional support baby. She helps me with everything mostly helps with my anxiety and panic attacks. She’s a wild spunky tuxedo kitty. My only source of income is county assistance. I don’t have family close bye or that can help me. It would mean everything to me to get the community’s help in helping my baby. Thank you.

Trooper is my rescue, my heart, my soul, and my best friend. He came into this world in a traumatic way, developed diabetes at age 4, and cancer at age 9. We are a bonded pair. He helped me through my worst times and now I'm helping him through his. I had to make a tough decision to only do palliative care as he has diabetes. I need help with palliative care treatment for another day together. Trooper was diagnosed with sarcoma in June. He also has cataracts, spondylitis, diabetes, special food and supplements, and pain pills. With his Vetsulin for diabetes along with vet visits, testing, and care it costs $483 per month plus paying off bill at vet, which is over $300. Minnesota Valley Pet Hospital in Mankato, MN is Trooper's vet. Trooper loves life! He loves his walks, his treats, and his snuggle time with mom and his fur brother. His favorite toy is his squeaky tennis ball. He will fetch it and just squeak it. He loves the family, but loves me the most! We are bonded. He isn't the best TV-watcher as he barks at everything lol If I could have Trooper with me for a longer time, I would would be grateful. I would like for him to enjoy life until he can't, but that includes pain meds, vet visits, supplements, etc. I am having trouble affording the $483/month plus backed up vet bills.

This is Kota. She has 2 big sisters who love to play with her outside. Her big sister can run faster than her so when she is tired of chasing her she complains and makes everybody take a break with her. Kota doesn't understand that she is the size she is so she is quite clumsy (this is how she broke her leg). We call her Minnie Mouse bc she has the 'minnie mouse gloves' on all of her feets:) Kota is a clumsy 8m old pup and took a jump that her and her sister run through all the time and she landed wrong and broke her back leg. Her mama needs help paying for the metal plate and screws that are in her leg now after the emergency surgery. She has pants she wears to cover her big owie bc she bumps into too many things with the cone on. She is the biggest lovey baby. Hi! This little girl is threatened by her reflection. So sometimes when she walks by the mirror she has to have a stand off and she is usually the winner....unless her sister comes to help fight off the 'bad guy' in the mirror then it's more of a group attack....mom has to clean the mirror a lot.... Miss Kota likes to get her paws cleaned after muddy play! And she LOVES to give full body hugs:D This was an emergency surgery needed to put a metal plate and screws in her broken leg. No money was saved up because a week before this, her big sister had a tooth removed after breaking it chewing one of Kota's big sticks and moms money was used for that emergency surgery.
