Dioghee J!

Dioghee J! is a 9-year-old American Pitbull Terrier/ Boxer in Pueblo, CO, who needs $2,000 for Post Surgery Follow-up (Radiation and 8 Therapy Sessions).

Pueblo, CO

Dioghee (4/10/2014) was gifted and Welcomed in as the newest member of our family. Kimberly Jesik received a phone call and was asked what would be our dog's name if we had one....Kim replied " Dioghee" and still on the phone...the door opened with me chanting as Dioghee walked into his new 🏡 Home! Dioghee has a younger brother Ali (5/25/2015). Dioghee likes to be an early bird, sit in the sun, very alert and protective but absolutely loves his car rides...So much I want to hire him a limo driver! He loves to take daily walks thru the trails at the lake or run wild at the local area city parks. He loves to torcher his brother by taking his ball and hiding it or playing keep away from Ali.... Dioghee became special to me when he was a young pupperoni, he spruced up to the ride home and has enjoyed every chance he gets just to be in a vehicle. Every morning, I would walk in a circle around the entire house as he would follow me waiting for me to say " let's go for a ride" in which became "the daily FOLLOWING." He is such a an intelligent pet, unique humor, and great qualities as a pet! Dioghee underwent surgery on Nov 14th, 2023 @ Mountain View Veterinary Surgery in CO Springs, CO by Dr. Hasiuk. Diogee was recently diagnosed w/a cancerous mast cell tumor prior to this date as a successful procedure to fully remove the mast cell tumor from his leg. He now needs to undergo further radiation testing and treatment to be fully at a 100% Cancer-free. An additional $2000 is required. Due to a recent move for financial reasons, I am unable to cover the expense needed for Dioghee to complete his Cancer-free treatment as I am relocating into a new home for my two dogs and I. I'm reaching out to all sponsors, donations, or grant to help cover the expenses.

Diogee

Diogee is a 9-year-old Pitbull in Pueblo, CO, who needs $2,000 for Surgical Removal of Mast Cell Tumor.

Pueblo, CO

Diogee came to me 9 years ago when my boyfriend, at the time, brought him home as a surprise for me. He brought Diogee's brother 1 year later, and my doggies have been with me ever since. Diogee has always been a loving dog who loves attention and loves to be petted. He is extremely smart, and loves to learn. He protects me and his little brother always. He has brought so much happiness to my life Diogee loves his daily walks & car rides. He knows when its time for a walk and will follow me around until we go. He also loves to play"Hide-N-Go-Treat", where I hide treats around the yard for him to go find. He has to sleep at the head of he bed with me everynight-on top of all of the pillows. He also loves opening presents every birthday & X-mas. Him and his brother are my family!! The smile on Diogee's face, everytime I come home, makes me smile no matter what. Even when I have horrible days, seeing Diogee when I walk in the door, makes it all go away. Diogee has taught me what unconditional love is, and has taught me how to love. He is like a child to me. We celebrate all holidays together, have daily walks & rides, and I can't go to the store without bringing a bone home Diogee was recently diagnosed w/a cancerous mast cell tumor. He has seen Dr. Hasiuk at Mountain View Surgery. I took Diogee in for intial consult and pre-surgery testing. Tests confirmed that the cancer is only on his leg & has not spread yet. Diogee seems perfectly healthy still and is very active and full of energy. I need to get his surgery done ASAP so he does not get sick. I do not have the money for his surgery. My hours got cut at work in August and I am living paycheck to paycheck right now. The money I had saved, went to pay for Diogee's consult & pre surgery testing, which totaled close to $2,100.

Rowdy

Rowdy is a 11-year-old Boxer in Colorado Springs , CO, who needs $2,000 for Splenectomy.

Colorado Springs, CO

I rescued sweet boy 11 years ago. He was 8 weeks old and it was love at first sight. I think I've been away from him for maybe two days in all that time. I can't imagine life without him. My wife and I are empty nester now. Our human kids grew up with our fur kids and are out of the house now. Rowdy and our other dog are the loves of our life. My dog literally saved my life. I battled severe depression and my dogs are the only thing that kept me going. He's the first person to greet me when I come home e ery day with his big smile, wiggle butt and sloppy kisses. Rowdy has recently developed a mass on his spleen that is debilitating. He's always been very healthy and active, but seeing hi now is heartbreaking. He's lethargic and isn't eating like normal. We were advised by our veterinarian that he needs his spleen removed right away to save his life. Vet bills to get him to this point have drained what little savings we had. We lost our son to suicide a couple of years back and with associated costs and counseling we have been slow to recover financially. Having Rowdy healthy and happy would mean the world to us.

Murdock

Murdock is a 10-month-old Bernadoodle in Fountain, CO, who needs $1,000 for CT Scan for Pre-Surgery.

Fountain, CO

Currently Murdock resides in a loving home with a great big backyard with his two other siblings! Murdock came from a shelter as a 8 week old puppy, his parents and all 8 puppies were surrendered. Murdock has been sick since birth and it went un noticed until I adopted my lil boy. His kidneys and bladder are not working properly and his ureters are not in the correct location. Where do I start! Murdock is so loving, outgoing, insane and happy boy! He loves his reptile siblings and dog siblings all the same. Murdock is so special, he loves people and all animals. He loves to cuddle and great everyone who comes in to make them feel welcome! We call Murdock a gazell as he can jump! He can scale our coffee from a sitting position next to him! Murdock is special. He loves stealing clothes and running off. He loves random zoomies in the backyard, he loves food, and last he loves his cuddle time. Murdocks most unique feature is that he stairs. Anywhere in the house he will stop and stair, if he’s sitting or walking he has his eyes locked on you😂 Murdock has had urinary incontinence. Since he came home from the shelter. He’s had multiple UTI’s and medication with no luck in sight. It’s suspected that Murdock has Ectopic Ureter meaning his kidneys and bladder aren’t working properly. This medical condition will cost $2104 CT scan and $877 for his initial vet with other diagnostic tests. The surgeries for this birth defect range from $2k to $10k. My other dog Trooper has a $1600 vet bill to remove and sample a mass on his side. It has been very trying.

Seuss

Seuss is a 3-year-old Pitbull mix in Colorado Springs, CO, who needs $1,600 for Wisconsin-Madison Protocol.

Colorado Springs, CO

I worked at a vet clinic in Florida for 5 years, my pup was born via c-section from one of our patients, I instantly fell in love and brought him home at 8 weeks old. He's been with me since. and we have been inseparable. We moved from Florida to Colorado, where he has the biggest yard to run around a play in. My pup always has to sleep next to me on the couch and sometimes in my bed. He follows me everywhere, he's like my little shadow. When he wants something and you're not paying attention he takes his paw and puts it on your arm. He will hang out with my 5 year old son in his room and watch him play his video games. We have no emergency fund and don't currently make enough to afford his treatments and pay all of the bills. To be able to afford his treatments until his protocol is finished, to ensure a remission, means the world to us. Seuss was diagnosed with Canine lymphoma in May 2021. He was showing symptoms since October 2020. It is a miracle he lived that long without treatment. We started his chemotherapy in Colorado at southern Colorado Veterinary Internal Medicine with Dr. Autumn Dutelle. He is doing great, and is a very happy pup. Unfortunately its come to a point where I can no longer afford his chemo treatments. Seuss' best friend is his older yet smaller brother, Ernie, a boston terrier. They do everything together. He'll get the zoomies and run around like crazy. He is a smart dog and seems almost human sometimes. He loves to give love, hugs, and kisses. He loves to snuggle and be held like he's a little 5 lb chihuahua.

Angel

Angel is a Boerboel puppy in Colorado Springs, CO, who needs $2,000 for reconstruction and tube advancement of the urethra.

Colorado Springs, CO

Angel was gifted to us-we didn't realize how sick he was at first. It wasn't until we brought him for his first well puppy visit that we were informed that he had a condition called Hypospadias. A condition where he pees and poops out of the same whole. And his penis outer tissue and inner isn't connected either. He will extensive surgery to correct this problem. Angel has been a true blessing to my husband and I. We are hoping to have Angel be our Service dog eventually. Angel is a a very normal puppy on all other accounts. So much fun to have around the house. He is always so excited when family members visit. He is very much loved! I was a Dance Teacher and lost my job because of Covid-my husband the same. We love Angel so much and he has brought so much joy to our household. We want him to have a good quality of life so he can grow old with us. Our grandson and great nephew just love him also. When we received Angel we were told that he was born with both female and male genitalia(reason why his penis looked the way it did. ) Wrong! He was all Male but had a much more serious condition.-Hypospadias. Angel was first diagnosed at Browns Veterinary Hospital then we were referred to Mountain View for the Surgery Angel is always running around playing with his many toys. He loves to run around our backyard at top speed-which is always so funny to watch. We are currently trying to teach him fetch. He already know sit and bark for a treat, and because of his condition he gets baths every evening. Which he is getting more and more accepting of which is when he receives his treats.

Photo of Troggdor

Troggdor

Troggdor is a 11-year-old Short Haired Tabby in Colorado Springs, CO, who needs $4,000 for cyst removal.

Colorado Springs, CO

Her name is Troggdor and she rescued me 10 years ago. In 2009, I was called to serve in Baghdad. I had been in Iraq for 2 months when I got the news that my cat, Gwen, had been diagnosed with cancer. It spread quickly and his quality of life deteriorated faster than I thought imaginable. Treatment was not an option. Gwen’s caretaker while I was deployed, Jeremy, comforted him until he passed away. Grieving while being deployed was not easy. The stress of my reality of being in an active war zone compiled with my grief of my loss made each day tougher than the last. I could feel myself slipping. Jeremy must have sensed it and found someone who had newborn kittens who needed a home. He sent me pictures but I wasn’t interested; however, eventually I agreed. I needed a kitty to home to. She rescued me and I am panicking. How can I rescue her? Where do I go from here? I absolutely cannot resort to economic euthanasia. Please. Please help me rescue Troggdor. She has a cyst in her stomach. To quote the vet, “I have never seen a cyst this large in a cat. It’s pushing on her kidneys so much so, that we couldn’t find her left kidney in the ultrasound.” The vet drained the cyst. Troggdor felt like her happiest self again. But it quickly refilled. I had a multitude of tests done. “You really need to consider surgery before it damages her organs.” Over the next couple months, I watched her grow through photos and videos. She was so sweet. I couldn’t wait to meet her and we took to each other immediately. She loves to play fetch with her toy bird (see video) and help me study. She’s travelled with me from Germany, to the Azores, Alaska, and now Colorado with her dog sister Kyoko. Troggdor rescued me. And now I need help rescuing her.
